• Keziah (10/5): - This lovely little flat far exceeded our expectations for an overnight crash pad. It's been done up to a lovely finish and doesn't feel crowded, comes well equipped for cooking and laundry, and has gorgeous 270 views on the wrap around balcony. We especially appreciated the chilled water and electric fan on arrival as our trip was during a heatwave. Picking up and dropping off the keys was straightforward and there are more than enough grocery stores and restaurants around - even a discount Greggs outlet. The bed was a little soft but comfortable and the water pressure in the shower/bath was wonderful. Not a problem for us but access to the flat does necessitate going up one flight of stairs as the lift stops short - worth knowing for disabled folks!

• François (10/5): Astounding - Phenomenal penthouse apartment with wrap around balcony, excellent view over London. Very comfy flat, spacious, with nice kitchen and bathroom. Great shower. Easy check in check out 24hr. Excellent central location Bed too soft for me. No toiletries, coffee etc other than what has been left behind by previous guests.
• Mike (10/5): Great location excellent value. - The property was in a great location for a visit to Central London. Not far from the west end and Soho. We accidentally left some of our belongings behind and the host was more that helpful in returning it to us. The property is a credit to them and customer service above and beyond expectations. Would be staying here again for another London visit.

• Nerea (4/5): Todo mal - Que estaba relativamente cerca de Candem, aunque en un barrio poco especificado en las descripciones de el alojamiento Las instalaciones muy limitadas, el colchón dejaba mucho que desear, la limpieza relativa del lugar (el calentador de agua tenía agua estancada), la habitación daba a una terraza de libre acceso por la escalera de emergencias y solo cerraba con una cerradura simple de terraza dando muy poca sensación de seguridad. Ruidos contantes a lo largo de la noche, sin persianas que no permitían oscuridad. El barrio estaba céntrico pero te especifican ideal para familias cuando, por desgracia, se encuentra en un lugar algo hostil y poco residencial. No se vivieron situaciones de peligrosidad pero se respiraba una situación de intranquilidad. El día que nos íbamos pico a la puerta sin previo aviso por la aplicación un individuo muy poco amable, que intuimos a hacer la limpieza, y sin mirarnos a la cara solo contestó con gruñidos a lo que le decíamos. En las fotos ponen que te habilitan una burra para colocar tus pertenencias pero ni rastro de esta, teníamos que dejar las cosas en la misma mesa. Porque no quisimos amargarnos la estancia y lo tomamos con buena actitud, pero muy desagradable estancia.

• Anna Marija (7/5): Great views,bad bed. - Great location with good views. The apartment was tidy. I wish accessing the apartment key was easier,with a suitcase on a windy day it was a little difficult to walk the distance,but on a sunny day and without a suitcase probably would actually be a nice stroll. The bed was super uncomfortable and I wish the outside terrace had more seating and maybe some plants or something to make it look a little better. Otherwise the views are great at night if you enjoy seeing the city lights.

Room is clean and everything great The key pickup process was inconvenient, as the collection point was quite far from the actual property. It would be much more efficient to have a lockbox on-site. Additionally, the mattress felt aged and lacked support, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep.

Interesting area and close to where I needed to be. - Spacious bed/dining room, well equipped kitchen (though no coffee making) and pleasant bathroom I’d rather not have pot plants if they’re plastic! Door to balcony didn’t open. A locksmith had called before I arrived and left a note.

• Christel (7/5): - De ruimte was groot genoeg, schoon en had geweldig uitzicht. De host regelde reparaties gelijk. Het was lastig om de douche op goede temperatuur te houden. Het water was meestal te koud. De wijk is niet de beste wijk, maar we hebben er geen last van gehad.

• Simone (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt für 1-3 Nächte in Ordnung. Länger hätte es mir vom Wohlfühlfaktor nicht gefallen. - Sehr geräumig, modern, wirkte teils recht neu renoviert. Ausstattung: nur ein großes Handtuch pro Person. Sauberkeit: war ok, aber bereits deutlich benutze Spüllappen in der Küche fand ich nicht hygienisch und genau durfte man auch nicht in die Ecken gucken.
• Fred (7/5): Great location, needs some work and a bit more effort for the guests to justify the price. - Good location, a nice clean block, flat was on the 10th floor, it has a quick and clean lift. Great view of the city and only a shoft walk from King Cross etc No air con but there is a very good portable fan that was needed in the heatwave that weekend. Shoft walk or cheap uber ride to places like Oxford street, camden market, regents / Hyde parks and various theatres. I didn't like having to pick up and then drop off the keys from a seperate location, pick fine but why cant I leave the keys at thge property. Its a studio but it needs some maintenace, the window locks all need repairing, the toilet seat is very loose. We found the bed very uncomfortable, the room is big enough for a small couch which would have been a good addition. Outside you have a great space to enoy the views however there is only one old wooden sunlounger to use, why not have a storage box there with some comfortable sun chairs and a fold up table. It would have been nice to sit there but and enjoy the summer evening warmth with a glass of wine. Only 2 fairly old towels in the room for a couple staying for 2 nights, very poor. We didn't feel the room was worth the £170 per night we paid.
• Jason (8/5): Lovely views, clean and well decorated - Fantastic views, well decorated and clean. Overall a nice place to stay. Mattress is VERY soft so won’t be to everyone’s taste. Getting the keys is a bit of a pain, it’s a 10 min plus walk from the accommodation not much fun in 30 degrees carrying bags around.
• Birayalp (3/5): Poor - nothing it wasn't clean, it was outdated, the seat of toilet was broken. Bed was not clean. We couldn't stay there, so had to leave right away. Euston is a central location but the neighbourhood didn't look safe and peaceful at all.

• Patrick (8/5): Great views, very clean and spacious. - Very clean and great views from the balcony. The washer/dryer was really convenient and the kitchen had all the needed appliances, except for a dishwasher, which we don’t use anyway. However, the plug in the sink didn’t work so that was a challenge, but a minor inconvenience. Having a bath under the was nice, so one could relax. The lack of hanging space for clothes ( no wardrobe or rack) proved tricky. The toilet was too high off the floor so very uncomfortable. The extra steps from the elevator may prove difficult for those with heavy luggage.But, all in all, these didn’t really trouble our short stay of 3 nights. The hostess had the lock on a window fixed very promptly ( especially as it was the weekend) so we were very happy overall.

• Karolína (10/5): Love the rooftop apartment! - The view is awesome! I like the location, the fact you are on the roof and you actually have very decent space for the studio. Kitchen was well equipped and the desing of the apartment is modern! Only thing I would highligh is not the best condition of the windows. But as it was not really that cold, it did not bother us.

Then walked into the middle of a council estate with lots of high rise all around and I felt unsafe. Im a working class person and this doesn’t bother me but this felt not ok. • Marcus (5/5): Passable - Good location close to Euston and Regents Park. Modern flat refurbed to a good standard. Top floor of council flat block. Lobby, stairs and lift were clean and functional but not welcoming. TV required own log in details (iPlayer, Netflix etc) so we couldn't use it.

• Suzi (3/5): I wouldn’t stay here again, I would next time stay in a hotel or a nicer area air b&b. - When someone advertises penthouse you assume something quite posh, it wasn’t, it was the top of a council estate. A neighbour said they had a lot of stabbings and shooting there. I didn’t feel at all safe.

It has everything someone can ask and even more! - Very bright and spacious apartment, everything was clean and tidy; many comforts available, good location and well connected. • Jerzy (8/5): Nice place, bad key access. - Bright, the view on London, it was clean. To shower the second person has to wait for the water to heat (the first shower was quick). The pick-up spot and drop-off for the keys - is really far away from the apartment. 12 min walking each time, which is not great with the luggage.

• Angella (6/5): Won’t book this again - Washing machine was full of dirt and dust. Apartment wasn’t clean, the floor was very dusty. Even the blanket had clusters of dust. You have to collect your apartment keys from another location, and have to travel back there to drop it off. No luggage storage at all. It is also quite a distance to walk if you have your luggages with you.

• Bethany (1/5): Don't recommend - Wasn't happy at all. Ended up booking into a hotel. No clean towels, only one dirty one on the bed. Found used towels hanging on the wardrobe and a bag of dirty ones. No hand towels provided. When I sat on the bed, it was very uncomfortable and sounds like it's been put back together with tape and looked like it had been slept in. Just not up to any standard what so ever! Messaged owner, and they stated they couldn't do anything about it and could we look for towels ourselves!
• Daniel (7/5): Decent place to stay in London - - Newly reformed appartment - Peaceful neighborhood - Only one small towel was provided for 2 people over 3 nights, luckily we brought our own - No towel in the kitchen and only and old dirty sponge - Had to throw the rubbish out - The toilet was unusually highly mounted on the wall, making it uncomfortable to use - Poor bed, bad mattress and cheap pillows, no duvet, small covers, etc
• Ivy (5/5): Spacious and airy. - No breakfast. Self catering. The view from the place is wonderful. Having a settee would be more comfortable. A bigger and better bed.

• Sharp (7/5): Good - Nice views. Very clean, well equipped apartment. Nicely decorated. The blind was too small for the window next to the bed and no blind at all on the balcony door so it was very light in the room in the early hours which did disturb sleep.
• Sarah (7/5): Convenient - The kitchen had everything The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bedding and pillows weren’t very comfortable either There was no hot water and could not be fixed we did notify and they did try to fix but it made the stay unusable to have a shower or bath

• Megan (10/5): Brilliant location and superb flat - Flat was brilliant. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were great. The terrace is fabulous but we didn't have the weather to use it! 10 min walk to Euston Station, 15 min to Camden, 20 min into Soho, 30 min to Oxford Circus. Picking up and dropping off keys was easy. I would definitely stay here again.
