La habitación tenia una humedad en el techo.. SUIT JARDIN. Sugerimos variedad en el desayuno para los chicos, como cereales, mas frutas y variadas, sandwich, creeps y jugos de frutas La pisina me la imaginaba mas grande se ve diferente en las fotos

El ambiente es campestre y la tranquilidad en el lugar es un plus. Hay naturaleza por todas partes. El Personal es muy amable y siempre están pendientes de cualquier requerimiento de los huéspedes. La distancia a la ciudad de Armenia es de unos 15 min en vehículo . Si la idea es visitar los atractivos de la zona sí o sí se debe tener carros para los desplazamientos. El desayuno es muy bueno aunque debería tener un poco más de variedad

Unfortunately the room had humidity on the ceiling and curtains. There was a party with loud noise until very late. It was hard to sleep because of the noise from the near by neighbors, a baby crying very loud, the party and the highway close by.

En todos los hoteles que hemos estado no lo hemos hecho. Tampoco encontramos una aviso para colocar en la puerta que se utiliza para arreglar el cuarto.

• Javier David Perdomo (9/5): - Habitación y baño, amplios y cómodos. La disposición y atención del personal es destacable. En el restaurante, muy buen desayuno y la atención super amable. Igualmente en la noche, la atención en el restaurante fue muy buena. El wifi nunca funcionó. Y el sistema de televisión es por un sistema de cable que al tiempo de encendido pide un código por lo que toca estar reiniciando, poco práctico. De otra parte, se solicitó una cama adicional, lo cual adecuaron con una colchoneta muy blanda, no con colchón. Finalmente, se optó por un sofá cama que era más duro y se solucionó la solicitud. Se recomienda que dispongan de colchones adecuados para este tipo de necesidades.

Il personale alla reception è veramente molto gentile e disponibile. Il cibo ottimo, sia la colazione assolutamente soddisfacente, che il servizio ristorante di cui abbiamo usufruito ed in cui abbiamo mangiato in maniera eccellente con prezzi onesti. Siamo stati veramente bene ed il posto ci ha affascinato molto. L’unica nota migliorabile riguarda la cura dei dettagli all’interno delle stanze, se si apportassero delle piccole rinnovazioni la struttura sarebbe veramente completa.

I would prefer to stay in Salento or closer to it. You’re reliant on Ubers or taxis here because the hotel is just off a main road and you couldn’t walk on it.

• Gabriel (8/5): Basic Country Home suites accommodations - The place is a rustic country house, the amenities are basic, and it needs better maintenance due to the humidity conditions of the area and the mosquitos. There is not really soundproof. Therefore, expect to hear the outdoors all the time. The stuff is excellent trying to accommodate everyone the best they can. • Jo (8/5): Beautiful country retreat - The hotel is beautiful with great views of the mountains. It's laid out like a farm village, with colourful buildings plus interesting and historical props all over the large grounds. The on-site restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, the food there it's great (I recommend the Tilapia). Due to the remote location, the hotel offers a gym, games room, mini golf, tennis court, a couple of jacuzzis, and a pool. These facilities are a little dated, they look like nobody has used them in decades, but still a nice to have with the changeable mountain weather. The staff were all great, friendly, helpful and patient with my terrible Spanish. Our room was huge, with 2 big balconies, smart TV, and big comfy beds offering the best nights sleep we experienced in all of Colombia. This is not relevant to the lovely hotel and it's services, but more of a warning for other travellers... The location is rural so taxis are required to go anywhere. The hotel recommended a driver to transfer us from the airport. The ride was traumatic. It was a regular taxi (not a private car) and the first car broke down on a busy mountain road, so we had to switch cars. The second had a bad collision with a motorbike, so my advice is to book Ubers everywhere. The rural taxis tend to be very old cars, often without seatbelts, so it's a gamble with your life on steep mountain roads at night and\or in pouring rain (ours was both). Ubers tend to be more modern\slightly better cars.

They made a significant difference in my stay, especially when I had to request a room change. - Not all rooms are renovated; I unfortunately booked an older room that had a creepy vibe and was humid. I had to request a room change, but fortunately, the administration was understanding and accommodating. - Hotel hosts events that can be a disturbance. During my stay, there was a party that went on until 3 am, making it difficult for me to sleep. I was not informed about the event in advance, which would have been helpful. - Basic breakfast with bland coffee and stale bread. I was looking forward to a hearty breakfast, but the options were limited and unappetizing. - Pool was closed for most of my stay, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to relaxing by the pool. - Rooms can get stuffy and humid with no fans or air conditioning available. This made it uncomfortable to sleep and relax in the room.
• Melanie (8/5): Very good - Such a cute and charming hotel! We loved the little town decor of the place, it feels really special. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was simple yet tasty. On the last night of our stay, the hotel was hosting an event until very late in the evening. We were not notified of the event, not when we booked the dates nor when we checked in. The music was extremely loud and lasted until 2am, which made our last night of sleep rather difficult. We understand that they have a beautiful hotel that would host events, but we just wished they had let us know and warned us that we might want to consider elsewhere because the noise would be so loud that night. Also, they were working on the pool the whole time and it was not usable. I think we would have just appreciated a little better communication about both of these issues.

• Sanne (8/5): Amazing suite at a countryside hotel - The suite was great: amazing view and a very nice jacuzzi! Staff is friendly and the hotel looks like a little town, which we loved. Restaurant isn’t always open, we had to ask everyday to make sure it was opened for dinner. Lunch isn’t available at the property, which would be nice because the next available restaurant js a 10 minute walk away.

After a 14-hour trip from New York to Armenia, I was expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience, especially considering your hotel's 4-star rating and its promotion as a top stay on Booking. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations. Here are the key issues I encountered during my stay: Unprofessional Reception: Upon my late arrival, which I had informed the hotel about in advance, the receptionist seemed visibly irritated and greeted me with a negative attitude. This was highly unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome from the very start. Room Condition: When I entered my room, I found spiders on one of the four beds, which was extremely unpleasant. Additionally, the mattresses were incredibly hard and firm, making it impossible for me to get any rest that night after my long journey. Lack of Basic Amenities: To my surprise, there were no shampoos, soaps, or conditioners provided in the bathroom. This is a basic expectation at any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star. Bathroom Issues: The sink in the bathroom would overflow, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. This made the area dirty and unsafe to walk on. No Breakfast Offered: The hotel claims to offer breakfast included, but the following morning, I was told by the server that there was no breakfast available—not even a cup of coffee or orange juice. As a result, I had no choice but to leave the hotel and search for a restaurant in the city of Armenia, which added to my inconvenience.
