La personne en charge de répondre n’est pas réactive aux messages par whatsapp. Nous avons eu du mal à ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble. Heureusement qu’il y avait des voisins qui sortaient. Aussi, nous aurions aimé qu’il y ait du liquide vaisselle et une éponge. Ça aurait aussi était génial d’avoir une lampe de chevet par chambre et des bols en cuisine.
• Jamaa (1/5): Un vrai cauchemar - Très mauvaise expérience! Une fois arrivés sur place (à 16H00 comme indiqué par l'hôte), nous n'avons pas pu accéder à l'appartement faute de clés. On a appelé sur les deux numéros sans réponse, écrit des mails via booking, sans réponse! Epuisés par un long voyage avec deux enfants en bas âge, on a attendu jusqu'à 17H20 sans réponse malgré les dizaines d'appels! On a pris la décision de quitter les lieux et de chercher ailleurs. Ce n'est que vers 17H30 que je reçois une réponse mail me disant qu'il n'a pas pu répondre à temps, trop tard! Booking m'a promis de me rembourser 30 euros. Mais j'attends que l'hôte me restitue l'argent que j'ai payé sans pouvoir accéder à l'établissement.

• Brynnen (9/5): The apartment was great, honestly looked better in person than in the pictures! - It was really nice that the host sent a series of pictures that instructed us how to get into the property. I think it would have been tricky without the visuals. But we were able to access the apartment in very little time. It's a little far from the center, but we had our car so we could get there quickly. Leaving the car in the street made us a little nervous but it was fine.

El centro está a 10 minutillos dando un paseito, muy bonito, cruzando el parque de la Argentina y llegando a las murallas y al centro de la ciudad, una localización muy cómoda, ya que te encuentras muy cerca del centro, pero con la tranquilidad de estar un pelin más relajado!! Anfitriona que cuida todo tipo de detalles!!

• Margarita del Rocío (10/5): Genial - El piso está muy bien situado, muy limpio, tiene seis camas individuales y si volvemos a Ceuta lo reservaríamos seguro. Hay gel y champú, aceite, vinagre, sal, azúcar, cápsulas de café, infusiones, todo un detalle Totalmente recomendable

• Alessio (10/5): Little paradise right outside Ceuta's city centre - Everything is perfect. The location is super convenient, the place is super clean and the rooms are very comfortable. We stayed here only one night and we wish we could spend another month in the place.

We couldn't open the door to the building. We tried for half an hour to get in. Finally someone came to the door and let us in.

• jesus (10/5): La ciudad de Ceuta en tu palma de la mano por la ubicación y relajado - El alojamiento es ideal para ir con familia. Muy bien ubicado y limpio. Confortable y con todo el menaje necesario en cocina y baños , además de ropa de cama y baño. Frente un Mercadona y a 5 min del puerto deportivo y centro Ceuta a pie. La anfitriona muy atenta a nuestras necesidades. El check in es alas 16:00 pero por necesidad de ir con pequeños nos dejaron hacerlo a las 13:30. Y se agradece. Aunque vimos poca tele, pero muy bien equipada con Netflix , Amazon prime , etc… Nada que objetar. Por decir algo negativo, son las calles empinadas pero esto es normal en Ceuta. Y Ceuta es una ciudad con muchos animales domésticos , y las calles cercanas al piso olían a pipi de perro. Pero una vez que entras en el portal, entras en el paraíso y en el descanso.

• Signe (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and big, and had everything needed. The shower was nice and hot. The kitchen fully equipped. The location is a bit away from the centre, but in a walkable distance. The rooms smelled for smoke - from previous tenant (and the numerous ambientadores could not mask the smell). As I am sensitive for smells, it did bother me.
