• Saioa (1/5): La limpieza fatal, daba asco - Lo único bueno la ubicación, tanto el bus como el metro estaban a 5 minutos andando. Todo el piso muy sucio, solo un rollo de papel para 5 dias, toallas 1 grande por persona, no habia campana en la cocina y si querias cocinar algo (en alguna sarten que antes tenias que fregar porque daban asco), saltaba la alarma cada 2 minutos, la cocina daba asco, los suelos muy sucios, la lalve super escondida no la encontrabamos y le llamé y no contestó nadie.

Water started leaking through the ceiling at the bathroom.. tried to contact owner zero Communication.. Upstairs started hovering at midnight Please please avoid this hell hole and enjoy your london trip..

• Julie (1/5): Probably the worst Accom ever had in 40 years of travelling, property should never be let out again - Location Property was dirty, ripped wall paper hanging off the walls, mould on various surfaces, dangerous broken power sockets, disgusting dirty floors, unclean sheets and beds, no instruction for heating use, broken fan in bathroom, loose and missing floor joiners with exposed nails, disgusting dirty windows, dirt under the beds including paper and other plastic bags etc, wifi was pathetic and dropped out every 5 minutes. Pillows were dirty and one had no cover with stains.
• Paiboon (5/5): For the next time to London, I rather stay little farer and get cleaner apartment with the price I paid. - Only one good thing is location which is close to the subway. Property is not clean.
• Craig (3/5): Good location, unkept unit. - Location was good, fairly close to the centre of London. Unit was mouldy, felt unclean in the bathroom and generally not in a good state.
• Michael (3/5): Disappointing: cold, mouldy, dirty, lost vacation time - The location of the apartment is really good, it's easily reachable from the tube and in a good neighbourhood. Also, though we had major problems with heating, the team put me in contact with someone to try and sort things out. We also felt like the place has great potential - there is some decoration which would have made our stay comfortable if not for the cold, lack of cleanliness, mould in the bathroom, and long duration in which we felt cold. First off, the heating was not working. The first night we spent in the freezing cold (the place is also not well insulated). This was compounded by severe mould in the bathroom, both around the shower as well as on the walls, the ceiling, and the shower separator. While the team tried to sort out the heating, we still had one freezing night, and I lost an evening of my vacation while I had to be at home for heating experts to attempt sorting out the heating. This was mainly due to bad communication with the host team. We finally got electric radiators, which definitely helped, but was barely sufficient to keep us warm in the night - we still felt uncomfortably cold in the apartment. I am sure part of the reason I got ill during my stay was due to this. We also felt like the cleanliness was lacking. There were stains on bedsheets and blankets, unnecessary amounts of dust in the bedrooms, one curtain rod was dangerously hanging down, and a socket was broken (we didn't dare use it to not get shocked). The place definitely has potential but needs some overhaul for this kind of price.
• Lee (5/5): Passable - good location, washing machine was flooded when we arrived , aftyer they came out & fixed it, the machine wouldnt work, so couldnt do laundry. very basic accomodation but think thats what you get in london if you don't pay a fortune unfortunetly
• Amanda (3/5): If the cleaning fee was actually utilized for cleaning, it would have been an excellent stay. - Lots of beds and rooms. It came with towels. Pretty good location and close to bus. The bathroom was extremely dirty and the ceiling had black mold on it as well as the corners of the wall. The mold was literally in every corner of the bathroom. There was hair in the tub when we arrived. The floor of the general apartment was dusty and dirty and didn’t look cleaned. The couch was dirty and there was trash on the floor (tissues and bottles on the floor). The towels and sheets were dirty. The rugs had crumbs on it. The showers wouldn’t get hot either. There were very few amenities provided, including toilet paper and shower soap. The wifi password provided was incorrect even though the host said it was correct. We eventually found the correct password on the router though. The bathroom window wouldn’t close either.
• Mary (1/5): Disgusting,Disappointing,Annoying.....not worth - Nothing,it was disgusting, disappointing not worth for the money Everything.... Accommodation wasn't clean as we arrive, stuffs from others was still there, I try that evening as we arrive to call the Property they didnt pick up my calls ...Floor was still mud, also in the Kitchen. Pillows were Hair, Bedsheets stains Shower was Hairs, and Bedsheets,Towels smells moldy....We only have 4 Towels for 4 Person for 4 days, washmaschine doesn't work, towels were still wet, as I ask for towels, worker was not amused and was not friendly and kind.He brought us Towels after an Hours and was new, still Tags on it.They didn't wash it. .Our last day no hot water the whole day until we leave.... Garden view? Omg it's a mess, rugs in Garden,McDonald's paperbag in balcony, a vacuum cleaner in Garden, sockets broken....I all take Pictures....Booking.com notice it.... And Heater doesn't work, my Kids was cold and they got sick, no heater no hot water.... We pay enough, we expect a little bit worth for what we paid....Location? 10mins walk to subway, not 1.4 m to big ben...Building outside what in the Website Pic , its isn't it, it's other Building. .. .
• Daniel (3/5): Disappointing - Location was fine as it was close to the subway. Decent price. At the end of the day this was just a place to sleep for us, we were barely there. Wet bed-sheets, wet towels, cleaner coming back after we'd checked in to make a bed, bathroom not very clean. Really quite poor overall, I can see why many gave 1/10, but I'm being reasonable.
