• Anna (6/5): Beautiful town, good amenities. Consider reducing or replacing strong-smelling fabric softener for sheets. - The property location was excellent. The parking was included and that was a bonus. Important to note that parking card should be kept on hand and not left in the car, because the garage closes overnight. The amenities at the property were also very good. This property has a washing machine and a heated clothes rack. Kitchen amenities are excellent. My only issue was that the sheets and towels smelled heavily of fabric softener or febreeze, so much that I had an allergic reaction and developed a headache. Otherwise good experience. Also, there was no flexibility on check out. It was at 10 and couldn’t be extended.
• Janine (9/5): Sehr schöner Urlaub in Top Lage - Top Lage. Sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Badezimmer sehr schön. Super war auch die Waschmaschine. Für 4 Personen sehr gute Größe. Mega ist auch der dazugehörige Parkplatz im nahegelegenen Parkhaus. So kann man das Auto sicher abstellen und eigentlich alles zu Fuß erledigen. Auch der kurze Weg zum Skilift ist hervorragend. So war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Esstisch ist etwas klein. Dazugehörige Stühle sehr abgenutzt. Also kleine Hilfestellung: Man kann an die Unterkunft auch direkt mit dem Auto ranfahren, um Ein- und Auszuladen. Leider passt da die angegebene Adresse nicht zu, da sich diese in der Fußgängerzone befindet und man das so mit dem Navi nicht erreichen kann. Wir empfehlen daher die Adresse: Kreuzgasse 7.

• awais (9/5): Its was a quiet good experience not bad - Location , kitchen & price There is mo slippers & toilet lock was broken & there no wifii in TV . Elevator is not working & there was written on paper that you should clean the room as i already paid for room service & also they dont have summer card for activities .
• Ligang (7/5): - The room was clean and well-equipped, in a quiet environment with free parking. However, the location was difficult to find, and the address on the map was not very accurate. The host didn’t answer phone calls and required online registration before check-in, which was a bit complicated. It felt like the host could have been more considerate of the guests in this regard. The parking instructions were also not clearly explained.

• jae hyug (1/5): 오스트리아 최악의 숙소 - 유심을 쓰면 받지 못하는데 온라인 체크인을 문자로 링크를 보내 황당했습니다. 숙소를 찾기가 너무 어려웠습니다. 숙소로 차량이 접근이 불가능했고 키박스도 잘 보이지 않았습니다. 비상연락 전화도 받지 않아 2시간을 헤맸습니다. 주인이 체코에 있어 제대로 대응을 해주지 않았습니다.

• phil (8/5): - Location is perfect. Not even 1 minute walk from restaurants and bars. Beds are uncomfortable, and the sheets and towels are like cardboard. No spare towels either.
• Radka (8/5): Hezké ubytování přímo v centru Zell Am See;) - Poloha přímo v centru, pračka. Schody - tahat kufry do schodů, parkování daleko (1 parkovací místo), TV bez Netlfix a YouTube, malý jídelní stůl (6 osob se nevejde), ulice je rušná, počítejte s hlukem do ranních hodin.

• Bebiana (9/5): Spacious apartment with all facilities and right in town. - Very spacious accommodation with everything you need including a washing machine which was very convenient. Right in town. Free parking in local public car park provided (car park swipe card provided). We only stayed overnight so we weren’t in the room long. Directions on how to actually find the apartment was a bit difficult. There is no car access direct to the apartment.

Cheap apartment Information provided by host is mostly in czech language with information about city in plzen Confusing No personal check in, you revieve a text messages with code for key safe. On gate are 10 key safe without clear marking which belongs to appartment. Apartment no 4 is located on 2nd floor only visible with sticker on door. Sadly provided parking card didnt open gate of parking so we had to pay full price Booked for 6 adults. 1 twin bed, 1 fold up twin bed and two people on bed / couch was bod cramped
• Thomas (9/5): Lovely apartment in a perfect location. - The location is absolutely perfect. 5 mins walk from the train station, right in the center of the town. Less than a minute walk to bars, restaurants & shops. 3 or 4 mins walk to the Postplatz bus station. The apartment was well kitted out (not that we really used any of it as we were only there two nights), in a nice apartment block. There was plenty of space for what we needed, although I can imagine some folk might find the second double bedroom a little small. If I'm in Zell am See for a couple of nights again, I will definitely be looking to see if this place has availability. Nothing really. It was a lovely - problem free - stay. If I had to be hyper-critical, I would say that it would have been nice to have some better instructions (maybe pictures) of the location of the key box. It wasn't difficult to find, but I found it far more easily by copy-pasting the address into google rather than using the map on booking.com. Also, and not the fault of the apartment owners, it was extremely cold when we arrived, and the code box was quite difficult to open as it seemed to have frozen.
• Pearce (8/5): Amazing stay in Zell am See, beaut town, great skiing and atmosphere. Advent market was fantastic. Family of five we all - Great location. Right in the middle of this beautiful town Some of the lounge and dining furniture was a little tired but still comfortable. It didn’t really bother us.

• Sandra (9/5): Nice apartment in the city centre - Nice apartment with everything you need. Dog-friendly with no issues, a lovely bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine. Easy communication with the host via SMS. The address wasn’t very precise on booking, so it took us a moment to find the accommodation. There’s no parking directly in front of the house, but we managed to stop and unload our things. The location is right in the city center, and we appreciated the option of a parking permit for a nearby parking garage.

• Márton (7/5): Good - Cool location close to everything really. Clean and comfortable. At nights it is unfortunately quite noisy as the quiet hours aren’t enforced and this apartment is above some bars. You can’t open balcony because the smell from a nearby restaurant kitchen is then coming in.

• Chris (10/5): Fantastic apartment in the heart of Zell am See- great for ski, walk, train and shops. - This apartment is located right in the heart of the village. Super-convenient location, walk to ski lifts or take bus to others from about 200m away. Heating excellent and the 2nd bedroom arrangement worked fine. Kitchen was generously stocked with those essentials we would rather not be carrying from place to place- salt, pepper etc. Stroll to lake, very scenic. Station 5 minutes walk away, shops almost next door. Fantastic. Communications were strange- we had one set via text and another via email which clearly related to a completely different property which was quite confusing. Never got to the bottom of that one, but evidently the managing company crossed their wires somewhere... Instructions a bit difficult even for the one we did stay in- a photo showing which of the 6 or 7 key lock boxes was ours would have helped. Then the key lock was frozen up- eventually opened by blowing on it till the ice melted.
• Emil (8/5): Bit old but nice apartment - The location-close to the lake and the train station(no noises were heard from the trains btw which is perfect) Spacious and well equipped apartment-you got everything you need for your stay. We were provided with free cot per our request. No elevator. It was difficult to find the entrance to the building. The heating system within the apartment was pretty noisy.
• Balint (9/5): Great apartment with parking lot in Zell - Great location, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. The parking place in a nearby underground parking lot is a big bonus. The plates and kitchen equipment were nice and clean. The apartment is very spacious. The communication on how to check in and get in the apartment was somewhat confusing, but that might have been due to a one-off mistake. We got in with no problems in the end :)

• Vukasin (9/5): Nice, cozy stay. - location. very comfortable. if you have a Thule box, it is very hard to park in Zell am See, even when your hosts provide you a parking ticket for garage.
• Matjaz (9/5): Excellent starting point for winter holidays - Location was right in the centre of the town, walking distance to the ski lift, close to the bars and the lake. Instructions were clear, no problems finding the apartment and getting the key. A card was provided for free parking (definitely a bonus). Apartment has all the amenities needed (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, tv, free wifi... you get it). It is big and comfortable and clean. No complaints, we spent a lovely skiing holidays. The second bedroom (a small niche with double bed) is a bit too small for two adults, but there is a large sofa in the living room and it was ok for us.

• Helenor (9/5): Perfect town centre apartment close to ski lifts with safe parking included - Location was amazing - just a few minutes from the lake, around the corner from the main town square, 5 minutes walk from the CityXpress Ski Lift. The second floor flat (flat 4) is really lovely and even had some festive decorations. It was MUCH bigger than we expected, plenty of space for our family and dog. Really well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwater (except no tin opener) - we bought groceries from the supermarket a few minutes walk away and made most meals in the flat. The sofa was large and there was a separate table for dining. TV with lots of channels. It was also very warm and cosy, we would definitely go back. The communication before arrival was great, lots of emails giving us information. However the passcode to the flat was sent to us via text to my mobile (and not on the booking.com app) and my phone ran out of charge on the 15 hour drive from the UK. I contacted the host and asked for the details to be sent to another phone / put on the app, neither of which occurred (it was a Sunday). I managed to charge my phone a little via my laptop to get the code - but it was a little annoying after a long drive.

When I Booked i think is 2 rooms .. but is just 1 room with 2 bed extra for children..and we are 4 person me and my wife and my cousin with his wife .. So 2 person stay at room and 2 person stay in setting room 😔 And just 1 toilet in rhe apartment
