Very comfortable beds. Underground parking (via a car elevator) was a nice perk (but be ready to practice precision backing). Hosts very responsive.

- de Lucas (6/5): Apartamento muy bien ubicado pero con publicidad engañosa - La ubicación es lo mejor del Alojamiento. Lo que no nos gustó es la publicidad engañosa del apartamento, indicaba que tenía dos baños completos y cuando llegamos a la casa pudimos comprobar que solo tenía 1 baño con ducha. Eramos 4 personas y el solo tener 1 ducha ha sido incómodo. Hablamos con el dueño que de muy malas formas nos dijo que eso era culpa de booking, en vez de asumir responsabilidades. Pongo en fotos lo que indicaba el anuncio cuando hicimos la reserva inicialmente. Nos indicó que podríamos reclamar compensación por los inconvenientes y el mal estar.

- Bienvenido (8/5): - La limpieza exquisita. Y la ubicacion magnifica prácticamente en pleno centro. El anfitrión muy atento. Que al ser un dúplex hay que subir y bajar muchas veces la escalera aunque eso ya lo sabíamos. Y las almohadas podrían ser mejores.

- Claudia (9/5): Ubicación inmejorable. Buena estancia! - La casa era muy acogedora y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien! La anfitriona Ángela fue muy amable y atenta durante la estancia! El garaje es un plus ya que está en pleno centro de Córdoba y es muy difícil aparcar por ahí! Además la ubicación es inmejorable! Nos faltaron bolsas de basura cuándo llenamos la que estaba puesta en el piso y también nos faltaron pastillas para el lavavajillas, ya que sólo había una cuándo llegamos. Aún así, lo hablamos en el momento con Ángela e intentó hacer lo posible para mejorar esto.

- Qas (8/5): Great stay - 5 minutes to the amazing Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba - The central location was great Situated on a quiet area, it was 2mins away from the famous Roman Bridge. Easily accessible from the motorway with a local grocery shop close by. Very easily walkable to the historic City Centre. The apartment was clean, had everything in working order. The garage was great for parking, using a lift to take the car down. Just note larger cars would be a struggle as need to reverse in a tight street to get into but not an issue with Audi A3. Apartment was clean and had good space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean with good showers and hot water. Very homely feeling. Felt secure as apartments were located inside gated walls with a courtyard. Heating was needed due to the cold temperatures and worked great for the whole apartment. Wifi was good. Communication throughout was great with early check-in made possible and check out was also accommodated 30mins after usual time as we got held up in sight seeing! 😊 Kettle was not provided and a coffee machine (as seen in the pictures and previous guest reviews) would have been nice (Moka stovetop was provided but not efficient). The main thing is for the description to be amended as there is only one bathroom + toilet on the duplex floor and one toilet downstairs, not 2 bathrooms! The double bed was a touch small. The lift to the parking garage from inside the building was being repaired and the door to the parking garage could not be opened to go down (only coming up) so had to use the main car lift to take luggage down to the car - not a negative to the host, just one of the unlucky situations. At night, could hear people's noises on the streets, but seems this is common in Spain! Generally the area was quiet and safe.
- Karin (9/5): Lovely place - Very nice clean, modern appartment. Father who gave us the keys didn’t speak much spanish but he was very friendly. We could enter the appartment earlier. Garage is through a lift, a bit tight with a big car but no problem. Very welcoming with cakes and coffee in the house Good communication I thought i booked a house with 2 bathrooms but it was one full bathroom and one toilet. We couldn’t find the wificode, was on the router.

- Naama (10/5): Super comfortable - The flat was super clean, well equipped and very comfortable ( be aware it is a duplex so there are stairs inside the apartment) it is located just across the Roman bridge so very close to the historic center but not actually inside. The complex is also nice built around a nice locked courtyard giving a sense of security. Nothing , if I really had to I would say an extra set of towels would be nice
