• BENEDICT (8/5): Great stay in the centre of wonderful Oviedo. - Bang in the centre of fantastic Oviedo. Clean and comfortable accommodation and great staff. The only thing I’d say is the check in instructions would be improved if they specifically stated that the rooms are behind the door 1D.

• PABLO (9/5): Buen precio y ubicacion inmejorable - La ubicación es inmejorable. Al lado de la catedral. Esta limpio y el personal es muy atento por teléfono. Te dejan guardar el equipaje sin problema en unas taquillas si quieres aprovechar el ultimo dia o llegas pronto. Las camas no son las mas comodas y el baño es compartido. Si busca la comodidad de un hotel no es tu sitio. Pero por precio, ubicacion y experiencia compensa.

Durante la noche hubo ruidos fuertes y comentarios intimidantes desde la habitación contigua (hombre), que me hicieron sentir vulnerable. Pedí ayuda a una persona que creí que era personal, pero no lo era, y el host no ofreció soluciones concretas. Recomiendo a futuros huéspedes prestar atención a la asistencia y seguridad disponibles. • Azucena (4/5): - En el centro. Es un edificio antiguo con encanto pero sin apenas reforma por dentro. Es un alojamiento para peregrinos pero con habitaciones individuales con baño compartido. Las instalaciones son muy mejorables. El personal es muy amable.

• Zolang (10/5): Ubicación, instalaciones y atención de lujo 🙌🏻 - El alojamiento es perfecto para conocer Asturias completa, a pasos de la catedral te permite recorrer la ciudad caminando sin necesidad de utilizar el transporte público, a 15 minutos de la estación de autobuses, ubicación perfecta, las instalaciones en buenas condiciones con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable y cómoda, el personal super amable y te ayudan con lo que necesites, vale la pena 100% 🥰

Se valora también la flexibilidad con el procedimiento de llegada y la buena comunicación y amabilidad con el personal encargado del alojamiento. Las instalaciones necesitan una renovación en condiciones. Es un edificio antiguo, con encanto, pero hay reformas que contribuirían a integrar tradición y comodidad como, por ejemplo, algún método o sistema de insonorización (se oye todo lo que pasa en el pasillo o en otras habitaciones, además de la música que sonaba en el patio). Asimismo, las ventanas requieren de un mayor trabajo de aislamiento y renovación de cierres oxidados o rotos.

Also, the communication with the host was really clear and fast. not that I didn't like, for me it wasn't an issue, but if you are a light sleeper, you might hear everything from the street, although it was more like a background

• Steven (8/5): I would definitely stay again - Great location with friendly and competent staff in attendance. Access was easy and the first floor apartment was very accessible. Restaurants bars and other enjoyable parts of Oviedo are immediately outside the door There are a number of small things that while individually unimportant, collectively become a bit of a nuisance. For example, the amount of toilet paper provided was insufficient, there is no ha nd soap or hand towels in the bathroom, the bathroom and bedrooms lacked trash receptacles. One could easily arrive at the sense that the apartment is owned by someone who has never actually stayed there overnight.
• Lishan (8/5): Very good - The place has a kitchen. Good facilities. Right next to the church of Oviedo. It's was a bit noisy in the evening. It's not the fault of the hotel but some people wer shouting in the midnight. The soundproof from outside was not ideal.

Shared facilities clean and accessible. Cozy decor. No wastebasket on-site, in my room, the wc or hall! Tap squirts water in the face!

• Nikita (6/5): A room in a hostel without its own at the price of a hotel room. - ideal location There were problems when checking in. We couldn't get into the room because there were no keys in the key box. as it turned out, this is a room in a guest house. It is difficult to call it a room. In the terms and conditions, in small print, it was written that the bathroom was shared, one for the entire floor. But for some reason they attached a photo of the bathroom to the description of the room, which was misleading.

We thought it would be noisy but it was okay Really bad cigarette smell, it was like sleeping in an ash tray. broken window, plug sockets hanging off the wall, bedding from the 1980s. Very uncomfortable beds!! Terrible instructions for check in, we had to message to ask for the wifi password. Why not just put a sign in the room? At least it worked.
