From the amenities to meeting new people it was incredible. Would definitely come back. My room 202 had a low ceiling for the bed but it wasn't an issue as I was attentive.

El dueño atento y amable. Y la chica que se encarga de la limpieza por las mañanas, muy amable y por lo que observé, con mucho saber hacer, para llevar una propiedad tan grande y con tantos huéspedes. Nada. Está un poco lejos pero con coche no hay problema. Nosotros aparcamos cerca del metro de Cornelia y desde allí fuimos en metro al centro.

- Gayle (1/5): Bad - The terrace was very pretty. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner did not work well.The bathroom sink water was a dribble. There was no shelf in the shower for soap. Soap and shampoo bottles were left on the shower floor to use which could be dangerous bending down and up. But the worst part was an extremely noisy person next door that yelled on his mobile phone to his girlfriend all day and night and he and friends were in the kitchen half the night making noise. The one staff person lives in the building next door so could not know what was going on until I notified him the next morning. My phone was not working well and there was no phone available to call him. He should install a land line fir thus purposes. This place is not really hotel but more a home with many bedrooms. It has a kitchen that everyone uses and can be noisy. The price is too much. I booked on Booking.com for 7 nights and checked out the next morning. After numerous contacts with the owner I have not received my refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The villa itself was stunning – beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a serene environment. We particularly enjoyed the private pool and the well-maintained garden, which provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. What truly set this villa apart was the attention to detail and the little touches that made our stay special. The staff was always available and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat. We can’t wait to return!

Just around the corner there is a shop, you can take a bus that brings you in 10 min to Vaticancity. the owner speaks fluid English is very kind and helpful.
