• Guest (3/5): - The property itself is okay Even though the apartment itself is good but there is no cleanliness..absolutely no room service and no one to ask for room service because there is no counter. It advertises as hotel but it is actually an air bnb. For the check in, I was sent a list of instructions on WhatsApp which made the check in process harder. As for the room, it was dirty. Bedsheets weren't clean...u could see little hair from God knows how many previous stays. The bed wasn't comfortable at all, the sides of the bed was chipping off, there were weird looking insects at the roof corners. All in all, it was a pathetic experience. The only somewhat decent thing abt this place is the infinity pool. But that's it. The location is average. Although it is closer to KL sentral but u cant really leave the property and go anywhere walking, u have to take grab/taxi/car etc. We paid for breakfast and the only thing we got was a packet of bread, one tea bag, and a little bit of jam. Would NEVER recommend staying at this place. Pay more and stay at a decent place than this crap.

• faizah (10/5): Good budget place, totally worth the price. - The communal kitchen was handy for a bit of cooking, and the sky pool was amazing. The place is also close to two public transport options, with one going directly to Batu Caves. The host was very nice, and the self check in instructions were clear and easy to follow

RM31.00 for 18 hours. 2. Saya sangka tempat ini adalah studio atau apartment seperti rumah sendiri, rupanya satu rumah ada 3 bilik yang perlu dikongsi dengan orang asing. I thought it was a home-like studio or apartment, but it turned out to be a house with 3 rooms shared with strangers. 3. Bilik, lantai, cadar, dan tandas sangat busuk dan kotor. Ada gambar sebagai bukti. Room, floor, bedsheet, and toilet were extremely smelly and dirty. I have photos as proof. 4. Tiada tisu tandas disediakan. No toilet tissue provided. 5. Toiletries hanya ada sabun lama yang ditinggalkan. Only an old soap was provided as toiletries. 6. Jamban berbau hancing. Toilet bowl smelled strongly of urine. 7. Saya ambil pakej breakfast included, tetapi rasa tertipu. Pemilik kata roti dan jem ada di dapur. Saya terkejut sebab ingatkan sarapan bufet. I took the “breakfast included” package but felt scammed. The owner said bread and jam were in the kitchen — I was shocked, I thought it would be a buffet breakfast. 8. Mesin basuh penuh dengan baju, mungkin milik pemilik, jadi tak boleh digunakan sepanjang penginapan. Washing machine was full of clothes, possibly the owner’s, so it couldn’t be used during my stay. 9. Sampai sahaja, sampah dalam tandas tidak dibuang. Bila saya buat aduan, mereka hanya ambil sampah tetapi tidak membersihkan tandas yang kotor, basah, dan berbau hancing. When I arrived, the toilet trash wasn’t cleared. After I complained, they only took the trash out but didn’t clean the dirty, wet, and smelly toilet. 10. CCTV betul-betul berada di ruang tamu, sangat tidak selesa. CCTV was directly in the living room, making it very uncomfortable. 11. Tetamu hanya berkurung di dalam bilik. Rasa tak bebas sebab bercampur dengan orang luar dan dimonitor oleh CCTV. The guests stayed locked in their rooms.
• Marta (1/5): - Reservamos habitación individual pero cuando llegamos nos encontramos que es como un apartamento compartido donde teníamos la habitación. El desayuno incluido consiste en pan de molde con mermelada que te lo suben a la habitación (tienes que insistir bastante para que te lo repongan) y el desayuno es compartido con otras habitaciones (puede que te dejen sin nada). La habitación olía a cerrado, la cama se hundía y la limpieza era bastante escasa.

• Zhōu (10/5): will definitely come back - place is clean and comfortable. The sky pool is definitely a highlight, amazing view of the city, and can even see the twins Towers from there. Super cool, especially at night! They also have a fitness center, which is a nice bonus, and the location is super convenient, close to public transportation so getting around was really easy. Check-in was smooth and simple, which I appreciated. Overall, great value and I’d definitely coming back

• Ashley (10/5): A cheap, comfortable stay - budget friendly but still really comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. One of the things I really liked was the access to communal spaces, the shared kitchen and living room made it feel a bit more like home. The kitchen was super useful for doing some simple cooking, which helped save a bit on food. There are also some nice extra facilities, like a gym and a beautiful sky pool with klcc tower view. The location is another big plus. It’s very strategic and close to public transportation. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for something affordable, cozy, and well-located. Would definitely stay here again!

• Hanan (3/5): Poor - location was okay, building was okay, pool at the roof top was really nice room cleaning was not the best .. found cockroach in the kitchen and bathroom. the shower in the bathroom was not good at all. poor breakfast and no answers for our requests. i chose the bunks room.. but it was the worst choice i ever did, beds were very poor and uncomfortable at all, poor mattress hurts any back bones for any young person, what about ppl over 40 , small room and no space at all for 3 adults to stay in it. had to find another place to stay at while having this room still reserved for all my luggage.. that's double pay for anyone because the contact person didn't answer our requirements.
• Makbule (8/5): Just go for it,wont regret - Great place to stay.i dont understand all the negative comments maybe they were unlucky maybe i was Lucky.3 nights of stay after first night no cleanjng but i contacted staff via whatsapp and in hours iy is super clean.. building has 2 high floor pools,at entrance there is a big mart you can find everything.in kitchen 2 types of bread,choco spread and jam for free.all pots pansiyon oven kettle etc It looks close to the putra and kwpl metro st but there are lots of steps and walk .totalde Fine if you are not carrying heavy things but difficult with wheeled luggage BED IS TOO THINNNNNN
• Wren (1/5): Rude staff. Don't stay here - The breakfast was some bread and jam in a bag in the kitchen - not exactly what you’d imagine for a complementary breakfast. But tasted fine. The kitchen was basic but useable. The staff downstairs were rude and pretty unhelpful. There was no host there to help me check nor find the room. I had to ask for the WiFi code from one of the other guests. The dorm was not a six bed dorm as advertised, but a four bed dorm with the most uncomfortable beds you could imagine. There were no lockers in the room nor anywhere to store valuables. There is also a camera in the living room which is pretty weird.
• Lottice (10/5): worth the price - The location was great, with access to two public transport options. I loved the city view from the sky pool, and the communal spaces were perfect for relaxing—they had a TV and a work desk. They also provided an electric cooking pot for light cooking, which was a big plus for me as I’m still getting used to the local food. The rooms were clean and cosy. I thought I’d have to skip my workouts during the trip, but the fitness centre was a nice bonus. The rates were really affordable, and it was well worth it. I’d definitely extend my stay if there’s availability!
• Gloria (10/5): Homey and cozy! I would definitely come back - The admin was really nice, she assisted me step by step from the station to the property. The homestay was very homey and clean, just like its name. The sky pool was really nice, and the library were really good. There are two convenience stores in the lobby.

The Sky pool is the highlight with the best views of kuala lumpur and it’s free if you stay at the hostel. The Lady who helped me at Check in was very helpful and even recommended a good restaurant for me. Nothing
• Courtney (2/5): Unless the pool is a must for you ( very very busy though) I’d recommend research same location different place for bett - The location was great, close to train in the centre and to the Batu caves. Mall close by and two shops in lobby which are helpful Roof top pool view is really good says strictly for adults but kids are let in(tad annoying) There is WiFi in rooms but not very strong Dishes and pots are provided so you can cook your own meals Weren’t expecting high luxury due to the price but was disappointed that it wasn’t mid range for what we paid. Check in was rushed a little, wasn’t told about the towels provided to we went without. Cleanliness was an issue. A lot of mould in bathroom and kitchen. Fair amount of dust. Common room wasn’t cleaned. We were there for 4 nights and had two people come and go during our stay. Lots of old food left in the fridge and bin weren’t emptied and rubbish kept piling up. Would have happily taken it somewhere myself as there was food but wasn’t given any instructions n how to do so. My major issue was the urinal cakes. For some reason they were all over the floor and gave off such strong chemical smell. Even with the bedroom door shut it was overwhelming. Upon returning even my clothes smell of the chemicals. Honestly we almost booked elsewhere it was so bad. Not a good smell for children so please please be cautious. We were also shouted at one evening in the lobby as an event was on (filming of a music video we pressumed) a sports car was raving till 21:00 at night and staff were really rude as we were just trying to get to the apartment. We were not warned about this. Not sure if this is at fault of the building or the host though I never leave bad reviews as we tend to budget travel and you get what you pay for but in comparison to other places we are disappointed we booked for the value

• Thank (9/5): Thanks gan en - She is a university student, she is wise mindful with not giving out full details before guest arrived meet in person. She is helpful in giving each direction from LRT to apartment. Cheapest safe stay 4 female in one room , but only 2 female guests and she stay in the dorm with us. There is 7 floor swimming pool and 37 floor swimming pool with view of kl city Cold water , swimming playing with children , is not that cold, can wear normal clothes to swim, not like other apartments hotels swimming pools. Gym and library at 4th floor library AC very cold. Fish pond very beautiful 2 supermarkets available i think the one Mart yellow color is cheaper has a lot of people especially at night, cafe people smoke drink coffee Please go to the car park and take the lift to 4th floor, i was pulling my luggage and backpack from down after the staircase (shopping mall and other apartment) to up vehicle road to the main lobby 4th floor, dont do that because there are guards where i can ask, normal people malaysians they dont really know. Apartments are very tall many blocks, dont go to the wrong block Grab food groceries or food panda are available , offer discounts and just need to open the front door doorstep delivery. Ask her she knows more. Wifi available Bread and jam , coffee tea for breakfast Many foreigners Friendly security guards Prefer swim in later morning or late afternoon, not too cold, not much sun Helpful patience Can see some Foreign workers their apartment or room sharing , packed . Be grateful Room enough for rest sleep , there is big living room, balcony to hang out. Can be a bit shaky because of the structure of double deck bed. 4th, 7th, 37th floor for relax read work exercise study wait. Apartments is not that well maintain, i mean it is so big high Roommates sleep late , came back late, i am morning person i have a routine. i used to live myself or in temple. It is not very clean, if i had to compare with studio apartment which i had stayed the day before i came here. I just sprayed water, wipe table and wipe the floor a bit , it is okay. I hope more young people spend more time with friends family or take good care of themselves , especially during the holidays, like children swimming playing laughing Quite headache sad, when i swim my face looking at the tall buildings. Same color design Parents should not really be afraid of heights or dont look out , take care of children. Cannot cook , there is microwave and water heater.
