• Celeste (9/5): Perfect for a layover between flights or a short stay. - I booked it as a layover between flights, I wanted clean facilities, good aircon and wifi, comfy bed and fridge in the room. Also wanted a pool. The hotel delivered it all. The best thing about the hotel was the staff, everyone that I came into contact with was helpful, friendly and efficient. There is a 7/11 and a fair few eateries nearby as well as nail bars and massage facilities. Would highly recommend. The only thing that could be improved was entry and exit from the pool itself. I imagine that it could be challenging for someone older or with mobility issues.

• Stephen (10/5): High-quality airport hotel with plenty of character. - Good pool, Wi-Fi, handy for airport. Comfy bed. The hotel has character and is of high-quality. The bathroom tiles are beautiful! 24-hour reception, staff speak excellent English. A couple of stray mozzies in the room.

Had plenty of shops and places to eat a short walk away. Nothing. We booked to be close to the airport so it was great for that. If you’re wanting to explore Bangkok or the main attractions then the location isn’t the best.

Only 20 minutes from the airport and plenty of eating places nearby. Nothing to dislike. Only feedback is that the shower curtain needs washing as it was mouldy.

• Kerli (6/5): Ok for 1-2 nights - After I chanced my room to double room it was nice and big. Single room was really dark and small. Pool was ok. Location close airport. Several restaurants, foodmart and good gym close. Room was’t clean. There was rubbish from previous guest on balcony and I found also some hairs in bathroom. There was lot of dust everywhere.
• Cory (9/5): Great option near the airport - New and very clean, it was a good spot to stay for one night before my flight out. It's still about 15-20 mins to the airport, but it was easy to catch a taxi. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced. I didn't go in the pool, but the pool area was nice to sit at while having a coffee in the morning and looked very clean. It's a very local area, so expect that most people won't speak english, although the check in staff did. It wasn't an issue though and people are friendly and willing to help. You could hear other people in nearby rooms a little bit. It wasn't too bad for me, but worth considering if you're a very light sleeper.

It was very clean and encouraged to take shoes off when entering. The pool looked very nice, even though I didn't get to go in. The location wasn't amazing, but very convenient for my flight the next day, which was the reason for my stay.

• Daz (8/5): A lovely hotel requiring some customer service improvements. - The room was comfortable and spacious with a balcony with a pool view. The internet was excellent. Reception closed between 11pm -7am. I was unable to check out before 7am as I required my key deposit back. I was subsequently late for my airport pick up.
• France (7/5): Quiet room, nice nature all around - -:Single room was too small so I ended up upgrading to a bigger room which was quite spacious and had a balcony overlooking the pool. Room was clean and quiet. - Coffee and kettle in the room. - Building is still new. - Pool and garden very homely and relaxing, I can hear the birds chirping. Lush nature, nice trees all around. - Fancy elevator is a nice touch. - Street food is plenty, nail salon massage, 7/11 and atm machines - all at walking distance. Although the street food is not quite the same as other night markets wherein most tourists go - the standard is a bit different. - Easy to get a taxi from the outside of the hotel - it costs about Baht100 to go to the Lat Krabang Airportlink (metro) wherein one can conveniently go to the main areas like Paya Thai, Rachaparop etc. (Metro fare: Baht35). Be wary of taxi drivers playing around with fare though - to the airport it will be around Baht 130. From the airport around Baht220 including airport charge Baht50 (the taxi driver also charged me a luggage fee of Baht40 , I had a small suitcase and I don't know if that's even a legitimate fee, but okay). - Not close to the skytrain - one always needs a taxi to go anywhere. Can't rely on the public transport available because the people in the area don't speak English so no one to help with directions. - The area is not touristy, more local people so English is not spoken by many but the hotel staff are all still very communicable. - No hand towels, amenities are very basic - just soap, shampoo and toilet paper. There isn't even a tissue box. - There's no restaurant to serve at least breakfast but they do have a microwave that can be used to heat food.

• Claus (7/5): Friendly and comfy. - Great building with parking. Room spacey and bed very comfy with little balcony looking down at okay swimming pool at a nice cosy area behind there. TV channels was a mess, i asked them to fix when i checked out.
• Greg (5/5): OK for 1 night - The room was passable... The air conditioner worked... This hotel is barely a 3 star... A very basic hotel good for maybe 1 night if you cannot find anything else. We only stayed there because it is near Suvarnabhummi airport and we had a flight the next morning. If you go outside the hotel, you should be able to speak Thai, or have a Thai person with you. The neighborhood is comprised of local people who do not speak other languages. The room had little in the way of amenities - shower soap,shampoo... that is about it.
