- Jess (10/5): Great location out of the city, close to transport, amazing hosts will be back for sure! - There was plenty of room, with all amenities available for self containing. The hosts were beautiful people and great communicators. We loved everything, the only feedback would be we didn’t park in the garage because the car was too big to fit and quite hard to navigate through the driveway given its location. We were also woken up every morning at 5am from the sausage dog barking upstairs on the balcony. Could also hear the people upstairs through the floor. But no faults to the property itself.

- Natalia (5/5): - It was cozy accommodation was good I liked we were allowed our dog here overall can’t complain It wasn’t the cleanest there was food still left in kitchen appliances, sinks were dirty behind them and the dishwasher had a bad smell a bit noisy from upstairs about six in the morning
- Matthew (8/5): A top location for people wanting to be in Newmarket. Plenty of space in this roomy and well equipped unit. - Lots of space in the unit and a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, and two ensuite bedrooms were great. A bit noisy at times, as the unit is under another unit upstairs with a barking dog and general activity which comes through the floor.

- Jennifer (8/5): Clean and comfortable townhouse - the place is very clean with comfy beds, good hot showers and a nice kitchen with good amount of equipment. The location is good - there are a couple of shopping centres not too far away (easy if you have a car but not sure about public transport) easy place to find for ubers and taxis. The owners are lovely and very helpful - arriving and departing was easy as keys are in a lock box. It was great to have a washing machine and internal clothesline. there is a nice courtyard with a table and chairs. The unit is near a major road but is quiet at night. the only issue is parking. The garage is not easily accessible for anything other than a very small car however there is a visitor parking space and most of the time there is room to park on the street. The owners advised us of this.

- Gunhild (9/5): We very much recommend this town house. - Good location (close to train station, Coles grocery shop). Nice & quiet. Very clean. Good beds. Good internet access. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs with the exception that it needed a drying rack. Access to garden herbs in the court yard was a very nice touch. Garage was quite difficult to access with our vehicle so we decided not to risk using it and just parked on the street which worked just fine. When showering the water leaked under the shower frame into the bathroom (in one of the bathrooms). Blow dryer was very much appreciated however it felt sticky to the touch.
