- Penny (9/5): Was clean and comfortable.close to beach shops and surf club. - How close everything was. Quiet and comfortable Fan and light in the bathroom on the same switch. Upstairs noise, some acoustic sound barrier needs to done between floors

We had the downstairs half of the house which was immaculately clean, all beds and couch were very comfy. Secure, safe and quiet and have access to garage to park car in.
