• Rebeca (10/5): Vistas maravillosas y anfitriona encantadora - Lo mejor la comodidad de la cama (aunque haya que subir escalones) y las vistas desde la terraza. La amabilidad de Milena y su perrete Bingo. Fue una estancia súper amena, te sientes como en casa. Nos quedamos en un estudio que tiene detrás de su casa principal, pero tiene muchas estancias y dentro de un tiempo aparenta ser una casa enorme con mucho espacio y camas. Tiene la casa en obras, pero es algo que están reformando y dentro de poco tendrá un aspecto brutal. Recomendado venir igualmente ☺️

• Anna Gerlinde (9/5): Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in sympathischer familiärer Atmosphäre - Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat mehrere Apartments in unterschiedlichen Größen mit jeweils einem privaten Bereich, es gibt auch einen Pool, den ich aber wetterbedingt nicht genutzt habe und auch eine schöne große Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Ich als Alleinreisende bekam das kleinste Appartement, was für mich ausreichend war, zu zweit wäre es mir etwas zu eng. Es war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.. besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Vermieterin Milena, die gute wunderschöne Seele des Hauses, die einen mit ihrer überaus herzlichen und positiven Art sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lässt und mit Herzblut für alle da ist und alles tut dass man sich wohl fühlt.. Danke Milena ! Ich habe auch den Ort und die Umgebung geliebt, die Bushaltestelle liegt gleich neben dem Haus. Ebenso zwei naturbelassene Strände und viele wunderschöne Wanderwege. Der Essbereich und Kühlschrank liegen draußen, was bei kühlem Wetter wie ich es hatte nicht so vorteilhaft ist, drinnen gab es keine Möglichkeit zu essen. Bei Schönwetter ist es aber sehr gemütlich.Aber alles ist noch im Entstehen und in Veränderung. Es ist nur für mich als Alleinreisende etwas teuer.

Having breakfast on the terrace with sunrisewas incredible, and it is a short walk from the beach. Milena is also so friendly and an incredible woman who helped us out when we were stuck...thank you for an incredible stay! Sometimes the hot water for the shower would have very slow flow - ?maybe when near the end of the tank? But this is minor as most of the time it was fine!

The room was just right for the two of us, with a small kitchenette, but it had everything one might need, plenty of towels and all the essentials. The accommodation had a pool, clean and with inflatables. The whole place is designed in such a way that everyone has their own outdoor space and privacy. We would definitely come again. And as a bonus, just around the corner there’s a little pub that also serves food

• maria de araceli (9/5): Muy recomendable - Lo primero que destacó son las facilidades para el check in y también para la salida, con una anfitriona muy amable y atenta que ha tenido detalles que difícilmente se encontrarían en otro alojamiento. Una vez dentro, hay de todo lo necesario y más, muchas toallas, buena wifi, juguetes y entretenimiento si vas con un niño pequeño… Muy recomendable y agradable estancia. Todo cómodo y siguen haciendo mejoras en las instalaciones, así que pronto será aún mejor!
• González Tejera (9/5): - Milena, la propietaria es muy cordial y atenta a las necesidades que pudiesen surgir. Está todo super limpio zona habitación y zona barbacoa. En cualquier sitio había una papelera, numerosas toallas, todo tipo de utensilios de cocina y barbacoa al igual que en el baño. Detalles desde azúcar, café, sacarina, jabón para lavadora y menaje, champú y gel de ducha, papel wc. La WiFi funcionaba perfectamente al igual que tv y Netflix. Creo que es un lugar que da mucho de disfrute por la piscina, por la ladera con vistas para caminar y disfrutar del paisaje. Se nota en todo momento que viven para mejorar todo y que lo luchan. Ya a dia de hoy es un sitio agradable y con el tiempo será aún muchísimo mejor. Tiene excelente ubicación para acceder a playa de Almaciga y Roque Sitio donde aparcar excelente.

• Afina (10/5): A place for artistic hippie souls - We loved everything… this was a perfect place for us both after the days hiking :) hippie perfect. The view from the patio, the sound of the ocean - amazing. The kitchen itself was also lovely! We had an open fully-equiped kitchen between the bedroom and the bathroom. But at the best was the lady in charge 😍 a woman that makes you feel home, welcome, warm… her way to welcome us in her apartments was unique. We would stay longer if we would have had time.

• Jay (10/5): Mountain Views, Ocean Breezes, and Real Value in Northern Tenerife - This apartment exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I had hoped to find but one can never truly tell from pictures and descriptions. I'll try anyway The location is sublime with spectacular views and despite its more remote location in the north it is easily accessible as the last stop of a bus route that's worth a ticket just for the views through the mountains (line 946 from santa cruz). A rental car, is of course also an option but not needed as the bus stop is around the corner. Unlike sterile resorts with the same drab manufactured presence, this apartment has enough to become part of the experience while offering all of the comforts you'd want on a vacation. The hostess is eager to welcome, accommodate and go beyond to share her pride in the apartment and the entire building. The entirety of which has a large pool, several viewing decks, and places to relax either alone or with other guests. Inside of the apartment there is a covered but semi-open kitchen / dining room to allow for the cool ocean breeze and enough space for a small family. The bedroom has a large and small bed with very comfortable bedding and a tv/wifi/fan.the restroom is uniquely positioned a few steps up from the kitchen as the building is built against a mountain slope. In general the nights were cool and quiet during my stay. As it appears to be a newer listing and business, the level of care and attentiveness is high and further improvements were excitedly shared with me. The pool, I was told will get a tropical makeover. Location wise, it is nearby to two trails leading down to the beaches below, which can be reached within a brisk 15 minute walk/hike. There is also a basic supermarket and a restaurant/bar. (Good arepas). The vibe is local but entirely welcoming. This is the place for someone who wants to go beyond the resorts in the south and the duty free type shops that are lined up to take your money. After such a glowing review below, how could I possibly share what I didn't like? I'll try... I had to wrestle with the keys in the lock to open the outside gate to come inside and the toilet seat was so fragile it almost slid out from under me. I also know that upon reading this, there is zero doubt the hostess will, in a brief panic, immediately address this. I was also hoping to find a hammock, I should have asked. Vodafone cell coverage was down for a brief few moments at night, which impacted the entire village. Nonetheless I enjoyed a strong wifi connection during my stay, and it is likely that an even better fiber data connection has already been installed as they intend to cater to digital nomads as well as working professionals addicted to Outlook. I am a solo male traveler in my early 40's who has traveled extensively, so this review should be read in that context. Couples would also enjoy this apartment and potentially small adventurous families. Hopefully I'll have the chance to revisit as one of those two in the future.
• Anneleen (9/5): Great! - The location is amazing, nice view, quiet neighbourhood, very sweet hostess who does everything she can to make you have a wonderfull stay. This was the most memorable stay in Tenerife 😉 we felt like we were in Cuba 😅 Low pressure in the shower
