• Roberta (9/5): - La ubicación, 100! Es un apartamento, cómodo para dos personas. Ya para más, se pone un poco incómodo. Todo lo demas estuvo bueno. Las camas un poco vencidas. Pero la pasamos genial. El baño y la limpieza un 10! Un poco chico para 4.

• Alison (6/5): A spacious and fairly priced property. - Easy to get to the train station. Very secure building. Clear entry instructions. White towels. Television was not working. The water pressure to the bathroom tap was very poor although the shower was fine.

• Barbara (10/5): GENIAL CALIDAD-PRECIO - Ubicación muy cerca de la estación de Termini, donde hay restaurantes y tiendas. Todo reformado por dentro, camas cómodas y fácil acceso con código e indicaciones del anfitrión. La plataforma de pago no es tan fácil como cuando reservas en booking. El anfitrión me mandó un código para realizar el pago y eso no daba mucha confianza, pero lo pagué mediante el link y todo ok.

• Charles (10/5): My family highly recommends the Red Roses Domus. Even my small children didnt want to leave. - We arrived very late from FCO due to flight delays and were worried about collecting keys after midnight. The host/ owner Frabrizio and his daughter waited for us at this late hour. They were so very tired yet very kind, and alleviated any worry we had about key collection and apartment entrance. That was the positive beginning to a wonderful week and wonderful stay. Fabrizio showed us how to meter pay for outside parking, he showed us nearby coffee shops, cafe's, banking ATM's, and markets. I can honestly say we felt like part of his family when we left there. The kitchen, washroom, and staff were just super. There was an awesome park nearby where my little ones played with local children. There was a nearby grocery store for prepping our own kitchen meals. The Colosseum was a 20 min walk away. We visited many countries in Europe during that month, and this was by far, the best hotel/apartment experience we encountered. Loved everything
• Leelo (7/5): Okay place for the first Rome visit, next time I would choose another location, now I know the city - Location was good, but its a neighbourhood, where you do not want to walk around at night time and theres streets I would suggest to avoid I didn't appreciate the cold floors in the apartment. Maybe in the summer, when its very hot, they have a cooling effect, but in May it was chilly for the foot
• James (10/5): Overall, we were very pleased. Expectations were surpassed - The apartment was MUCH nicer than what I expected. Great A/C, which made a huge difference. The host was very, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The host really made us feel welcome. We all slept soundly and in comfort and felt very safe inside the apartment. Although the apartment was clean and safe and comfortable, the neighborhood isn't really inviting. I would not walk alone there at night. And it's not very close to restaurants or any of the main attractions of Rome. Even so, we were able to walk to a metro station (not more than a half mile away) and even walked to the Colosseum.

• Josipa (9/5): Excellent host - Fabrizio was really nice, he let us check in early, and since we were with two kids it was really helpful. Also, he responded really quickly to each message before and after coming to his apartment. The apartment is bigger that it seems on photos, clean, newly equiped. Twin bed was good. Getting from/to airport was easy since it is just 10 minutes walk from Termini. Bunk beds are metal and they move a bit when a kid sleeps on the upper bed so I would not recommend upper bed for a kid that is not used on this feeling or a tall adult. Also, if you prefere to sleep with an opened window it can be really noisy, but windows have a good soudproof isolation that it was not a problem. The temperature was pleasant so we did not use the AC.

If you want breakfast, you can find it with super chip price at a nearby café.(50m). Very clean and well equipped. Price is fully reasonable. If you are so sensitive to street loudness, you can choose other side’s Apartment. Also all doors should open with Real key and no Card.

• Loretta (9/5): Great for a long stay! - It was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there was delicious coffee! We cooked some meals. The host Fabrizio was very amiable and helpful. Good restaurants and supermarket within 2- 3 blocks away. Small groceries nearby for water, etc. Excellent breakfast at Fabrizio’s Espresso bar a block away! The location didnt feel safe for walking around at night. The metro access (Vittorio Emmanuele) a bit of a challenging walk for seniors. Also, since we stayed 6 days, a change of towels should have been provided around the third day.

The neighborhood outside the flat looked a bit shabby and made us feel a bit insecure.
