- Martin (7/5): An excellent apartment in a great location of El Capello, but the beach area was a disappointment. - The location was easily accessible, only 5 minutes from the tram station. The instructions given to us to locate the property were excellent. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and was modern; the equipment provided was excellent, such as toaster, hairdryer, and air con. There was a lovely balcony with superb views over the pool and the Mediterranean. There was also an elevator. Overall a great apartment for a holiday stay The beach and lack of hospitality services, such as a selection of cafes, shops etc close by the apartment. The shops etc were a 10 to 15 minute walk away; not a big distance but when traveling with a small child (children) and no car, the distance is long when they are tired, especially when the adults want to have a choice of restaurant in the evening. This may not bother others but it was for us.
The beach opposite the hotel was completely stones, no sand at all. This is why I say it didn't meet my expectations, I presumed (and it was a presumption on my part) that the beach was sandy. The sandy beaches were 10/15 minute walk away on either side of the apartment complex.
