• Nerea (8/5): Agradable, buena - La ubicación, vistas de la Alhambra La poca fuerza del grifo del lavamanos y del cabezal grande de la ducha, el pequeño bien, la limpieza de la casa bueno.. habían cosas que no las habían limpiado, o al menos bien, la falta de producto de limpieza, solo había un trapo, la puerta de la terraza no se podía abrir del todo y alomejor te dabas un golpe, que haya una verja en vez de una puerta, intimidad intimidad… lo pueden escuchar todo, pero por lo demás todo bien o incluso con esos defectos nos apañamos bien
• Michael (1/5): - Location Multiple issues: denied request to modify reservation within the cancelation period. I paid for a night I was not there. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Heavy object fell from the top of the cabinet almost hitting me and crashing on the counter and then the floor spraying a greasy liquid everywhere. Host didn't care about any of this.

Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, dafür ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet, der Parkplatz weit weg gegen Gebühr, das Gepäck schwierig in die Wohnung zu bekommen.

• Karen (9/5): Certainly a good pick for a visit to Granada. Walking distance to everything but you are in a quieter area with plenty o - Spacious apartment with all the facilities you need. Even to the lights coming on when moving rear the stairs. In a fantastic location. quiet apartment but once you exit the street there’s so much at your door step, restaurants, the little Red bus and stunning view of Alhambra. Our host was excellent. Always replied to any questions promptly and messaged during our 5 night stay to see if we were ok. The cleaning lady is also helpful upon our arrival. Thank you for everything.
• Anabel (7/5): Dos días en el centro de granada - Las vistas de su terraza y la ubicación. El ruido que se ocasiona en la calle durante todo el día y en cuanto a limpieza había humedades en algunas paredes, encontramos al entrar en el piso pelusas y el colchón estaba hundido en el centro.

• Lidia (1/5): No tiene terraza aunque ellos te dicen que si. - La ubicación El alojamiento está bien. Sin embargo contaré mi experiencia no tan buena pese a los comentarios. Cogí este alojamiento precisamente por tener terraza (tenía otros más baratos pero por eso cogí este). Después de cogerlo con terraza, les hablé por privado para confirmar más aún que la tenía (os adjunto las fotos). Tras decirme que sí que disponía de terraza, llego y no tenemos, a lo que me responden que lo he cogido sin terraza. Yo les pasé una captura de la conversación mantenida hace unos días confirmándome ellos que sí que tenía terraza, a lo que me pidieron perdón, pero igualmente me quedo sin la terraza por la cual he pagado. También me dicen que ellos leen todos los mensajes que responde una IA, pues mi mensaje no lo leyeron la verdad.
• FRANCISCO (10/5): - La cama era muy cómoda, ubicación excelente e instalaciones muy buenas. La única pega que pongo, es el sofá, era sofá cama y la parte de abajo se bajaba todo el rato. Recomiendo cambiarlo

• Elena (6/5): Un poco decepcionada por que las vistas al callejón no eran para nada agradables. - Está muy cerca de la Alhambra que es lo que quería visitar Que una de las 2 habitaciones que hay tiene unas vistas geniales y la otra a un callejón de un metro,tampoco el olor a comida constante de los restaurantes.

• Emma (1/5): NO KITCHEN - hob had been deactivated, no pans, no equipment - Location only I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. the photos were misleading as they suggested there was a kitchen with a hob. Yet when I arrived I saw the hob wasn't working and there were no pans to cook (although there was an empty box from a pressure cooker!). Being able to cook was the entire reason I booked the place, I had bags of raw food to cook and it wasn't possible. I had to eat out every day and it was very expensive and I hadn't budgeting for that. I messaged the property and they didn't reply and continue to not respond even when a Booking customer service representative called them. Both the door to the street and the door to the apartment are also very uncomfortable as you must slam them hard to close them. I have requested a refund.

• Sinja (7/5): Good - The balcony was nice as well as the location Unfortunately the flat is separated on different floors and not connected with inside stairs like it looks on the pictures, so you can only come from the bedroom to the living room though a cold general hallway which was not clear on the pictures as there a some with inside stairs and took away the coziness and connectivity

• Aidan (7/5): Great location and comfortable digs - The apartment style suite was fantastic. It was spacious and comfortable (with super cold AC!) and close to the Alhambra. It was difficult to check-in. We had some trouble finding the place and there is no reception on-site. When we contacted the property they were very helpful and prompt though so it worked out!
• Daniel (6/5): Had potential, but disappointing - The apartment looked nice and was clean. It was in a great location to explore Alhambra & Albaicin. The host was nice enough to allow us to leave our luggage in the room before check in while it was being cleaned. Small things that added up led to a disappointing stay despite the apartment looking good on paper: the shower was very cold both nights despite being on the hottest setting. Noise from outside and the other apartment was very clear and given it was a busy area it got quite noisy. While the host was friendly, the communication was quite delayed. Wifi code wasn’t provided on check in so we had to ask (twice) for it. The lights in the lounge room flickered regularly and seem to need maintenance. The soap dispenser head in the bathroom was broken so wouldn’t pump soap out.
• André (8/5): Value for money and amazing location! - The location in the most iconic neighborhood of Granada is amazing. A supermarket and a lot of restaurants very close as long as terraces to enjoy tapas and drinks while being outside; very nice and friendly host. I recommend. Ground floor apartment, so the sound from outside was very perceptible inside. The floor in the living room wasn’t so clean as it should be.
