• Traveling Forral (9/5): Easy location, comfortable and cozy - For the accommodations- This is a multi bedroom house. We had the only bedroom on the main floor with our own bathroom, as well as had access to use the kitchen, dining room, patio and living room areas. The bedroom had it's own AC unit (which was a welcome reprieve from the hot weather), comfortable bed, quality bedding and pillows. Rita was very welcoming, kind and helpful! Location- While located in a "busy area" of Nadi, it's really more of where the locals live area and not super touristy. There were local restaurants, shops and a big outdoor market packet with fruits, veggies, meats, etc all within 5-10 minutes of walking, as it is located one street from the main road. There were a couple of meals where we brought food back to the house to prepare and enjoy. Nothing- It was perfect for what we needed for our 5 night stay!

Also walkable from the bus station if using the public bus. The owner and the stuff are amazing, reply immediately to our whatsapp or messages and super helpful in booking taxi or anything that is requested . Highly recommended All was great

• Teresa (10/5): - Wir hatten nur eine Nacht, aber ein längerer Aufenthalt ist gut vorstellbar. Rita ist die gute Fee des Hauses. Es gibt einen Wasserspänder und auch mal einen Kaffee wenn man mag. Offiziell gibt es kein Frühstück, aber die voll ausgestattete Küche kann gern genutzt werden. Bei uns waren Eier und Brot zur Zubereitung vorhanden. Einige Kritikpunkte bzgl der Umgebung können wir nicht nachvollziehen. In 3 Minuten Entfernung ist eine Schule und in der Nachbarschaft war alles ruhig. Nicht weit zu Fuß in die Stadt.

• harshal (5/5): weird - this is one of those properties some people may love and others wont, we didnt like it, we found the whole place quite weird, it has to be experienced to understand. way too overpriced. the location is great and Rita was very helpful. we loved the dog Rani who was very friendly strange bathroom outside- this is not one of those tropical ones. very quirky and weird setup. no tv in the rooms, overall we think its is very poor quality and way too overpriced for what it is. it may appeal to some people but we didnt like it. reading reviews on booking.com will not prepare anyone for this experience, ac makes loud noise and we were glad this was only one night stay. Rita the caretaker was nice .

• Frenemy (9/5): Schönes Homestay - Empfehlung! - Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super, das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe, ist sauber und das Bett bequem. Man bekommt Handtücher und alles an Shampoo, Bodylotion und Conditioner zur Verfügung gestellt. Man darf den Kühlschrank/Küche mitnutzen. Es gibt einen Hund und eine Katze. Es wird Laundry Service angeboten. Lage war nicht optimal, abends da in der dunklen Straße abseits zu laufen fühlt sich etwas unsicher an. Aber an sich in Ordnung!

• Hardy (9/5): - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und Eigentümerin. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.. Eigenes einfaches Badezimmer im Aussenbreich. Uns hat es gefallen, es muss nicht immer Luxus sein. Umliegende kleine Geschäfte in der unmittelbaren Umgebung zu Fuß zu erreichen. Um zum Hafen Deranau für Ausflüge zu den Inseln zu machen ist ein Taxi oder ein Mietwagen notwendig.

Sauberes großes Zimmer, Badezimmer allerdings über den Balkon begehbar (es gab Moskitonetze, also kein Problem). Das Haus wird von Rita betreut und ist sehr sympathisch. Nadi Town ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Busbahnhof in 15 Minuten. Alles Top
• Alan (8/5): A convenient stay - The room was enormous, the bed was comfortable. The staff were exceptionally nice. The convenience of the driver Vimlesh attached to the residence. He took us to buy kava, a hurried early trip to the airport and picked us up from the ferry. The residence itself is very nice but not an attractive neighbourhood. But we walked past a few street dogs they weren't aggressive towards us. Barking dogs at night and some aircraft noise.

• Kanishka (10/5): Superb place to stay in Nadi - I went directly from the airport at the night. (About 20FJD by airport taxi). Rita, the house manager was onsite to open the gate as communicated well in advance. The place has everything needed for a short stay. The next day, Rita was super kind to go to the main street to get me a taxi. Nothing negative about the property, but although I didn't walk to the city center at night, the dining options after dark seems a bit limited nearby (also according to the host), so planning ahead is needed for nights to get something from the airport for example.

• Yuko (8/5): アットホームで居心地のいい一軒家！ - 部屋は広く、清潔で快適でした。とっても可愛いらしい、しつけがしっかりとされている犬＆猫が一緒で、滞在中見守られているようでとても癒されました。立地はナンディータウンにアクセスが良くとても便利です。次回はもう少し長く滞在したいです。 現金払いとのことで当日予約した金額を用意して行きましたが、清掃料や税金込みの料金に更にプラスで請求があり、少し戸惑いました。ただ直ぐに詳細を確認して下さり、トラブルにもならず事なきを得ました。事前決済にすれば良かったです。

• Anonymous (10/5): A GREAT gateway to the Yasawa Islands. - Lovely house, comfortable bed, air conditioning, sparkling bathroom. We were welcomed by Rita, who made us comfortable. Driver Vimlesh was a great source of local knowledge - he picked us up at Nadi airport, drove us to a restaurant, and took us to the Yasawa Flyer ferry the next morning. A GREAT gateway to the Yasawa Islands. Nothing could have been better.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Shalini responded very promptly to any queries and requests. The location, though near the main busy street - was on a very quiet street. The passage/ verandah to the bathroom/ toilet should have curtains that can be drawn to allow for privacy from the neighboring apartments.

Advertised as private bathroom, and reassured of this on arrival however in reality it is used by other customers and staff which was quite disappointing. • Henry (5/5): Passable - The location was absolutely perfect and we loved our hostess, Sylvia. She was so accommodating and knowledgeable. Bed bugs! I reported that we had bites and saw some bugs and never heard from the management company. The right thing to do would have been to offer some sort of compensation or even an apology.

Residence71 is a short walk from the town center, but in a quiet road with a tranquil garden. Good restaurants are close by if you don't feel like using the enormous kitchen. The house is immaculately furnished and extremely well appointed. Sylvia, who runs the house, is a gem.
• Kerrie (7/5): Well located home stay - The property was well located, the arrival process easy and the room in the house worked well. Disappointed in the bathroom cleanliness with other peoples soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower recess, the basin was dirty and the room smelt.

• Cheryl (8/5): A lovely guest house located in a quiet street near busy Nadi town. - The location was excellent. It was very close to the main area of Nadi town but in set in a quiet street within a beautiful garden. The house is lovely. The bedroom was big and comfortable and over looking a lush garden. The bath shower had a drain that was a bit sharp and could have been a hazard. The shower was set just outside the bedroom but connected to it by a large open verandah. I needed to cover up to go to the bathroom just in case people from the nearby flats were looking . It would have been nice to be shown around - I think we were told we could use the kitchen but we were not shown where things were in the kitchen just pointed out where it was. No breakfast was included and it would have been good to have this option.
