• ANDREA (8/5): Un apartamento bastante agradable y con una muy buena ubicación. - Está muy bien ubicado y lo mejor es que Carrefour queda ahí mismo en el edifico, lo que fue maravilloso para comprar algunas cosas. Depronto en el altillo había que tener cuidado de no pegarse por lo pequeño del techo.

• De Feo (8/5): Esprimo tutta la mia soddisfazione per il soggiorno. Resterà per me un punto di riferimento a Milano. Ritornerò. Consigl - Appartamento comodo, tutto funzionante, ottima distribuzione delle camere, alloggio pulitissimo, servitissimo, posizione assolutamente eccellente. Qualche attaccapanni in più non guasterebbe, anche perché l’appoggio è “tarato” per ospitare gruppi.

• Miguel Angel (5/5): - Ubicación y las camas Estaba todo bastante deteriorado. Se ve que necesita reformas. Menaje no es que sea escaso es que caos no hay ejemplo éramos 7 y había 5 tenedores . En fin con reformas y un poco de cuidado estaría bien. Está muy dejado

• Sebastião (9/5): Perfect fit for a group! Loved the apartment! - The location is amazing and the apartment suits perfectly for 9, even 10 friends. Everything was perfectly settled and, despite not being the most modern and renewed apartment ever it's very cool and cozy! Face and body towels for everyone, free coffee and everything you need. Two amazing extras: There are two bathrooms and you can shower in both of them at the same time without problem (easier for groups) and there is literally a supermarket in the common area of the building (like just go down the stairs and there it is). I think that the apartment might need a few restoration and care but it is not bad at all! You just can see it's used by travellers.

• Constantin (2/5): Nu recomand cazare în acest apartament! - Ne-a plăcut faptul că este un apartament spațios, noi fiind două familii, în total 8 persoane. Proprietatea se află într-un stadiu deplorabil: pereți murdari de cafea, urme de mâini murdare, țânțari omorâți pe pereți cu pete de sânge, are o stare avansată de umiditate, pe la colțuri varul stă să cadă, porțiuni de parchet arse, o bară de protecție de la scara interioară ruptă, băile nu sunt dezinfectate, toaletele nu sunt igienizate, clanță de la ușa unei băi era ruptă, întrerupătoare și prize improvizate, terasă probabil cândva a fost, acum este deplorabilă, mizerie peste tot. Apartamentul are nevoie de o renovare totală înainte de a mai fi dat spre închiriere. Nu recomand! O experiență neplăcută pentru banii dați! Raport calitate/ preț: zero!

• Marta (6/5): - La ubicación. Cerca del metro y la parada del tranvía. Barrio con muchos restaurantes y bares. Tiene un supermercado en la puerta de entrada al edificio y una floristería muy bonita. Necesita pintura y una limpieza profunda.

• Alicia (3/5): Deja mucho que desear. - La ubicación estaba bien y era amplio. Estaba sucio, había uvas por el suelo de viajeros anteriores. Las sabanas de la habitación doble de arriba estaban llenas de oxido. Hay humedades y en general esta bastante descuidado. La ventana del salón no se cerraba y entraba mucho ruido. Hay muchísisisimos mosquitos y no había nada para repelerlos. Ibamos 9 y ni siquiera nos habían dejado las cosas preparadas para 9. Tuve que prepararme el sofá cama en el que dormí y tuve que rebuscar sabanas. Ademas la funda que tenia estaba super manchada. Las toallas también tuve que rebuscarlas y encima estaban sucias.

A/C in August works really well! :) Terrific quiet street with restaurants, pastry cafe, and grocery stories close by! 1 grocery store is on ground level of the same building—VERY convenient!! Tram is across the street! 21 min walk to Duomo of Milan. Access was a challenge… 1 of us had the remote button inside an email in on our phone so we traded off that phone and had to let each other in. Perhaps I could have asked for several of us to receive the email with how to access the home…

• Sophie (6/5): Perfect location but there were plenty of little faults that could’ve made the stay more comfortable - the location It was quite dirty, the plug sockets were all different types/sizes, the air conditioning didn’t work, the downstairs shower flooded the bathroom

• Katarzyna (9/5): overall i would recommend and had a good stay - very good location, lots of space, comfortable beds, large kitchen with dining area It wasn't as clean as I expected. The biggest problem was that the water drained very poorly in the tub and sink
