• Mariano (10/5): Si el apartamento fuera mío no estaría mucho mejor - Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y bien cuidadas. Prácticamente todo era nuevo o en estado de conservación casi perfecto. Nicole muy atenta y dispuesta a atender cualquier solicitud. Tuvimos una comunicación fluida. Si el apartamento fuera mío, creo que no lo tendría mucho mejor, y se lo dejaría al cuidado a Nicole. Me olvidaba, las vistas son muy, muy buenas. Los ascensores a veces daban pequeños "saltos". Nada grave, pero igual la comunidad de propietarios debería revisarlos o actualizarlos.
• Vitali (10/5): - Отличное месторасположение, все чисто и очень много вещей для проживания. Частная паковка. Харизматичный и очень вежливый хозяин. Прекрасные пляжи в 10 минутах ходьбы. Тихо. Самая удобная кровать из всех, где я либо встречал. Отдельное внимание - вид на закаты. Прекрасно провели время.

La limpieza del alojamiento es espectacular, la atención de Jorge Emilio fue de lo mejor, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La comodidad y la ubicación son perfectas, y lo que más valoramos fue que nos permitieran estar con nuestras dos perritas, lo cual hizo la estadía aún más especial. Sin duda, volveremos. • Hajnalka (10/5): Kiváló nyaralás - Gyönyörű kilátás. Kényelmes ,nagy apartman kiváló felszereltséggel. Tiszta kültéri medence. Biztonság kiváló . Elhelyezkedése közel a parthoz. Kiváló közlekedés mi autót béreltünk. Szemben a SiamPark 10 perc alatt elérhető.
• Volker (10/5): Toller Erholungsurlaub in einer komplett anderen Welt. 🌵🌴🌾 - Das Apartment ist wie eine normale Zweizimmerwohnung optimal zum Wohnen eingerichtet. Es gibt wirklich alles und kein Wunsch bleibt offen. Sollte doch etwas fehlen. Kümmern sich die Gastgeber sofort. Der Pool ist auch sehr sauber und gepflegt und aufgrund der Lage der Wohnung weht immer eine frische Prise. Und und und...es war ein sehr toller Urlaub

• Magdalena (10/5): Such an amazing place to stay! - We arrived in the evening and we got a warm welcome by Natalie and Jorge who showed us the apartment. Very nice to be met by such positive and helpful people. They also prepared some welcome snacks. So check-in couldnt go any better. The apartment was clean, cosy and well equipped. We had everything we needed. There was a beautiful view from the balcony where we enjoyed our meals. The location was brilliant with walking distance to the beach, shops and Siam park.

Will definitely come back - The apartment was spacious, great view from the balcony, sunset 🌅,everything you need for your stay, great utilities in the kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom, clean. Supermarkets are 5 minutes walk away, the beach 🏖️ is about 10 minutes walk away. Private parking . Definitely recommend! Loud music from hotels around till 11 o’clock(information for families with younger children and not having drinking water 🚰 from the pipes (Tenerife problem)
• Colin (10/5): Great apartment in an excellent location! - The view is perfect, the host is friendly and helpful, the apartment is spacious (bigger than the pictures suggest). Includes all facilities needed for an apartment (washing machine, cooker, coffee machine, toaster). TV in living room, and also in the second bedroom. Good fast wifi. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep a nice breeze while you sleep. Airco is not needed, just opening windows at each end of the apartment results in a lovely fresh breeze through the apartment all the time. The apartment is on the top floor. Behind the apartment block is the main bus station, where you can get a bus to/from the airport for less than 5 euros, and also to anywhere else you may want to go. Siam Park is a 10 mins walk. Siam Mall is a 10 mins walk. Playa de Troya is about 6 mins walk. There are two supermarkets less than 5 mins walk at the end of the street. There are usually several e-scooter companies scooters outside the apartment, so you can go to any of these locations in about 2 mins by scooter, this is a very convenient location and a cheap way to get around the area. We stayed for 2 weeks, but only rented a car for 2 days (to visit Teide mountain), the rest of the time, everything was accessible by either walking or scooter. Note that as Costa Adeje is a 'resort town', there is generally a bit of noise in the evenings outside. The hotel next to the apartment block plays music quite loudly but every night they stop at 10pm. After 10pm, you can usually still hear a little bit of music coming from the clubs down at the beach but it is quiet because that is a lot further away, so it wasn't a problem for us.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious, bright and comfortable. It had everything we needed during our stay. It is approx. a 10-minute walk to the beach and even less to shops, restaurants, etc. The view from the balcony is great and there's furniture provided to enjoy it. The hosts were very nice and flexible about the check-in and check-out times which was extremely helpful.
• Terence (10/5): Exceptional - Just returned from a week in this fabulous apartment and can't fault it in any way. It is part of a residential block with private swimming pool and tennis court which were always really quiet. The view from the lounge and balcony is simply amazing especially the sunsets. Apartment has everything you need - basic kitchen ingredients, washing liquids, etc. Row of shops under the building. Location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the promenade, bars, restaurants, beaches. 4 minute walk to bus station where you can catch buses to everywhere on island. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, it won't disappoint you. Nothing
• Teresa (10/5): It was perfect! - Everything was perfect, comfortable beds, great kitchen & bathroom, clean & modern, wonderful high up views from the balcony, very well equipped, lovely big quiet swimming pool, great location, close to beach & bus station, downstairs is Meson Marquez restaurant/café & next door is my favourite fruit & veg shop Los Agaves. Oh and the hosts were friendly & attentive & we appreciated the food parcel on our arrival. Thankyou x
• Sikora (10/5): Fantastic location, incredible view, excellent apartment and lovely hosts - View is fantastic, the pictures do not show the size of the apartment we were very pleased when we arrived. The location was perfect for every type of holiday. 10-15 minute walk away from the strip, the marina, Siam park and Siam mall, we didn’t get in a taxi once. We were greeted by a wonderful host who made us feel super comfortable and relaxed. The apartment has EVERYTHING you might need for your stay and if you did need something there’s a supermarket at the end of the road! The pool area was quiet all the time and there are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. I will be staying again! I was concerned about there being no air conditioning… please do not let this put you off! There are excellent ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the apartment is on the top floor. For the morning part of the day and into the afternoon the balcony is shaded meaning you get a lovely breeze through the many big windows! Top tip - open the front door and use the door stop to keep it open and the apartment is cool in minutes!

The pictures in the advert although very good cannot do this place justice.The apartment is on the top floor overlooking what can only be described as spectacular views over las Americas and la gomera. The description given for the apartment facilities far exceeds any expectations Everything is first class from the supplied breakfast to the furnishings .This apartment is a home from home as everything is supplied to make your holiday one you will never forget.
