• Mononyane (5/5): - The friendly staff and the comfortable bed. It was a good night for the price The sharing of the kitchen. We chose room 7 which was literally next to the kitchen and the staff would also use the kitchen which I absolutely understand. But what bugged us was the noise that was made by them at night during 'quiet time' even. That was a bother. Certain rooms had a lot of blankets while the others had none, asked staff for blankets and were ignored to the point where we decided to sleep with the 1 blanket we had, and it was kind of chilly that night. Doors leading to the outside weren't closed or locked at all! People would go in and out and leave them as is, we'd have to close them ourselves because the cold was coming into our room. But overall it was a good stay

• Boitumelo (5/5): I slept - The house and property outside looks beautiful, spacious yard to park. The check in lady was rude, the was no one on the check out counter in the morning. No towels and hangers in the wardrobe. The blankets were ok but not so fresh. The shower and bathroom wasn't clean and the bathroom window was broken in some part. The shower doesn't have a door. It's a place to cover your head at night when other options fail... But definitely not a first choice.

The window seals in the bathroom are filthy, bathroom door has no handle and does not close, room had no toilet paper, no pedestals by the bed and noise noise noise! The staff is unfriendly,the bathroom was dirty,they did not even come once to come clean,the bedding was not clean,the white linen had dirty marks as if people have slept in it,but the staff was unfriendly we couldn't even complaine,they dont even come sweep the rooms during the day,we needed plates to eat on Monday we we told they won't give us clean plates again,we will have to re use those plates.
• Kgantse (1/5): Bad - It’s a family business, everyone is there. When they wake up in the morning, they start making noise and you have to wake up. The rooms are divided by the boards. You can hear everything from next door. We slept the whole night hearing people having sex. Imagine if you booked with kids. This was a traumatic experience Nothing. They should just close and open something else

The receptionist guy is nice though. No proper house keeping. Bathroom was dirty all the days i stayed please clean the bathroom thoroughly, the walls the shower glass is so sticky and can barely close and no bathroom key to lock when you bath. Pillow cases are very old. Its just alot

• Indera (1/5): Bad - Room was full of cockroaches, noise until after 12 was unpleasant. Bathroom filthy and broken windows. I requested for a refund as policy stipulated i could cancel at no cost at anytime. However Martin was rude and dismissive about assisting me and or my requests. I asked about the things listed as advertised on booking.com eg shower gel, aircon / fan, heating, hand sanitizer to list a few and he just simply said 'we dont offer any of that' i asked why the false advertisement and he just said he doesnt know. I asked if he was okay with an unhappy guest staying and he said he is. I definitely do not recommend this place at all. It was my first and my very last at this establishment.
