• Altmäe (10/5): Suurepärane - Meie ööbimiskoha asukoht oli kesklinn, väga lähedal kõikidele vaatamisväärsustele, kohvikud olid kohe käe/jala juures. Korteris oli kliimaseade. Väga suur, mõnus ja hubane korter. Omanik lahke ja vastutulelik.
• Marta (9/5): - Apartament czysty, na miejscu wszystko czego potrzeba. Obiekt położony w super lokalizacji. Kontakt z właścicielem także bez zastrzeżeń, nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z zameldowaniem :) W budynku nie ma windy, więc dla osób, które mają problemy z chodzeniem nie będzie to dobry wybór. W łazience były momenty, że był brzydki zapach z kanalizacji.
• Claudia (8/5): - Localização muito boa. Apartamento com bom espaço e bem mobiliado. Não tem elevador e tivemos muita dificuldades com as malas. O apartamento fica no terceiro andar. O acesso às escadas está em reforma e a entrada do prédio fica com aspecto de abandonado.

Pan Mark zarzadzajacy nie ma pojecia o empatii... :( Przy wejsciu wieczny śmietnik - 2 puby... Dobry punkt dla wspinaczy wysokogorskich - 3 pietro bez windy , razem ponad 50 schodow. Lazienka z co chwila przygasajacymi swiatlami , kompletnie nieszczelna kabina prysznica i duzo plesni...na dwa dni dla szesciu osob musielismy sami dokupic papier toaletowy do WC , popsuty czajnik do herbaty :(

• Sofy (8/5): Great location, walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. - Great location, walkable to most main attractions and station! Big flat with open spaces, closet had great lighting for make up would be happy to stay longer or return next time. host was friendly and helpful! building was under construction at time of visit so very dirty and dusty outside, a few floors up, no lifts so hard to get big luggages up but wide corridors/steps. not the best lighting for make up, shower could be better. price was quite steep but guess the timing/year didn't help very much.

• daaaan (8/5): Nie jest idealnie ale jesteśmy zadowoleni i będziemy dobrze wspominać ten pobyt. - Apartament jest przestrzenny. Świetna lokalizacja. Doskonały kontakt z Panem, który nas wpuszczał do apartamentu. Zorganizował busa z lotniska na 5 osób w cenie niższej uber. Na lotnisko podobnie. Wszystko świetnie i punktualnie. Sam apartament sprawia, że czujesz się jak Włoch mieszkający w Rzymie. Do metra niedaleko. Co Coloseum 15 min na piechotę w linii prostej. Wokoło wiele świetnych knajpek. Można wiczorem posiedzieć przy winku i dobrym jedzeniu. Okolica bardzo bezpieczna. Na dole pod oknami świetny pub irlandzki Druid. Apartament jest ciemny. Jak ktoś lubi mieć jasno to tu jest ciemno - zwłaszcza w głównym pomieszczeniu nie ma górnej lampy. Łóżko w jednej sypialni (tej z oknem jest wgniecione (wyleżane). Druga sypialnia jest bez okna. Trzecie spanie to spanie w głównym pomieszczeniu na rozkładanej sofie (u nas akurat tam spała jedna osoba). Patelnie są stare - ciężko na nich coś zrobić. Ogólnie to wygląda o wiele lepiej na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości. Cena w 10.2025 za 4 noce 5k pln na 5 osób plus opłata klimatyczna 600zł. Opłata za zameldowanie po 22:00 to 100zł (20eur).
• Mário (7/5): A nice place to stay if you are 4. - The location. Near everything. The house was clean and the air conditioning is good. We loved Rome! There are definitely aspects of your apartment that deserve 5 stars. However, overall, I wouldn’t give it a full score. For example, the bathroom could be improved, the shower doesn’t work properly, and the ceiling really needs a fresh coat of paint (it’s not a big job). Also, the apartment is more suitable for four people, not more and the stairs Should be mentioned. The kitchen utensils are quite old, and some are missing handles. These are small details, but they matter, and they’re not expensive to fix. You have a great rating on Booking, and I believe such ratings should reflect what is truly deserved. It’s not about asking for a good review; it’s about earning it through the experience you provide. That said, we had a nice and overall positive stay, I’m just not sure it merits full
• Matthew (10/5): Beautiful apartment, close proximity to main tourist attractions, spacious and homey. - The apartment was very spacious, and the location was amazing. If you don’t like stairs this isn’t a good place to stay as there is no lift, however this wasn’t a problem for us.

Communication with the owner and assistant was fast and clear through whatsapp. The apartment was very clean, and the location was close to the main attractions. Besides being close to Roma Termini that I read that could be a bit dangerous area, I didn't feel unsafe at any moment.

• Salvatore (7/5): A great place to stay despite a few hiccups! - We loved the location as it was close to the train station and the subway. There were numerous restaurants, bars, etc in case you didn't want to stray too far. The balcony was more like a window. You can't sit out there and you could barely stand because of the potted plants on the ground. Our host Pierluigi made a mistake arranging for a ride to the airport on the morning we left. We sat outside at the agreed time and nobody showed up. Luckily an Uber was just a few minutes away and got us to the airport. So be wary of the chauffeur service that's offered by them. If you use it be sure to check and double check with whoever your host is.
• Craig (3/5): Poor - Reasonable for metro The stairs were far too steep for over 60s The Internet kept cutting off. After a days sightseeing you just want to relax, however it took us 3 nights to watch one film on netflix. Very little in the way of kitchen roll or toilet paper. Nothing in the fridge or a welcome to the apartment gift. A bottle of water would have been fantastic after a 6 hour travel. Hidden tax of 70+ euros taken from us on arrival also everyones passport details photographed which surely not the done thing. Never had that before in all my travels. Surely this is personal info not to be shared with anyone but the guy said he had to do it.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Great for a couple of days in Rome - The location is great! Close a lot of turistic attractions and the train station. The apartment is very cute and comfortable. They let us leave our luggage before the check-in time. There are a few things they still have to fix, such as the curtain in a bedroom that was falling and the toilet door lock

Very clean apartment, well equipped The window near the bathroom shall include a shutter, to prevent sun from entering the near bedroom and visibility of the neighbors of the apartment in the next building
