• ANIM HASHIM (5/5): - 1. Arte Pool 2. Jacuzzi 3. Winter Lounge Comments (Unit: C2-03-10) 1. Arrived at 0430 pm. But there is NO key and Access Card in Mailbox. After call n whatapp 'owner', only received key after 1/2 hour. 2. Only 1 Card n Key for 8 people. So it make difficult for movement to going anywhere as we need move as one group everytime. 3. Only 1 parking provided. As we checked in 8 adult family, we drive 2 cars, one car parked inside but another car need to park at Lotus market as no visitor parking available in arte cheras. 4. Homestay quite small since the living room n tv on upper room. My mother  unable to watch tv during our stay. 5. Despite 2 Toilets, only 1 have shower facilities, just imagine to queue for 8 people for shower.

• Edmund (4/5): Location are superb convenience but looking of better Agent trouble-shooting when concern raised. - Location are strategy, very nearby MRT station. morning market, food stall & etc 1)Smelly due to toilet poor air ventilation, owner should look into and improve it. 2)Contact # in web being informed no longer valid but there is superb slow or no respond from web contact. 3)Car park registration not properly well register prior to arrival, and wait for 1.5hrs++, only manage to contact Minsu Agent. 4)Only 1 carpark allow with family group of members, 6~8px homestay rent, agent/management team do not provide any solution except just ask to park at road side. Parking roadside car received 2 copy of summon per our next morning observation. 5)Comment on access card difficulty to scan for lift entrance, but NO replacement access card and ask to try on bomba lift, this is unacceptable since family trip including kids who may stuck at lift entrance where lack of air ventilation. 5)Cockroach found twice in kitchen & bathroom
• Lynn (9/5): - The house has a modern vibe that makes me feel so comfortable and the house is very clean. The kitchen area is full of ants. Not sure actually where they come from but the moment we check-in, we found so many of them.

• Yanira (7/5): - Las vistas,la amplitud y los aires acondicionados Falta de menaje de la cocina,no hay enchufes en los baños,la persecución de los vigilantes de seguridad del edificio,son muy muy atosigadores,te persiguen,estás en la piscina y se ponen detrás de las columnas medio escondidos a vigilar.Y el tener todo el tiempo que estar chequeando por todo,por un lado está bien por la seguridad pero hay que coger dos ascensores para llegar al piso y en los dos tienes que poner tarjeta,y solo te dan 1 si vas con más gente y alguien se quiere quedar en el apartamento no puede salir a la calle

• Eman (9/5): Superb - Big 2 BHK apartment with all facilities, clean and comfortable. Next to a mall with lots of shops with great prices. Friendly staff and very cooperative The way you access the building as we found it a bit complicated and different than what we were used to in big hotels.

• Ersad (5/5): Passable - House was beautiful to stay with family. Proper guideness to collect key and guards help to do that. Through messages property explain well and good communication. Less Lift working, swimming pool was smelly and saw dog shits near pool area. crowded.

• Arex (10/5): Great stay for a couple days and everything was good. - Easy access, everything i need (food, bath supply & else) are just downstairs. Need another parking lot (give option if needed), we slept for 3 nights and everyday got a parking compound ticket because another car just park at the street parking lot. And please put a bathroom floor mat or anti slip mat.
