• Minh (7/5): Great value and phenomenal staff, but tight space. - Location was very convenient, in-between two metro stations. Value was very good and it came with everything you would need in a place to stay. The staff was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. Plenty of outlets in the room and an adapter. It was much tighter than the pictures on the listing showed. We had space for one suitcase to be opened at a time. Two of the three elevators were broken when we were there, and they seem to only accommodate 7 ppl so it was a long wait to get to our room on the 12th floor as there were tons of people coming on and off. One elevator serves even floors, one elevator serves odd floors, and not sure about the last one. There wasn't a separate shower stall as shown in the bathroom pictures - it's just a shower hose hanging above the toilet.

• Valerii (8/5): - Good room for the money. Good staff. Good location, close to the metro. The outlet above the bed didn't work, and my phone never charged overnight. Maybe it just turns on with the air conditioner.
• Karl (8/5): A good stay at the right price. - Room was just as expected, simple and easy for a night before we headed to mainland China. Even hough we arrived from the airport quite late at night, Mrs Lim was courteous and kind in showing us our room. Just be aware the rooms are straight forward and simple.

WC fuite à l'écoulement des eaux derrière le bidet. Qualité des mouchoirs simple. Pas de brosse à dent à dispo (payant) . La douche au dessus des WC ( plein d'eau sur cuvette)

• Janusz (6/5): Pleasant - Located at the central Nathan Street, 350m from Jordan red line MTR station. WiFi working reasonably well. Ladies in reception nice and helpful. Door code which can be used for late night entry. A/C in my room was old and very noisy, hard to sleep.When booking I expected room to be tiny, but I did not expect that also bed is shorter than usual - not convenient for tall men. Hostel is on 13th floor with one slow elevator staying on odd floors (2 more elevators stay on even floors, one can use stairs but they have not been cleaned since centuries). Hostel itself is small but clean, the staircase outside it is in much worse shape - trash cans, laundry hanging in front of flats etc.

The room assigned to us smell cigarette smoke. We we're not able to rest in the room because of this..However, the property allowed us to change our room with no extra charge.

• Waiyee (7/5): Good for short stay - it has most things I needed for my 2 nights stay. appreciated Ms Lin helping my checkin after midnight. the bed is firm and comfortable. there's nothing to put my luggage on. there's no window which is fine, but also no reachable light switch from the bed, so have to get up in total darkness. On my first morning, before 8 am, someone doing some "construction" type thing don't know where, the extreme loud noise of a drill almost caused me heart attack !

• Shu (7/5): The place is still good value alternative to a hotel., great location and at the heart of the city. - There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance , There will be one to suit your budget/adventure. The whole building where Hung Fai House located is under major renovation . There is lot of noise and dust at day time.

• Subrata62 (9/5): Excellent regarding availability of necessary facilities. - It is a three sharing room. It has roadside window. Though not spacious but every amenities are available inside the room and also inside the toilet (clean with sufficient water). Wi Fi 24 hours. AC, TV is there. Electric kettle is there, we enjoyed tea and coffee whenever we got time to prepare. Thanks to Madam who supplied instant coffee pouches as we asked for. Changed towels. Two lifts are available 24 hours to reach 13/F easily. Beds are cozy with milk white bed covers and blanket covers. We enjoyed our time there in that room for 4 nights. Thanks to the property owner. Nothing to dislike. Though space inside room is not sufficient for three persons but we managed because we were two only.
