• Ella (9/5): - Die Lage ist hervorragend! Unmittelbar im Zentrum, direkt an der U-Bahn, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es nachts relativ ruhig. Die Ausstattung - vorallem die Küche - ist sehr neu. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen kleinen 24h Lebensmittelladen, bei dem man alles bekommt, was man braucht. Das Restaurant Happy Grill ist keine 2 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt nur eine Badewanne ohne Duschwand oder Duschvorhang. Wir hatten für 3 Nächte und 3 Personen nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier. Kann man aber einfach im Laden gegenüber nachkaufen. Die Vorhänge dunkeln nicht ab. Sobald die Sonne ausgeht, ist es hell im Zimmer.

• Andreja (10/5): Excellent - Excellent apartment, just as shown in the photos. Comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped and very clean. The location is great, right next to the main street Vitosha Blvd, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. The Happy restaurant is on the corner of the building, and the metro station is only 3 minutes away. All major attractions are nearby and easily accessible on foot or by local transport. The host is very helpful and friendly, and the check-in process is smooth. We enjoyed our stay.
• Tunc (9/5): Harika bir konum ve rahat, güvenli hissettiren bir konaklamaydı. - Mükemmel bir konum, konforlu bir ev ve yeni mutfak ve banyo. Yeterli büyüklük evinde gibi hissettiriyor. Yataklar yeterince iyi değildi. Ama tek kusuru buydu diyebilirim. Biraz daha konforlu ve kaliteli yatak kullanılsa 10/10 olacaktı.
• Maria Rosa (10/5): Sofia bellissima - Appartamento in zona centralissima, a pochi minuti dalla metropolitana, utilissima specialmente per andare e tornare in aeroporto, per il resto abbiamo fatto tutto a piedi perché l'appartamento è situato in centro, vicinissimo a tutto quanto si voglia visitare. Appartamento pulitissimo, con tutti i confort e servizi necessari, i proprietari sempre gentili e davvero molto disponibili. Consigliatissimo Era tutto perfetto

Изключително планиране на осветлението - всяка зона има 2 вида освещение : функционално и атмосферно. Добро планиране на отделните зони : самостоятелни, но с добра интеграция с всяка съседна. Балансирани климатични решения във всяка стая ( и тука на 2 равнища : парно и климатик ). С една дума - EXEPTIONAL :)). Нищо.

• Nuria (8/5): Situacion y apartamento perfecto - La situación super céntrico y a poca distancia del metro que te lleva del aeropuerto. la cocina, el baño, todo muy limpio y nuevo. Si que la entrada parece otra cosa pero el apartamento esta totalmente renovado y con mucho cariño. La atencion por mensajes con el propietario fue muy bien. El ascensor es un poco viejo, pero funciona perfectamente.

Çamaşır ve ayrıca kurutma makinesi, bulaşık, kahve, ekmek kızartma makineleri, kettle, fırın ve ayrıca macrowave hepsi tertemiz ve çalışır vaziyette. Konumu mükemmel, gezilecek yerlere, alışveriş caddesine çok yakın. Ev sahibinin bilgilendirmeleri tam zamanında ve eksiksizdi. Banyo ve ayrıca küçük bir tuvalet var. Ev temizliği de gayet iyiydi. Çok memnun kaldık. Bina, eski bir bina olmasına rağmen daire yenilenmiş.

• Yevgenia (10/5): - Очень классная квартира. Красивая и супер удобная во всех отношениях! Местоположение просто отличное. В самом центре и в 5 минутах от метро. Кухня укомплектована полностью. Включая посудомойку , стиралку и сушку. Хорошая ванная с гидромассажем .Удобные кровати. И, несмотря на то что окна спальни выходят на главную улицу , идеальная тишина. Очень хорошая звукоизоляция. Нам все понравилось! Лифт немного жутковатый и не всегда работал. Но это не вина хозяев.

• Gonzalo (10/5): Estancia cómoda en pleno centro - El alojamiento resultó muy confortable, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia agradable. La situación es excepcional, en pleno centro y con fácil acceso a todo lo que ofrece la ciudad. Además, justo al lado hay varias opciones de comida y un establecimiento abierto 24 horas que facilita mucho cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable.

• Yelena (9/5): Очень хорошие апартаменты, рекомендую! - Все было очень хорошо: чисто, комфортно. Шикарное освещение. Замечательное расположение. Получили очень подробное описание, как найти. Прилагались фото к описанию, которые нам очень помогли. В апартаментах есть абсолютно все, что может понадобиться. При въезде было предусмотрено для нас кофе и сладости. Это было очень здорово, т.к. мы заселялись поздно и что-то купить в это время было трудно. Спасибо! Всем рекомендую эти апартаменты. Только один маленький нюанс, который хотелось бы чтобы было иначе - в фиолетовой комнате была синтетическая простыня, но это никак не испортило наше впечатление.

• Kasuni Nelumika Mettananda (10/5): A comfortable stay in a perfect location with a wonderful and helpful host. Highly recommended! - The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. From a dishwasher, washing machine, and induction cooker to pots, pans, and cutlery. There was even a lovely tea collection 🥰 The landlord was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a late checkout without any extra charge. The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. There was a booklet with information about nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport in the apartment. It was super helpful too. Nothing at all. Everything was great!

• Urrri (10/5): Great apartments in the center of Sofia - It's truly in the heart of Sofia. Everything is nearby: the Happy restaurant and a ton of other restaurants and cafes, several supermarkets and minimarkets, shopping streets, and a metro station with connections to 3 lines and one to the airport. There are 24/7 automated storage lockers nearby. Parks and museums are easily accessible by metro. The taxi stop is 50 meters along the street. The apartment is clean and cozy. It's quiet, even though one bedroom faces the street. The living room has live green plants. The kitchen has everything you need. There are two toilets. The bathroom is a jacuzzi and a shower. Air conditioning is throughout. The landlady is caring and responsive I missed a shower curtain in the bathroom—water splashed all over the floor, but there's a drain there, too. Also, a heater in the bathroom would have been nice in the off-season, although overall it wasn't cold. The mattresses are spring-loaded, but comfortable.
• Natalie (9/5): Zentrales und wunderschönes Apartment - Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Es ist eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Vermieter haben schnell und sehr freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert und war immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür. İn einem Gästezimmer gab es nur eine Decke für zwei Leute. Auf der einen Seite hört man relativ viel von der Straße. Aber dafür ist die Lage eben wirklich super zentral.

Ev genel olarak gayet temiz ve kullanışlıydı. 2 tuvaleti, 2 kişilik 2 oda ve 2 balkonu mevcut gayet rahat ve ferahtı.Bir evde ihtiyacınız olacak herşey vardı.Biz çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar Sofyaya gelirsem kesinlikle burada kalırım herkese de tavsiye ederim. Herşey çok iyiydi😃

Per la vasca manca un tiraacqua. Carta igienica solo 1 rotolo, cialde caffe n.2 per 4 giorni. Piccole cose che fanno tanta differenza l.

There’s a smelly mop left for you in the bathroom to clean it. One room is above a noisy street (street noise at night)

• Jenna (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated and well furnished. The location was excellent and we could easily walk to everything we wanted to see and do in Sofia. The hosts kept in good communication with us throughout our stay. Once we got the aircon going, we were able to keep the apartment cool in the summer heat. The TV had some English channels available. Basic amenities like tea/coffee, shower gel/shampoo and crockery/cutlery were provided, and if we had wanted to do our own cooking, the kitchen was well equipped. All in all, this apartment was a little gem and perfect for our short break in Sofia! Pillows and the bed in the purple room were quite firm and uncomfortable.
