- Sarrinah (5/5): - It was spacious The window was dirty and there were dirts on each of the beds
- Sylwester (1/5): I don't recommend - The apartment itself was ok. Well equipped, spacious, located in a new building (although the lack of a table in the living room was an unpleasant surprise). The area was quiet, although a bit too far from the center and the nearest metro stop. But… The check-in procedure turned out to be a complete disaster. On site, it turned out that the building security guard hadn’t received information from the owners about our arrival and didn’t want to let us into the apartment. Attempts to contact the owner (by phone, sms, email) were unsuccessful. Due to the fact that we arrived at the building quite late (after 10 p.m.) and we were unable to contact the owner, we were forced to look for alternative accommodation on our own in the middle of the night. Finally, the owner confirmed our accommodation to the building security early in the morning (around 4 a.m.). We arrived at the building again the next day around 8 a.m. (after staying overnight at the hotel that we found on our own) and then the security let us into the apartment. The owner of the apartment hasn’t yet refund us either for the first night, which we were unable to use the apartament, or cover the costs of the alternative accommodation we incurred.
