• Julie (4/5): Disappointing, tired and in need of an update - Location and right on the seafront. Fabulous views. Apartment (15A) tired and in need of an update. Mismatched and broken furniture. Bedding and pillows old. Beds uncomfortable. Kitchen dirty and unusable. When we complained to the lady in the office, we were told “you are on the beach!” Pool was okay but sunbeds were full of bird poo and not cleaned. We made the best of our time there and would stay in the complex again but not this particular apartment as my daughter stayed in an alternative one and it was lovely.

• Diana (8/5): - La ubicación y la picina Los colchones de la cama porque eran muy desgastados, en la cocina faltan platos, cucharas. Mejorar las instalaciones del cocina.

• Elsy (1/5): Pésimo - Que está frente al mar y está bien ubicado Que estaba sucio , el baño esta feo, aparte lo que no me gustó q adicional al precio tienes q pagar el wifi y el aire acondicionado x separado, el check in me lo hicieron a las 4 de la tarde cuando llegué a las 1:30pm hay perdimos casi medio día para disfrutar y aparte la hora de salida era a las 10am pague x dos noches y 3 días y prácticamente disfruté un día y medio. Mal servicio de verdad no volvería

• Elena (3/5): No volvería - Las vistas muy bien. Estaba muy muy sucio. Los cubiertos llenos de grasa, los interruptores negros, la cortina del baño mejor que no te roce, la bañera uuf...... suciedad, grasa y pelusas. No había ni un trapo ni nada básico. No había ni 2 vasos iguales. La señora "de la limpieza" vino a echarnos 10 minutos antes de la hora del checkout... me pareció un gesto feo más sabiendo que a limpiar seguro que no venía... Muchísimo ruido en el bar de abajo, de madrugada música y voces... No nos dieron de primeras el wifi, tuvimos que ir a pedirlo Pone que tiene aire acondicionado pero no hay mandos. Es de pago!!!! Ahora que la mierda que tenía ese aparato... mejor ni encenderlo No es la foto que tienen. No volvería.

• Gaynor (6/5): not great - loved the area right on the sea front the apartment was really big and spacious the pool was big and clean the apartment very dated curtains ripped and hanging off the rails furniture very old and dated bathroom tiles disgusting with mold shower curtain hanging off no mattress covers in the bed wall plugs not safe it would be a lovley dept if it had a refurb

• Brian (8/5): very comfortable stay with lovely views - As we arrived out of hours, we picked up the keys from the office (just around the corner), and everything was explained clearly and went well, the apartment was larger than expected, and suited us perfectly. we were on the 15th floor and the 4 lifts were clean and quick. the apartment had all the necc facilities, iron kettle etc, including 2 bathrooms, great views right on the front line and views of the beach and town. The pool was clean and had plenty of sun loungers

• Sharon (3/5): Disappointed with quality of apartment - Loved the view, location, swimming pool Broken kitchen drawers, broken toaster, faulty door to utility room, apartment not clean, all of which were addressed by Irina, but for the price I paid 2500euros for 3 weeks this should not have been the case on arrival, the standard was really not acceptable,furniture dated, numerous sockets not working, door bell didn't work, no cover on wall lights and not really well presented, scratched, loose screws and bolts on dining room chairs ,odd pieces of crockery, not a matching set of 4,went out and bought mugs and glasses.as we had friends staying for week, quite embarrassing for us. We had all stayed in this apartment block previously, where it was clean, modern, working appliances, absolutely superb, It must have been another host. I had expected something similar, but on opening the door to this apartment 3D I could have cried, not what I was expecting, thoroughly disappointed with the apartment, Don't know where to start with the bathroom and it's false ceiling, Good points brand new fridge/freezer, comfortable beds, a fabulous view.

• Margaret (7/5): Good - Veiw is absolutely amazing. .The lounge is spacios.kitchen with fitted units are ok.Position of hotel is in a good place to get around . Although we didn't use the washing machine and dishwasher or very much cooking facilities you have them to use handy for larger family stays .we'll equipped with fridge freezer .electric kettle.oven . Shower was spacious but could do with a re seal around the shower. The first thing I would say is the beds are uncomfortable and need some either new mattresses or toppers added. The apt would benefit with new seating and no English tv but that didn't really bother us for our stay as we were out every evening. A thorough dusting of the units needed. The cups in the kitchen needed a good clean as they were filthy inside and needed a good soaking or even better replaced. The electricity tripped out for a night and needed a repair which was dealt with the next day One last thing is we had to leave the light on in the bathroom as if we didn't a few cock roaches came out at night in the bathroom .

• John (3/5): Poor - Location was perfect. Beautiful sea views. The rooms are very dated, Had to give it a good clean on arrival, Had a strong smell of urine in 1 of the bedrooms, staff at booking office very helpful throughout the booking process.
• Elizabeth (4/5): Disappointing - Location All the air conditioning units did not work so the day after arri to the office they said we had a fan I couldn't find it so went back and they gave me one fan so apartment was too hot to sleep in opened the window at night to try to cool the main room but we all ended up covered in mosquito bites and had to go to pharmacy.
• Claire (10/5): Perfect party location - For a lively holiday the location couldn’t be better, apartments are basic but very spacious, nice pool and great views of beach and sea Slight wear and tear in apartment but didn’t affect our stay

• Martin (5/5): great bed great view dated appartment, terrible shower if more than 2. - the view, size of the appartment, kitchen nice size, bed was comfortable, everything was catered for in the kitchen, utensils and the like were all there, new fridge/freezer, plenty of bedding. bathroom good size. very dated, floor was dirty/dusty (under the beds especially, shower was a disapointment could barely get 2 showers out of it, decor was in need of redecoration,
• Tony (1/5): Bad - View was amazing It was dirty , kitchen falling to bits fridge didn't work properly and shelves missing or cracked, bathroom had a tile lying on the bath with a big hole showing, lights didn't work , light bulbs wasn't in a light and also the heating didn't work found a heater but it had no feet so had to prop it up against a wall it certainly was not the apartment that we where shown when booking . • Joanne (4/5): very basic apt, but good location - where it was self catering property, yet it had no kettle or toaster, when we asked about a kettle, we were told it has a microwave and we could boil a cup of water to make tea in that, tried it, couldn’t drink it as cup was too hot then, curtains were hanging off the runners, maintenance guy had to come day after to fix, room was boiling cos we could close sun out, hinge broke on cupboard in kitchen, only two blankets for 3 beds too, wires everywhere too, too many adapters with lots plugged into same socket, dangerous

• Anthony (8/5): Santa Margarita Tour 22 - Good location for bars and restaurants, fantastic views, on the beach. Fabulous view from 15th floor. Pull out bed a little uncomfortable, cooker had been used but not cleaned from previous occupancy

The things that we don’t really like were: -zero organization when we arrived the first day, none welcomed us and it was not so easy to find the hotel -we had a HUGE problem of smell in the flat, the smell was really terrible, the fun part is that we contacted the host and she didn’t care or come to try to resolve the problem or find a solution -the host was keeping speaking Spanish and nothing else.
