• Lesley (9/5): Great Apartment, fantastic location! - The location was superb, very central, close to everything for us. The decor in the apartment was very much to our taste, it was spotlessly clean, all good. Lovely bathroom, great shower. Huge, comfy bed too. It was hard to communicate with the man who let us in. No English television channels, not even a news one. No Windows.
• Bert (9/5): Goed verblijf. - - Ligging / locatie - alles was aanwezig van haardroger en koffieapparaat naar strijkijzer en was/drogercombi. Er waren wel ramen maar er was geen uitzicht. Ondanks dat we heel veel weg waren is daglicht en uitzicht altijd wel prettig. Dat hebben we een beetje gemist.

• Maria Melissa (10/5): - Location, location, location - excellent. Joaquin, one of the designated contacts was very responsive. We also happened to meet the proprietor and while he only spoke Spanish, was very concerned about our stay. He told us to call him anytime. He even warned us about safety against pickpockets. The apartment was very clean, appointed with quality linens, kitchen equipment including some coffee pods, 2 tvs, a/c in bedroom and living area and many more. We would definitely stay here again. The apartment had no windows to the outside (street view) although there were windows to the center where other buildings also had the same, but they were more for exhaust. The apartment was well lit to make up for this. The kitchen could have been equipped with a few basic cooking necessities like salt, pepper and oil. But, these are minor inconveniences and the grocery was a few feet away.

• Alvaro (10/5): - Apartamento excelente a tres minutos caminando de la Puerta del Sol. Es tal cuál se indica en las fotografías. Sofá para dos, cocina con placas, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, extractor, nevera, congelador, cafetera de cápsulas, hervidor de agua, tostador.... Una encimera enorme con un pantallon de tv y dos butacas altas. Habitación súper amplia con otro televisor, mesa, cama King size y perchero para dejar la ropa.. Baño coqueto con ducha guapa, dos lavabos y secador. Nos dejaron cápsulas de café, azúcar y agua. Una limpieza extraordinaria y muy cuidado. Pese a tener ventanas que dan a un patio, no tienes ninguna sensación de agobio porque tiene una iluminación perfecta y está todo pintado de blanco. La comunicación con Joaquín desde la reserva, la llegada y el día de marchar fue estupenda y muy agradable, estando atento a cualquier problema que pudiésemos tener. Sitio al que sin duda volveremos e invitaremos a nuestras amistades a ir. Un poco de aceite, vinagre y sal estaría perfecto para no tener que comprar un litro/kilo de cada para tres noches

• Daniel (9/5): Excellent rental in downtown Madrid - Excellent location in downtown Madrid, close to everything. We had everything that we needed for our four day stay for a great place. We would definitely stay here again as long as the price stays in the same range. No windows to see outdoors, but you can't have it all.

• Silvia (10/5): Very clean and close to everything! - The apartment was very clean. Looks like it was renovated not too long ago. The location was prime, close to everything! The metro station is just minutes away on foot. There are no windows facing the street, so it was very quiet at night. Communicating with the owners/mgr was easy, and they would respond within minutes through Booking.com. The king bed was comfortable. This apartment is spacious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone looking to be within walking distance to all the major attractions, including a high variety of restaurants/bars just outside the building door. We were happy with this accommodation. We stayed in apartment 1B. The bathroom door was a bit inconvenient. The size of the bathroom is good, but the door opens up to the inside of the bathroom. It doesn't open up all the way to the wall. It stops right in the middle, making it inconvenient to move around the inside without having to close it. The bathroom has two sinks, but with the door issue, 2 people can't really be inside there comfortably. This is not a deal breaker, I would still stay here again!

• Luciano Schiaffino (10/5): Excelente departamento en Madrid - La ubicación es perfecta a 2 cuadras de puerta del sol. El departamento tiene excelentes instalaciones y equipamiento. Muy recomendable. El propietario siempre estuvo atento de que todo estuviera bien. Lo super recomiendo! Nada que observar porque todo me gustó.

Host let us check in very early which was much appreciated. Music from the restaurant below us was loud most of the day until Midnight every night. Banging woke us up every morning sounded like someone was doing work on the building.

• Nerida (10/5): Location, location, location! - Incredible location. Right in the heart of Madrid. Apartment is new with a massive, very comfortable bed. The kitchen is well equipped and has a great washer/dryer which comes in very handy. The apartment is above a restaurant/bar and you can hear dance music well into the early hours.

• Victoria (10/5): Fantastic apartment is a great location - The apartment really had everything you could need - including washer/dryer and excellent coffee maker. The place was recently renovated and very clean. The neighborhood was excellent and close to everything we wanted to see. There is no marking on the outside to know you made it to the right apartment, but the host was very quick to respond to questions and was not an issue.
