• Pernilla (10/5): Supernöjda! - Vi bodde här förra året också och tycker lägenheten passar oss jättebra. Alla bekvämligheter finns och läget är jättebra.
• Mercedes (1/5): Estancia nefasta - El piso en general está bien, tampoco para el precio que tiene La relación con la persona que lo gestiona. Estuvimos dos días con problemas de luz y no se hacían cargo de nada. Cuando ya le insistí en que al menos tendría que recibir una compensación económica, me hablaron de muy mal modo cuando el propietario/a sabia de esos cortes de luz que se lo habían informado por correo y ella en este caso decía que no sabían nada. A raíz de ahí me empezaron a decir que estaba incumpliendo con las normas de la casa, que me estaba “espiando” a través de las cámaras de seguridad y también enviaron a una mujer con la excusa de una humedad en el piso de abajo que quería entrar al piso molestando a las 9 de la mañana. Una vergüenza en general no lo recomiendo para nada.

• Margaret (9/5): Wonderful. We had a great stay our 3rd in the apt. - The comfort bed was great , there's everthing and more you need in the apt,all good quality. And the terrace it's an extention to the apt warm and comfortable. The views exceptional. Rosa is a great host , we had a problem with the TV but she went out of her way to resolve it. Hope to stay again sometime. Nothing.

• Dominic (10/5): An excellent find. - It’s an old apartment complex but old means it sits on a large plot with lovely grounds and a great swimming pool. The apartment is what you’d expect and more. The balcony looking out over the setting sun and the marina is the perfect way to unwind with a glass of wine watching the paraqeets chase each other around the trees.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - There is a lot to like about this property . The facilities were excellent ideal for a longer stay. Cooking facilities were beyond compare and if you do stop longer you would be able to eat on a budget. The view from the window over looking Benalmadina Harbour beyond to the sea was amazing . The host was always available and answered any questions promptly. I would not hesitate recommending this property. The only thing I would criticise this property for is the location to the train station ( renfe). But this is outweighed by location to the beach. There is alternatives to the train as the bus stops are a minute or two walks from property. The road takes you to torremolinos one way and benalmadina the other. There are local uber which we found fairly inexpensive..

• Margaret (9/5): A lovely place. - Had a wonderful stay very comfortable, clean and airy it has a fabulous terrace with far reaching views we spent lots of time sat on both during the day and at night.Very well equipped with everthing we needed and more,we will definitely try to stay again. Rosa is a great host who met us at the apt entrance all ran very smoothly, and the office is close if you need of any help. Everything was great no negatives

• Peter (7/5): Great apartment, cranky neighbours - Everything you could ever need was provided. An excellent apartment. Most of the other guests or tenants were locals and it felt like you were always being judged around the pool area. In particular 4 older guests continued to shout at us for simple things like almost forgetting to shower before entering pool which was quite embarrassing! Not to forget one of these guests decided to just go off on us as we tried to leave. I guess she doesn't tourists...
