• Nicla (9/5): WE Lungo a Milano - L'appartamento è situato in una buona zona di Milano, comoda con tutti i servizi necessari e a cinque minuti dalla fermata "bande nere", linea rossa della metro che porta direttamente al Duomo. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili, creando una chat WA per qualsiasi evenienza e aiutandoci con un piccolo problema che abbiamo avuto con il lettino da campeggio richiesto per la nostra bambina. Molto consigliato!!

Sound-proof is definetely an overstatement - if you want to sleep later than 8 AM, forget it; you will be awaken by people shouting in the hallway and a horse in high heels living above the flat.

• Geanina (10/5): Exceptional - We were truly impressed by the exceptional cleanliness—every detail was spotless. The apartment is small, stylish, and looks exactly like in the pictures. It’s equipped with everything you need for a vacation, and the beds are very comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and easy when it came to checking in. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the metro is just a short walk away, making it super convenient to reach the Duomo quickly. One thing to note (which seems common in many accommodations across Italy): you can hear some noise from the neighbors. It didn’t bother us much, but it might be noticeable to light sleepers.

• Nikos (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect.The apartment was very clean and it really had everything.From detergent for washing clothes to olive oil for the foods,iron,umbrellas etc.Everything inside is brand new(the oven,tv,boiler,).Hot water all day that it is really important especially if you have a baby like us and very safe area as well with very easy parking.The price is really good considering the prices in Milan.Quiet apartment in general.It really is even better than it looks in pictures.Itbis an excellent choice the owners are very helpful and polite!Thanks again! • Boris (1/5): Worst experience ever - Apartment is nice but after all the trouble you go through. it's not worh it We didn't like that you have to exchange 20 messages on whatsapp to get in the apartment and after I entered another 100 messages from the owners who I think have some serious issues. While making booking on the booking.com page I clicked on "I need an invoice" and expected to recover some kind of. invoice or receipt like every time I do (this is the 1st time in 18 years that I have this problem) the owner refused to give it, I think they don't want to pay taxes or whatever. Also I belive that booking.com failed big time here because they are responsible also. I make booking through their website and clicked on "I need and invoice" in advance before paying. Oh yea, the owner refused to let me come to the apartment before other person arrived, we arrived 5 hours apart since we arrived from different countries. I had to stay in the street 5 hours. That was super nice. Also owner insisted that we send photo of our ID on whatsapp whis is against all regulations and I am not sure if this is legal.
• Damian (8/5): Go there if you are OK to commute - Owner was super kind, informative and helpful. Close to metro and 24/7 shop. Room was very clear and well automated. Noise from the street. Minor things like a tight corridors and a small kitchen.
• Md (9/5): very nice place to be choosen to stay well organized and clean and the stuff was with us helping us in any questions - very well organized, clean, nice balocony and bed and the decoration was very nice the check in timing we arrived at night so we have to pay 50 euro. There was some water disturbed and they did maintenance for that

The hosts were very kind and helpful, they helped us with everything we asked them. The apartment is very comfortable and we are very happy with our stay. There was a heater issue, however the hosts were very attentive and they tried to fix it immediately.
• Sheytanova (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and cozy, also had everything you need for a comfortable stay, even shampoo, shower gel and cleansing milk to take off your makeup :) the neighborhood also is very nice and peaceful, with lots of supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. The apartment is very close to a metrostation and the access to the city centre is easy and relatively fast. The bedroom is very small, so if you are with a baby or a little child it's not so comfortable, but it's perfect for a couple.

• Kareem (10/5): Recommended - The owners are very kind and friendly and super helpful. The flat is extremely clean and tidy and I liked the interior design very much. The area where the flat is located is very convenient, livable and safe. The metro station is just a walking distance. And just at the corner there is a bakery with amazing pastries. There is also a Carrefour express and another bigger Carrefour in the near. The bed and the sofa bed in the flat were extremely comfortable. We also had welcome coffee, tea and croissant which is very sweet gesture of the owners. I am usually very picky when it comes to tidiness so when I say about a flat that it is clean it means it is really super clean. All in all I am very happy with my choice. I deeply recommend this flat if you are looking for a stay in Milano. Thanks very much for the owners for this great experience. I am looking forward to staying here again the next time I am visiting Milano.
