We really appreciated having parking available and the secure access to the complex, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The area was pleasant, and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt at home during our stay. We have nothing negative to mention. Everything met our expectations, and we were very satisfied with the accommodation and facilities provided.

I would like to stay in Achacay again - It was clean and quiet. 24 hour reception lovely kind staff at reception I love the location , next to school of music and cultural centre and nice stroll to the beach I didn’t like the gas cooker. I didn’t use it. It didn’t get morning sun.

• Ana (9/5): Buenas vacaciones! - Pude llegar a las 1:00 de la madrugada y no hubo problema. Me atendió muy bien por WhatsApp la anfitriona. Las llaves estaban en la caja delante de la puerta con un código.

• Salma (10/5): Tout c’est bien passée, tout était nickel. - Je suis venue à Los Cristianos pour 1 semaine, j ai aimé mon séjour tout c est bien passer. L’appartement est sympa , dans une résidence avec piscine, à 5 minutes à pied de la mer. L’appartement était équipé, propre, adapter.

• Tommy (9/5): Was great and hopefully will return to same location soon. - Fantastic location. Had bit of hiccup at the start as no one there to greet us and give us the key for the room also washing machine wasn’t working and was leaking but this was all sorted out quickly and efficiently.

Apartment was very nice and everyone was very helpful The bathroom didn't suit us as we are 79 years old and it was a bath with a shower over the bath and quite small. Also there was a problem with the hot water being discoloured which they were working on

• Zdenek (8/5): Excellent with some imperfections - Prime location in Los Cristianos. The communication with Tizy, the Host, was first class, thanks to her, we were able to get in early. Self check-in with no problems. The apartment has very good equipment with everything we needed for our stay. If anything was needed in addition, Tizy took care of it immediately. Thank you, Tizy!! The apartment needs a major renovation: gas-oven working poorly, no regulation, the bathroom is partly bad (bath tub outfall is rusty), very few sockets in the living room and kitchen.

• Julie (8/5): Good would probably go again - It would be good to have sun chairs at the apt to take to pool or beach,only about ten sunbeds around pool and you could only lay flat in them would be good for community to get more sunbeds that adjust.did not use pool because of this and went to beach
• Paolo (3/5): Average place, badly managed. - Not much. Please note this was one of 3 flats I rent during my stay in Los Cristianos this year. All 3 were 500 meters from each others, same price range. First was an apart-hotel with 24 desk and everryday cleaning. 2nd a private flat, with all amenities and professionally managed. That there was this one. The other facilities scored 9 and 10, this was the most disappointing. Flat as a potential but would need a full renovation, especially bathroom and a change in management. Worst experience on booking so far, due especially to the very unprofessional management of the agency. Agent (a lady named Tiziana) ask me to confirm arrival time, saying she will be there or sending the code for self check in. I send all info the day before. I m pretty precise with timing so at the agreed time I arrived at the building after sending a message few minutes before. No one was there and what worst no one was picking up the phone to both numbers provided. Only clue I had was a name of the agency on the WhatsApp picture profile. So with my wife we started scanning all FB, Instagram, Web to find proactively some other contacts. After 30 min I finally managed to find a 3rd number and to talk with someone. Lady says she kept laying saying she was waiting for me to call from airport and she didn't get any messages. First I never said I would come by plane, second all messaged and missed call were visible. After some talk she send me the code. All situation could have been avoided by simply providing the code as she already knew the day before my arrival time. But let move further. In the flat for one week there were only 2 towels. We kindly asked if could have another pair for change them after few days. Same agent again told us it won't be a problem. After 2 days without anyone showing up we asked again and again they told us they will deliver the same day. Week passed and the day before departure the agent if we got the towels.. This was quite laughable. If you didn't deliver how can you ask this question? And if you work with 3rd parties why not to confirm first with them if they did their job? I would be so critic if we didn't have the problem with the check in. It was again a clear example of care less management. To conclude you will pay as for 3 star hotel only to get an average flat with the worst customer service.
