Salma (3/5): - We booked this place based on the listing which stated that you get the entire property to yourself, and that it is a house. Upon arrival, we discovered this was not true. We only had part of the house, while the owners lived in the other part – separated only by a glass door with a curtain. At one point, the curtain was moved aside and one of the owners tried to look inside. This was extremely uncomfortable and gave us no sense of privacy. Every time we went out to the garden, the owners suddenly appeared under the pretext of “fixing” something, but in reality we felt constantly watched. They also had zero tolerance for normal pool use – our children were told off for water splashing out of the pool while they were playing, which is completely normal. If you can’t accept that water will splash when people are swimming, especially children, you should not have a pool, and certainly not rent it out to families. This stay was anything but relaxing. There was surveillance, lack of privacy, and even sneaky attempts to look inside through the glass door. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful, private stay.
