• Klára (6/5): - Krásný výhled, ideální start pro výlet na sopku. Zima, jeden přímotop který nemá šanci něco vytopit. Snídaně naprosto hrozná. V podstatě nic k jídlu, šunku nám dali až na požádání. Jinak jen marmeláda, máslo, buchta a toast. Recepční neuměla ani slovo anglicky. Ubytování uvádí 5 hvězdiček což není pravda. Restaurace daleko.

• Birgit (6/5): Nett, aber heizungstechnisch schlecht - Nette kleine Hütten, sehr sauber, WLAN super, sehr nettes Personal. Super Ausblick! Nur ca, 20 min. von der Einfahrt zum Izaru weg. Ich wusste, dass die Hütten sehr schlecht beheizt beheizt sind und war eigentlich darauf vorbereitet. Und wollte das eben deswegen nicht als negativ kommentieren. Aber das geht einfach nicht und deswegen meiner Meinung nach die Unterkunft kein „sehr gut“ in der Bewertung. Die Hütten sind nicht isoliert. Auch vom Boden her nicht. Der Heizlüfter ist ein Witz. In der Nacht hatte es draußen nur 9 Grad, dementsprechend kalt war es nachts im Zimmer. Ich wollte den Heizlüfter aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht die ganze Nacht laufen lassen. Der Kontakt von Stecker zur Steckdose war.. sehr wackelig.. Zum Duschen habe ich das Bad mit meinem Föhn vorgewärmt.. Auch das Frühstück war nicht gut..miese Croissants und Toasts, die nach ihrer Plastikumverpackung geschmeckt haben. Schade, man könnte wirklich mehr draus machen.

Le froid glacial dans le chalet sans aucune isolation : plancher disjoint, courant d'air à l'intérieur ... La chambre sale (traces de chaussures au sol, bloc toilette poussiéreux...) et surtout des chiens qui ont aboyé toute la nuit ne permettant aucun repos.Pour 113 dollars nous espérions une prestation parfaite et nous avons été très déçus

• Marianne (9/5): Super Situation - L'emplacement est fantastique au-dessus de la ville de Cartago à 2500 m le long du versant de l'Irazu. Les Chalets sont très grands et bien équipés. Le personnel est très sympathique Le petit-déjeuner est un peu léger, pas beaucoup de choix, peu de choses à disposition.

Flexibilität: wir hatten für 8 Uhr Eintritt zum Irazu Vulkan und konnten dann um halb 10 noch frühstücken. Großes Chalet mit Terrasse, traumhaft für Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Zimmer an und für sich wirklich toll und modern eingerichtet. Badezimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zugig. Chalet liegt auf 2.500m in der Nacht Außentemperatur 9 Grad. Chalet nicht isoliert.

Bathroom door latch needs replacing. At one point it self locked on closing but the screwdriver on my penknife allowed me to reopen. The breakfast is very mediocre. No meats or eggs

Il a fallu forcer la barriere de l´hotel et se renseigner afin de verifier que nous n´avions pas achete "DU VENT".

Pan blanco, huevos revueltos con mucha sal, salchichas económicas y pésima opcion pues son embutidos, café de muy mal gusto sabor amargo de percolador, y no más opciónes saludables ni variadas, ni siquiera había pinto!!! 2. Sin pantuflas ni un buen calefactor, cosas que ofrecen en la web. Si no lo van a dar deberían hacerlo saber y actualizar la publicidad 3.El PDF de restaurantes cercanos no está actualizado, alguno horarios y números no coinciden, me costó demasiado contactar a un restaurante que diera servicio. 4. El internet fluctúa y aveces no hay buena señal. 5. La persona de recepción fue amable pero les falta más enfoque y dedicación a servicio al cliente, siento que talvez necesitan personal para así tener un mejor trato de calidad y detalle.

• Kendall Tencio Esquivel (9/5): One of the best! - Everything, location, rooms, cleanliness, staff, views, price. Internet service was failing, but it was kinda out of the hands of the staff at that point. Either way it helped us to disconnect a bit more from the world.

The Breakfast wasn’t the quality we were used to in Costa Rica. Except the scrambled egg no fresh ingredients. Plastic cutlery, plastic cups, no fresh fruits.

• David (7/5): Wooden houses under the Arazú volcano - Nice and in my opinion romantic wooden houses under the Arazú volcano (about 30 minutes drive to the top). We had a simple but sufficient breakfast there. Everything as presented. Houses have beautiful overview down to the valley and a Cartago city, expecially in the night. Communication with the receptionist was a bit complicated because of language barrier, but with the aid of Google we managed it, and she help us a lot with the volcano NP entry reservation. Nearly nothing, we had no complains, no problems, just 1 night stop on our way. A bit more expensive stay. There was quite basic room furniture & equipment in our cottage, and our cottage was a bit small for us (4 persons) - but for 1 night stay it is fine.

• James (10/5): Irazu Volcano Trip - Everything was as expected. Spectacular daytime views of the valley below. Beautiful city lights view at night. The cabins were very nice, staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was vey good. We were there to go see the Irazu Volcano. The drive to the volcano was about 25 minutes up the mountain. Great location to go see the volcano.
