• Serena (7/5): Good - It was a very spacious room and had simple cooking utensils, although it didn’t have any plates or bowls. The bed wasn’t really that comfortable and the bathroom could do with a better clean.
• chimnoya (7/5): Good value for more,but it requires cleaning improvements. - Good heating, the room set up was as described in the pictures. The surfaces such as the table, cupboard surfaces were dirty. We had to clean the surfaces before unpacking and settling in.

• Tomasz (10/5): Wszystko czego potrzebujesz w trakcie city break w Londynie. - Lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy. Przystanki autobusowe tuż za rogiem. Przystań Uber Boat w odległości krótkiego spaceru. Bardzo wygodny pokój z prywatną łazienką, dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Idealne miejsca na kilkudniowy pobyt. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolic brzegów Tamizy oraz Greenwich. Pokój świetnie nadaje się do nocnego odpoczynku jak i zregenerowania sił w trakcie dnia. Masz na miejscu wszystko czego potrzebujesz.
• umberto (1/5): Awful - N/A-Nothing Stinky-dirty-noisy (couldn’t sleep till 4 am) Worst property ever experienced Zero Customer Service Avoid at all cost.
• Natasha (5/5): Ok if not spending much time at the property - Nicely decorated and modern Not enough pillows and quilt was extremely thin so was cold at night and no instructions on how to use heating. Mirror was too high up on the wall so unable to use while sat at the dressing table unless it’s taken off the wall and placed on the dressing table against the wall. Couldn’t use ironing board due to it being broken. Kitchen tap extremely loose. Flooring has started to lift. The main issue for us was quite a serious matter as there was no smoke detector fitted in the room, we were on the top floor so had there been a fire we wouldn’t have known about it, we then later found the detector within the wardrobe drawer before leaving still in the plastic packaging next to a battery. All issues are shown in pictures provided

• elisa (7/5): - ottima posizione e in zona molto tranquilla l'appartamento era un sottotetto, senza aria condizionata e con un piccolo ventilatore..onestamente anche dormendo con le finestre aperte era impossibile riposare. inoltre le tende non erano black out..e questo in estate significa che alle 4.40am c'è già luce.. il bagno ha bisogno di una pulizia profonda
• Alef (1/5): Wouldn’t book there again. - The Location was very good. The warm water didn’t work, one window was broken (couldn’t close it). When told the landlord that the hot water doesn’t work he said he will send someone to fix it, no one came (we stayed there for 2 nights). Also, the house is shared there are people in the rooms below (very sketchy, there was loud noise all the time).
• Shell (6/5): Loved the location. The apartment was ok for one night. But I didn’t expect to have to buy tea bags. - Location as never stayed in that part of London before. Close to river. Had a river view. 2 tea bags. No milk. Had to buy a box of tea bags and milk just for one night. I think drinks could have been better. Also the floor was not very clean, a few long black hairs on the floor and crumbs sticking to our feet. Yuk

• Javier (1/5): Bad - Wifi was okay. Our apartment was very dirty. It was located far from the center of London. The facilities were quite poor and could be much better. There was no staff available to speak with. Very low ceiling. Only 2 towels (no hand towel or shower mat). We were asked to bring our own cleaning supplies (we’re travelling so that’s not gonna happen) to clean the crockery we used, empty the bins and take our rubbish with us (bit weird to have to do this in the UK). Overall, I would not recommend this place.

• Gabrielle (7/5): Good - Nice studio. Wrong location for us but in a quiet area. Mostly clean but induction hob could be cleaner and limescale on shower should be wiped off. Good overall. Location mostly. Further out from Canary zwharf than we hoped but bus stop close by.

• Kathryn (8/5): Very convenient and smart accommodation, perfect for Canary Wharf - Self-contained, clean and recently refurbished. Quiet location. Contactless check-in, good directions and information. Couldn’t get the TV to work, but I’m a technophobe
• Marnie (4/5): Uncomfortable, bare minimum done to make it comfortable. - Clean, bus stop very close by, lots of bench space, decent kitchen setup, felt safe and secure. Uncomfortable bed; only 2 pillows (no cushions either); very low ceiling; only 2 towels (no hand towel or shower mat); we were asked to bring our own cleaning supplies (we’re travelling so that’s not gonna happen) to clean the crockery we used, empty the bins and take our rubbish with us (bit weird to have to do this in the UK); shower is hard to use, an awkward shape and far too small; the blinds let a lot of light in; the stairs are steep and uncarpeted - so other guests’ movements in the hallway are very loud; the worst tea I’ve ever had is the only refreshment supplied; the bathroom becomes a sauna if you put the towel heater on; also there’s loud construction happening right next door that starts at 8am.
• Kassongo (8/5): Good location, comfortable and well equipped but just needs more cleaning - Was spacious, well equipped. Cleaning could have been better.
• Michael (7/5): Decent basic accommodation in a good location - The property was fine for us as we only really used it to sleep in and the location was good for our visit. It was clean and tidy and had all the basics. It’s on the 3rd floor and the stairs are quite narrow. It was fine for us but people with limited mobility would struggle. The bathroom is really small and has a restricted height. Anyone tall might struggle.

• Farzana (6/5): Pleasant - Equipped kitchen (part of studio), compact and warm. Clean bathroom and appliances. There had been a lot of dirt and dust under the bed, the bed is quite small for 2 people.
