- HW (4/5): - Der Raum war sauber. Kühlschrank funktionierte. Bett war bequem. Die Lage sehr gut. Mitten in Friedrichshain, nahe des Boxberger Platzes. Das Treppenhaus und der Fahrstuhl verschmutzt. Bei uns funktionierte die Schließung am Zimmer nicht. Hier wurde uns nach 15 Minuten mit einem neuen Code geholfen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, es gab keine Fernbedienung. Wurde von uns gemeldet. Beim Duschen kam das Wasser aus dem Duschschlauch. Es gab 2 Teller und eine Tasse die benutzt waren und nicht gespült. Für zwei Nächte ok.
- Reisefreund (6/5): Eher kein Appartment - Lage in Friedichshain, mitten im (Nacht)Leben. Sehr schönes Bad. Zugang zum Zimmer sehr umständlich. Es wurden mehrfach die immer gleichen falsche Informationen übermittelt. Kommunikation mühsam über booking.com, teilweise in Englisch. Zimmer eher eng. Kleiner Tisch mit Plastikstuhl. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher zwar vorhanden, das Geschirr (Messer, Gabel, Teller, je 1x) muss am Waschbecken direkt am Klo gespült werden.

- Daniel (5/5): - Po przyjeździe 2 godziny czekałem na możliwość dostania się do pokoju ponieważ zapomniano o kluczu do pokoju. Byłem przejazdem więc pokój wziołem na 1 noc . Zapłaciłem za pokój około 60 € . Niestety z karty zostało mi ściągnięte około 360€. Okazało się że to depozyt na poczet zniszczeń w pokoju. Do pokoju dostałem się około 22:00 . Pisze tą opinię 7 dni po pobycie i nadal nie otrzymałem zwrotu depozytu. Proszę uważać na politykę zarządzania tej firmy ,ponieważ jest ona problemowa dla wynajmującego . Jestem nie zadowolony z sześcio godzinnego pobytu w tym hotelu .

- Marcel (6/5): Check in Schwierigkeiten - Gute Lage und geräumiges Zimmer+Bad Check in bzw. das Öffnen der Tür sollte über Handy erfolgen. Dies hat jedoch bei mir nicht geklappt. Nach einigem Klicken konnte ich jedoch die Backup Lösung per Schlüssel finden. Anschließend musste ich 2 weiteren Gästen helfen die dasselbe Problem hatten, und den Weg zur Backup Lösung vorstellen. Dass aber die Hauptmethode zum Öffnen der Zimmertür für scheinbar alle Gäste nicht funktioniert ist ein Unding. Es ist kein Einzelfall meinerseits

- Bartosz (6/5): Na ogół okej - Mały ale schludny pokój, ładnie zaprojektowany, wygodne łóżko, duży telewizor z Androidem, duży prysznic, wszystko co potrzeba było na miejscu. Płatny, niestreżony parking na ulicy (3€/h!!!), elektroniczny zamek do drzwi nie działał przez co byłem zmuszony zadzwonić do obsługi i poprosić o kod do fizycznego klucza. Informacja o kaucji 250€ ukryta na samym dole ogłoszenia co mnie zszokowało, nigdy nie spotkałem się z kaucją za hotel.

- Rico (3/5): Nicht nochmal - Lage war gut - aber dafür kann der Gatsgeber ja nichts Falsches Zimmer bekommen: Mit Balkon gebucht, ohne Balkon bekommen. Die Telefon-Hotline hat da nicht wirklich geholfen und konnte mir nur sagen, dass das jetzt wohl Pech ist und nicht anders geht. Hm...bei derartiger Automatisierung erklärt sich so ein Vorfall nur schwer..ein Schelm wer Schlimmes dabei denkt, da FeWos in Berlin mit Balkon ja nun doch mehr gefragt sind...aber egal In langem zähen E-Mail-Verkehr wurde mir eine Erstattung in Höhe von sagenhaften 21 € angeboten. Nun ja, ich wollte nicht kleinkariert sein und habe das Angebot angenommen. Passiert ist natürlich nichts. Nach einer weiteren Anfrage sollte ich dann plötzlich ein Erstattungsformular ausfüllen, wobei es vorher doch schon ohne zugesagt wurde? Na egal - das wurde dann auch noch von mir erledigt. Im Anschluss fiel dem Gastgeber dann ein, das ich die Erstattung doch bei booking beantragen müsse. Puh, da war meine Geduld am Ende und ich verzichte nun auf die Erstattung. An alle die es lesen und sich einen Balkon an der FeWo wünschen: Viel Spaß beim aus dem Fenster schauen ;-) Ausstattung sehr spärlich. Sauberkeit: Wenn man nicht zu empfindlich ist, ist es erträglich.
- Bernd (3/5): Schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, viel zu teuer für das olle Zimmer! - Der Duschschlauch war kaputt, sodass sehr viel Wasser nicht über die Brause sondern direkt aus dem Schlauch spritzte. Beim Versuch, den Wasserkocher anzuschalten, ist die Sicherung rausgesprungen und wir waren im Dunkeln. Diese beiden Punkte wurden am 2. Tag behoben, neuer Duschschlauch und neuer Wasserkocher. Trotzdem gab es in diesem Doppelzimmer, ja wirklich, nur eine Tasse, Tee und Kaffee war nicht parallel möglich. Die Anleitung für den Online-Check-In ist missverständlich und es hat eine Weile gedauert, bis wir das Zimmer öffnen konnten. Die Einrichtung ist ein Sammelsurium aus allem Möglichen, weder geschmackvoll noch schön. Nur das Bett war gut und wir haben ganz gut geschlafen. Trotzdem nicht empfehlenswert.

- Michele (9/5): Superb location, comfortable room for 2. - Location, comfort, cleanliness. of room, self checkin-out. 1)lightening would be much better if warm yellow light. 2)the view from room 101 on the internal court with garbage containers is not the best but at least would be much better if the garbage was only inside containers and not also all over the floor. 3)topper mattress far too soft, had to remove it to avoid back pain but then without it was very good.

- Balogh (1/5): The original bed had urine stains, the host replies slow, replacement room had only one bedding - The staff eventually moved us to another room late at night. Communication was polite in tone. The original room had a serious hygiene issue. The duvet smelled strongly of urine and had stains. After removing the bedding, we found a urine stain on the mattress as well. This made the bed completely unusable. We had to spend a long time repeating ourselves and pushing for an actual solution. The issue was treated too slowly even though it was urgent and involved basic hygiene. After being moved to another room, we still did not receive all the necessary bedding and towels promptly. Even afterward, the problem was minimized instead of being handled properly. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. A urine-stained duvet and mattress are absolutely unacceptable in any accommodation. Although we were eventually moved to another room, the response was far too slow, the handling of the complaint was poor, and basic items like bedding and towels were still missing afterward. I cannot recommend this place based on our experience.

- Tracy (10/5): LOVED IT! And want to return soon. - Wow - the apartment was spacious, stunning and fantastic value for money. So central too. It’s a loud neighbourhood with the tram outside, but the ear plugs provided meant that wasn’t an issue.

Trotz der kleinen „Mängel“ komm ich sehr gerne wieder. - Die Größe des Studios, das Bett war sehr genial, ein geräumiges helles Badezimmer, mit zu öffnende Aussenfenster. Und die Lage für mich super. Mitten im Kiez. Tram und U-Bahn in der Nähe. Kein persönlicher Checkin sondern etwas umständlich, wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist. Und es hätte insgesamt etwas sauberer sein können.

- Irene (6/5): Es war funktional gut, aber eindeutige ausbaufähig. Den Gast als willkommene Person auch willkommen heißen. - Es war gut gelegen und das Zimmer war witzig eingerichtet. Überall Monkeys… das fand ich sehr schön. Das Management mit den zutrittskarten, das war mir sehr fremd……auch dass es keinen Menschen zum ansprechen gab. Des Weiteren, dass alles so anonym war, keine Lobby, keinen Platz, der irgendwie ein Gemeinschaftsplatz war.

- CELESTE (10/5): Appartement sympa et proche de tout. - L’emplacement. Très proche des transports et du centre Pas de volets et rideaux en mauvais état donc réveillé par la lumière tôt.
- IngoHK (9/5): Sehr schönes Appartement mit nur ganz kleinen Mankos - Zunächst einmal muss man sagen, dass die Lage natürlich top ist, wenn man das quirlige Leben in Friedrichshain genießen möchte. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, hatte ein mega bequemes Bett und durch den Balkon einfach nur perfekt, auch Mal ein paar Stunden im Zimmer zu verbringen. Zudem ist es mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher ausgestattet, so dass man es sich wirklich gut gehen lassen kann. Trotz der Lage, war dieses Zimmer ruhig und angenehm groß Leider hatte die Einwahl ins WLAN nicht funktioniert und bitte, korrigiert die Einstellung an der Duschkabine. Die Türen waren immer gut 2 cm auf, so dass man wirklich aufpassen musste, nicht das ganze Bad zu fluten
- Marina (10/5): Beautiful room in a great location - We had a great time at Arbio. The room was very clean, recently renovated, and very nice. It had everything we needed, including towels, cutlery, and soap. The location is truly excellent, as the surrounding neighborhood is very cute, full of places to eat, and close to various transportation stops (bus, metro, and train). We'd love to come back again, and we highly recommend it! The only flaw in the room was the TV, which, despite being new, didn't work due to the Wi-Fi connection. When we turned it on, it was offline, and we couldn't make full use of it.
- Mochigome (9/5): clean, convenient, and lovely apartment hotel. - Unfortunately, even though my iPhone had full internet access and a strong signal, I had trouble using the app to open the main door and the apartment door. But I was able to solve this by using the app so easily. I was glad that we had backup options: a physical door key from the locked box and an entry card from the main door locked box. Having an elevator was also good! Had to rely on the app for entering the apartment. The main door was often not shut properly, and it was open. Maybe you could put up a sign to remind people to shut the door. Otherwise, nothing much bad things to say!

- Ferreira (2/5): Infelizmente, foi uma experiência muito má, e espero não ter de voltar a passar por outra semelhante - Localização. A minha experiência foi bastante negativa desde o momento da chegada. Informei previamente que chegaria por volta das 15h, mas quando cheguei ao alojamento tive muitas dificuldades para entrar. Passei bastante tempo a tentar abrir a porta com diferentes códigos e ninguém atendeu o telefone quando tentei contactar o apoio. Apenas por volta das 17h me enviaram um código para entrar num apartamento, mas quando consegui aceder verifiquei que o quarto estava ocupado por outra pessoa. Depois disso tiveram de procurar outra solução e demoraram cerca de mais 30 minutos a indicar um novo apartamento. Mesmo assim, não me deram todos os códigos necessários para entrar no edifício pela rua, o que fez com que continuasse a ter dificuldades de acesso. Só no dia seguinte, após vários telefonemas e troca de mensagens via whastup e muita insistência da minha parte, é que finalmente me forneceram os códigos corretos para entrar no prédio. Além disso, o apartamento que me foi atribuído não estava devidamente preparado. Não tinha lençóis na cama quando cheguei. O apartamento não estava devidamente limpo. Os lençóis só foram entregues três dias depois da minha chegada e todos os dias a solicitar os mesmos, e a limpeza do apartamento também só foi feita vários dias depois. Considerando que paguei por esta estadia e que as condições anunciadas deveriam estar asseguradas à chegada, esta situação foi muito frustrante e desagradável.

- Jacques (6/5): Enigzins teleurstellend - Ligging, fraai ingericht Lichtkoepel precies boven het bed. Geen verduistering mogelijk. Veel apparatuur, licht, airco, werkten niet. Slechts één kopje aanwezig voor koffie. Toegangsregeling met allerlei kastjes met codes die niet werken! Foto koepel us 04.00uur gemaakt! Ja, ik werd er wakker van!
- Corinna (3/5): Katastrophe - Das wir nach 1,5 Stunden und viel hinterher telefonieren und Nachrichten schreiben, endlich in unser Zimmer konnten. - Die App zum Öffnen der Tür funktionierte nicht - Kommunikation über die Hotline und das Schreiben von Nachrichten ok, führte nur leider sehr lange zu keiner Lösung - der Kollege an der Hotline schwieg mehr als er sprach und rief nicht wie angekündigt zurück - es dauerte geschlagene 1,5 Stunden, bis ich rein konnte. Zum Glück war es nicht kalt - die späte Lösung über einen Code Zutritt zu bekommen, hätte auch sofort genutzt werden können. Stattdessen wurden die immer gleichen Tipps gesendet, die nicht funktionierten... Was ich übrigens schon vor der Abreise bemerkte und nachfragte (ein Button zum Entsperren war nicht zu finden) - uns (und auch anderen Gästen) wurde per Mail ein falsches Zimmer genannt. Was dazu führt, dass man ein Zimmer öffnet und von Fremden begrüßt wird... Hier war unser Vorteil, dass wir ja gar kein Zimmer öffnen konnten :). Am Telefon wurde mir dann ein anderes Zimmer genannt. - die Balkontür war kaputt - im Bad findet sich gar keine Ablagemöglichkeit - sonst war das Zimmer und das Bett vollkommen ok. - insgesamt scheint der Anbieter sehr überfordert zu sein - so etwas habe ich auf meinen vielen Reisen noch nie erlebt.
- Luisa (1/5): Achtung Scam - Meine Freundin und ich hatten anlässlich unseren Jahrestages einen Kurztrip nach Berlin geplant. Ich schrieb der Unterkunft vorher, ob es evtl. möglich wäre, ein wenig eher reinzukommen, da wir was geplant hatten. Leider meldete die Unterkunft sich nicht mehr, so das wir 15Uhr Zimmernummer „103“ bekamen und keinen Button, zum reinkommen in die Tür, wie angegeben. So standen wir vor dem Hotel vor verschlossenen Türen. Durch eine Bewohnerin kamen wir in den Hausflur und standen vor Zimmernummer 103. Vor Zimmer 104 stand eine Frau, die ebenfalls keinen Zugang für ihr Zimmer hatte. Um in den Raum zu gelangen, benötigte man einen 6 stelligen Code oder den besagten Button. Beides hatten wir nicht. Wir versuchten in der Hotline durchzukommen. Leider legte jedes Mal ein Mitarbeiter auf (ich sprach mit insgesamt 6 oder sogar mehr verschiedenen Leuten). Mittlerweile war es 16Uhr. Wir hatten keinen Akku, unser Jahrestag war fast vorbei, wir mussten einen Unternehmenspunkt absagen und blieben auf den Kosten sitzen, da wir nicht in das Hotelzimmer kamen und niemand sich für unser Problem verantwortlich fühlte. Die Frau stand auch immer noch draußen. Irgendwann hatte ich einen Mitarbeiter am Telefon, der uns sagte, wir hätten die Zimmernummer 107- nicht die 103! Er schrieb mir mehrere Nummern und meinte, ich sollte es mal durchprobieren. Die 107 ging auf und es kam eine Art lauter Alarm an der Tür. Nun waren wir drinnen. Hatten aber immernoch keinen Code für die Tür unten. Auch keine Karte oder Schlüssel. Ebenfalls stellten wir fest: Unsere Tür ging weder von innen noch von außen abzuschließen! Ich dachte, dass wir am Ende doch in Zimmernummer 103 untergebracht wurden, denn uns wurden bei jedem Anruf der gleiche Link mit Zimmernummer 103 zugeschickt. Also ging ich zur 103 und probierte den genannten Code von Zimmer 107. Überraschend stellte ich fest, dass diese Tür auf ging und Menschen im Bett lagen!! Meine Freundin versuchte durchgehend jemanden zu erreichen in der Hotline.
- Sebastian (4/5): Kundendervice funktioniert gut - Lage Unser Zimmer war bereits belegt, auch unser nächstes Zimmer was uns nach einem Telefonat mit dem Personal vermittelt wurde, sollte noch am selben Tag wieder neu vermietet werden. Auf dem Gang haben wir einige Leute getroffen die Probleme mit ihrem Check in und doppelter Buchung hatten.
- Birgit (6/5): Tolle Lage, mit einigen Mängeln - Tolle Lage Großes Zimmer Bequemes Bett Fragen wurden sofort per App/Mail beantwortet Zugang zu Haustür und Zimmer nur über App bzw online möglich, es war schwierig zu verstehen wie alles funktioniert Im Schrank waren dreckige Handtücher und Laken vom Vorgänger Nur 1 Stuhl Wenig Ablagefläche Sehr improvisierte Küchenzeile Doppelbuchung meines Zimmers: plötzlich stand eine Frau vor der Tür die den gleichen Zugangscode bekommen hatte Es gab nur 2 winzige Handtücher, erst auf Nachfrage vom Putzpersonal Duschtücher
- Enrico (4/5): - La posizione Il servizio clienti. Mi hanno dato la stanza sbagliata (era già occupata) e ci sono volute più di 3 h per assegnarmi un’altra stanza
- Matteo (1/5): - Stanze spaziose. La gestione da remoto che non mi ha fornito i codici d’accesso, più volte ha fatto entrare persone estranee nella mia camera, e si sono scusati dicendo che hanno sbagliato assegnazione camera. Dopodiché nulla è cambiato, hanno aperto a una persona non identificata all’1:30 di notte mentre dormivo.

- Veronica (4/5): La camera carina ma il resto ha rovinato il viaggio - La posizione anche rumorosa , le camere molto belle No è stato funzionale il metodo per entrare in camera,si entra con un link, questo link non si apriva più perché mi riportava solo a quello per aprire la stanza, sono dovuta rimanere fuori sino a che dei ragazzi che abitano nel palazzo non mi hanno aperto , in più mentre ero in camera chiusa la porta si è aperta dall’esterno come se qualcuno avesse il mio codice . Insomma un disastro
- Skay (10/5): Great room an fantastic location - Great room, very comfortable, kettle, microwave & fridge were appreciated as was the gift bag with snacks. Great location, close to train station and surrounded by restaurants & bars. Had a few problems with the door lock, operated via your phone, but this was promptly dealt with after a phone call and getting keys and a pass from the lock boxes.

- irene (10/5): - La posizione era ottima, vicina alle fermate di praticamente tutti i mezzi pubblici e piena di localini carini. Tutto pulito, ordinato e accogliente, ci hanno anche lasciato delle piccole gift bags. Il team è super gentile e velocissimo a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, davvero un’esperienza positiva a tutto tondo.
