Verified traveler (8/5): シャワーがイマイチ - ロケーションは最高に良い。高島屋、ベンタン市場、他レストラン、ブイビエンまで歩ける。とにかく立地は便利。スタッフはちゃんと教育されている感じで良い。ただしシャワーの温度が定まらない。これは致命的だと思う。熱くなったり冷たくなったりしてなかなか一定のお湯を使用できない。これが無ければリピートしたいが、シャワーの件でリピートは考えてしまう。

Perdita (4/5): - This property was not what we expected it to be. Felt like a low budget, dated guest house/room. I had been on a South Asia tour and stayed in various hotels in different cities and countries. This was by far the worst of our stays. Good thing our stay was very short.

Takahiro (4/5): - ビジネス利用で3泊しました。立地もよく、スタッフの方は親切に対応して頂きました。　ただ、2日連続で深夜に火災報知器が長時間鳴り、あまりに鳴り止まないので、火災かと思い一階へ降りたところ、火災ではないと案内がありましたが、放送での案内や誘導はななし。また、部屋には前の宿泊客のものと思しきゴミが残され、四隅にうっすら埃が…あまり清掃もいき届いていません。また、私が予約した部屋はバスタブ付きの部屋でしたが、元々窓の無い部屋でした。窓がないという表示はありませんので、予約時には注意が必要です。
