• Julia (10/5): Wunderbare Wohnung mit Traumterrasse und in bester Lage - Kompakte, schöne Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen in einem neueren Haus mit gut sortiertem Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Aufzug, moderne und gut ausgestattete Küche, ein funktionales modernes Duschbad, dazu ein großzügiges, in den ruhigen Innenhof gelegenes Doppelzimmer und ein bequemes Einzelbett oben beim Ausgang zur Dachterrasse war für uns ideal. Der Raum mit Zusatzbett ist kein geschlossenes Zimmer, Privatsphäre ist aber durch die Maisonette-Anordnung gegeben. Wir sind zu einer ungewöhnlichen Zeit angekommen, José hat über seine reizende Reinigungskraft den Zugang zur Wohnung trotzdem möglich gemacht, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Die Kommunikation mit José war prompt und nett. Soweit die nüchternen Fakten. Was wir an der Wohnung absolut geliebt haben, war die traumhaft schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer von Triana bis hinüber zur Kathedrale. Besonders zu empfehlen zum Sonnenaufgang und zur Blauen Stunde ... wir konnten uns gar nicht sattsehen! Außerdem perfekt war die Lage in der wunderschönen Calle Castilla, 15 Fußminuten vom Busbahnhof oder zum Mercado de Triana, 30 Fußminuten auf die andere Flussseite zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und in die Altstadtviertel. Da kommen schon ein paar Kilometer zusammen, aber jede Route - durch die Straßen oder am Guadalquivir entlang - ist absolut sehens- und gehenswert! Und die Wohnung selbst ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber mit Einschränkungen der Mobilität oder kleinen Kindern kann die Treppe zum oberen Stockwerk problematisch sein, die recht eng und steil ist. Sonst hat uns gar nichts gefehlt, außer vielleicht zwei Barhockern, um besser über die Mauer der Terrasse schauen zu können ;-).
• Marta (9/5): Cichy, ładny apartament w super miejscu - Doskonała lokalizacja: blisko do zabytków, a równocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Okolica atrakcyjna turystycznie (tradycyjna historyczna dzielnica Sevilli), bezpieczna, z mnóstwem barów, kafejek, lokalnych sklepów, ale także mały supermarket naprzeciwko, co jest bardzo wygodne. W kamienicy jest winda, odnowione patio. Wnętrze apartamentu nowocześnie urządzone, zadbane. Jest klimatyzacja, rolety przeciwsłoneczne, wygodnie otwierane okna. Klimatyczny taras na dachu z widokiem na miasto. Zmywarka i dostępne tabletki do zmywarki to także duży plus. Przydałyby się jeszcze 2 mniejsze garnki (był tylko 1 duży) i nowsze patelnie. Na szczęście nam to nie przeszkadzało, bo naprzeciwko jest dobry bar i nie gotowaliśmy nic sami. Oprócz tego warto, żeby dostępny żel pod prysznic i szampon zostały jakoś oznaczone, bo były w jednakowych butelkach bez napisów i trudno się zorientować, co jest czym.

• MZ1970 (10/5): Tolle Wohnung in Sevilla - Glatte 10 bis auf ganz kleine Ausnahmen. Gute Kommunikation mit Jose und netter Empfang. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und die Dachterrasse ist klasse. Ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Kathedrale. Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Zum Glück auch sehr schnell einen Parkplatz gefunden. Nichts
• Eleonore (10/5): Zeer aangenaam verblijf. - Compact appartement, spinternieuw en smaakvol ingericht, hygiëne perfect, alle benodigdheden en meer aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijke host, flexibel inchecken. Niets eigenlijk, bedden waren voor mij te hard maar dat viel op te lossen door de vele kussens.

• Robert (10/5): Lovely apartment and roof terrace in a nice district. Would defiantly return - We loved the compact but well designed apartment which was perfect size for us (2 adults and 1 teenager). It stood out for its roof terrace and convenient location, with everything you would need within easy walking distance. Although check-in is stated as from 15:00 we could only get in at 16:00 due to the host having another check-in elsewhere.

• Isa4462 (10/5): Días familiares por Triana. - José es muy amable y simpático, nos explicó un montón de sitios para tapear y conocer Sevilla. Ya conocíamos la ciudad pero no algunos rincones que nos recomendó. Las vistas están muy bien y las camas son cómodas, además que está muy limpio todo cosa que se agradece. En la habitación de arriba entra mucha luz por la puerta que da a la terraza, pero para un par de noches no afecta mucho.

Je me suis sentie mal à l'aise au moment de l'accueil car les plaisanteries de l'accueillant étaient ambiguës. Pour le matériel de cuisine les poêles devraient être remplacées.

W bliskiej okolicy market-targ, gdzie można zjeść prawdziwe hiszpańskie tapas. Parking wokół ulicy zatłoczony, ale w market jest parking podziemny 20€ doba. Właściciel na 6! Wyjaśnił wszytko, polecił fajne miejsca.

Muy buena ubicación para visitar Triana y poder ir andando al casco histórico de Sevilla. Todo perfecto. Nada. Bueno,por decir algo,haría falta un calefactor en el baño en invierno.
• Ana (10/5): Fabuloso alojamiento para conocer y recorrer Sevilla. - A nuestra estancia en este apartamento en Sevilla le ponemos una valoración muy positiva. Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación: está en una zona muy tranquila y bonita, ideal para descansar, y a la vez cerca de todo. Tienes farmacia, supermercado y servicios a mano, así que resulta muy cómodo para el día a día. El apartamento en sí es muy bonito, cómodo y agradable, y además estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, algo que valoramos muchísimo. Todo estaba en orden y la sensación general fue excelente desde el primer momento. También queremos destacar el trato recibido: la persona que nos abrió y nos entregó la llave fue súper amable y atenta, lo que hizo que la llegada fuera fácil y agradable. En resumen, una estancia muy recomendable y una opción fenomenal para visitar Sevilla Como sugerencia constructiva (con la intención de que la experiencia sea perfecta), creemos que sería muy recomendable mejorar las camas. Para nosotros, la cama de matrimonio resultó algo pequeña e incómoda, y la cama individual de la parte de arriba también se nos hizo muy estrecha, especialmente porque estamos acostumbrados a camas más grandes. Si no fuera posible cambiar las camas, una solución sencilla podría ser añadir un topper o colchoncillo que suavice el colchón y mejore el descanso. Incluso, en el dormitorio, quizá podría valorarse priorizar una cama más amplia (por ejemplo, sustituyendo una de las mesitas) porque con ese ajuste el alojamiento sería realmente redondo. En resumen, es un apartamento muy recomendable por ubicación, limpieza y atención, y con una pequeña mejora en las camas sería perfecto.

It was hard to leave this apartment and its terrace; it was so comfortable. It is located on a quiet street, very close to Triana's mercado and restaurants. We thank José for his kindness and warm welcome.

Hôte hyper disponible , attentionné et joignable à tout moment. Le logement est conforme aux photos, équipement moderne,très propre et bien insonorisé. Sécurité du bâtiment , ascenseur et délicates attentions à notre arrivée. Logement très bien situé, au calme.Clim,terrasse appréciable .Supermarché de quartier à côté, marché couvert à deux pas. Une casserole supplémentaire serait appréciée et un plat pour le four. Le lit à l'étage convient plutôt aux enfants.

• Ian Smith 8302 (10/5): Fantastic accomodation with great access to shops, resaturants and all of Seville. - I thought that the owner Jose was extremely accomodating. He met us to hand over keys, explain everything at the property, and also give us recommendations for food and places to see in the nearby area and Seville as a whole! The property had aircon, was right beside a grovery store, restaurants, and about 20-30 minute walk from the city centre. The area itself was fantastic, and had a lively buzz at night. Also, it was fantastic value for money too! I had zero complaints the property!

• MAVRIDIS (10/5): Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα με θέα, σε ήσυχο δρόμο στην Τριάνα. - Πεντακάθαρο, πολύ πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, με πάρα πολλές παροχές, θέα, ησυχία, με εστιατόρια εκεί κοντά και flamengo show. Βρήκαμε πάρκινγκ δωρεάν στον δρόμο λίγο πιο πέρα. Ο Jose είναι πολύ ευγενικός και φιλόξενος.

El barrio de Triana es una zona increíble de por si y está a tiro de piedra del centro de Sevilla. La recepción de José ya fue espectacular. En seguida nos enseñó el apartamento y nos orientó sobre nuestra visita. Un crack. El apartamento impoluto y con todas las comodidades, incluyendo Nespresso y horno, que en otros lugares he echado en falta. Espectacular todo. José, hay que afilar los cuchillos.jjj Tuvimos el honor de compartir con los sevillanos el día más caluroso de su historia con 45,2 grados. Hay 3 splitter en el apartamento por lo que todo resuelto, pero el que vaya que sepa que de puertas para fuera hace calor, no es tontería.

Jose couldn't been more helpful and made us feel at home immediately. I don't think we could have found anywhere that would have suited us better. We hope to come back to Seville again and will definitely stay at Atico Aire again. Nothing.

He was very helpful and even booked our taxi for our departure date, He marked on a map places of interest and eating places to visit. He left wine, fruit, water and biscuits for us. His apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the roof terrace. Would highly recommend this apartment and the location was just perfect with a supermarket right opposite and eating and drinking places right on the doorstep. Seville is beautiful, very friendly and safe place and we had perfect weather. Found the mattress a little too hard for us but think it was probably ok for other guests

It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had a variety of great facilities that made my visit comfortable and enjoyable. The location in Triana is absolutely perfect—one of the most wonderful neighborhoods in Seville with a vibrant, authentic atmosphere. What made the experience truly exceptional was our host, Jose. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a positive attitude, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Seville, and without a doubt, I will stay here again when I return!

The apartment was very comfortable with good kitchen and bathroom facilities with a great shower. There was the bonus of a roof terrace for our private use and we were delighted to discover there is a view of the cathedral and Giralda tower at night! We really enjoyed the complimentary bottle of very nice wine, some cookies and fruit. The Triana area is quiet and near the river, it’s easy walking distance to the historic centre just over the bridge. Nothing

• Alison (9/5): Triana - Welcoming host! Excellent facilities and great location. We loved the Triana neighbourhood - residential yet many cafes, supermarkets, tapas bars nearby. Appreciate the history of the area: Wonderful ceramic tile shops, Triana Market and beautiful churches. Riverside dining with views of the bridges, Torre Del Oro and Historic Centre can't be beat.
• Christopher (10/5): Excellent apartment for a solo traveler or couple in a great location - Excellent location in a new building. Jose communicated very well and promptly. The outdoor balcony was a treat as the weather was sunny and 65 F while I was there. The washing machine was also appreciated. The apartment was very clean. Not about the property, but about parking if you have a car. Triana is very difficult to find free parking. You may have to walk 15 minutes. Paid parking for 25 euros a day is available at the centro commercial at Torre Sevilla.
• Scott (10/5): Simply Irresistible. - Across the road is a huge supermarket for everything you need, from apartment, turn left and shortly you come to everything you need, bars, restaurants etc, walk across the bridge and you’re in the city centre. Finally got to see inside a bullring. Great upstairs balcony in the apartment as well. Plenty of street parking outside. Extremely friendly host Jose, met us and showed us where to go on the map. Nothing
