The hotel staff (the lady, the gentleman, and their son) are super friendly, attentive, and helpful. If you are looking for human quality, you will find it at this accommodation. The facilities are super beautiful, everything is very clean, very comfortable, and very cozy. It is located less than a 4-minute walk from the beach, and everything is very close to the accommodation. What I want to highlight most is that it was my birthday, so I mentioned this to the hotel staff. After a few minutes, the lady and her son gave me the lovely surprise of coming up singing Happy Birthday with a cake in their hands. It was one of the best birthday details I have ever received. The human quality of the staff makes you feel so welcomed that you don't want to leave.

I tried to send a message to the manager who did not respond. I changed rooms independently by checking thoroughly. The facilities at the villa were excellent. The location of the villa is perfect. It’s conveniently situated near the city centre. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the owner, friendly and attentive, ensuring that we have everything we needed and providing helpful recommendations for local activities. One standout feature was the parking arrangement. The owner went out of their way to ensure we had a convenient parking near the villa, which made our stay even more stressful free. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the apartment so much! The location is 3 minutes walking distance from the main beach in Ksamil, there are shops nearby, everything that you may need. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities, bathroom is small but clean and the bed was really comfortable. The owners are incredibly helpful people who will try to make your stay in Ksamil unforgettable. They helped us with the information about the timetables for the intercity buses, suggested the best beaches and areas which were a must to see. All in all, our stay at Shpetim place was incredible and we truly recommend it ☺️

Booking.com provides the price in euros however the owner provided me an exchange rate from euro to Lek which was higher than the actual rate of the day and I ended up paying more than what I had booked for - the price should be provided in Lek. Check out is also very early of 9.30 and check in is quit late at 4pm.
