- Mario (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación, está ubicado en un punto central donde todo queda cerca y en un buen barrio. Las instalaciones muy limpias. Habitaciones impecables. La piscina muy limpia. Excelente servicio. El personal muy amable y de buen trato. Volveríamos en una próxima oportunidad. Sería bueno que coloquen un ventilador en la recepción porque hacia mucho calor y que tuviera disponibilidad de una cafetera para los huéspedes. Pero en términos generales le doy un 10.

- Benjamin Sigmund (5/5): A bit lackluster compared to the price - It had most things you would expect in a hotel room. I got no Wifi from the personnel and the upcharge for the AC is too high. Later I had another hotel in Leticia with higher quality that had an AC and highed quality
- Miyer (10/5): Un lugar agradable - El personal estuvo muy atento a apoyarme en todo lo que necesité. Me dio una buena recomendación para ir a cenar. Un lugar muy bien ubicado y muy agradable. Poder ir de noche a la piscina fue genial. La cama podría ser un poco más blandita.

- SHIRLEY.RUIZ (9/5): Buena estancia - La piscina es limpia, caminando es cerca al parque Santander, es económico Algunos dias pero no todos entró un olor maluco por el baño, el ventilador se encontraba empolvado

Si bien las habitaciones son dignas y sencillas, el sistema eléctrico, de luz y ventilador, falla con frecuencia. Desconozco si es un fallo global de la empresa suministradora o del establecimiento.
