Obiekt odwołał rezerwację przez to że samolot wylądował później niż jest czas zameldowania chociaż cały czas po wylądowaniu dzwoniłam do właściciela ale nikt nie odbierał ani odpisywał zostałam na ulice w nocy!!!

• Petr (7/5): - Vybavení bytu bylo velmi dobré. Extra poplatek 20€ za check-in po 16:00 hodině. Při rezervaci jsme uvedli check-in v 21:00, což bylo akceptováno ale 1h před příjezdem nám z ubytování přišel požadavek na extra poplatek.
• Said (10/5): - The apartment at Bonanza feels like home. This is the 2nd time I am staying there and am satisfied, it's clean, with plenty of light and sun. The location is great.
• Cariad.Saif (1/5): - The pool. The host is a con artist. Takes deposits and don't give them back. No contact ❌😞 from the host. I lost €50!!! Booking.com should have a word with these people. A cleaning fee ... And a key deposit we didn't get back. There is nothing in booking.com write up about this. It's only after you book they ask you.

Air Con instructions were required, specifically the location of the switch. We contacted the host via Watts App, who provided the instructions.
• Jolanta (1/5): WARNUNG - Bei der Unterkunft und Lage war nichts was uns gefallen war WARNUNG, bei Ankunft würden wir erpresst entweder zahlen wir 40 € Kaution oder wir bekommen kein Schlüssel. Wir sollen die Kaution nach Verlassen zurückbekommen und bis heute kein Cent bekommen, auf unsere Anfragen bei dem Besitzer bekommen wir keine Antwort. Unterkunft ist kein Hotel sondern eine Privatwohnung in einem großen mehrstöckigen Haus, der von außen und ihnen eine Ruine ist. Nur ein Aufzug für 2 Personen, nicht für Behinderte Menschen geeignet Unterkunft viel zu teuer in solche Brechbude. Lieber Finger weg davon. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten, habe nach 2 Stunden Parkplatz auf der Straße gefunden 30 Minuten entfernt.
• Saad (2/5): A fost o vacanță mai putin reușită, locația apartamentului nua fost ce mă așteptam - O zonă foarte departe de plajă, având în vedere prețul nu este mare diferență de chiriile care sunt aproape de plajă. Hotelul se află undeva pe deal și când revii de la plajă este obositor De când am ajuns la destinație propietarul nu ne-a lăsat să intrăm deși am plătit suma pe booking, cu condiția să mai plătim 20 de euro de curățenie și 30 de euro pentru garanția chei, garanția pentru cheie nu am mai primit-o înapoi i-am trimis numărate mesaje pe what up timp de o lună vede mesajele și nu răspunde
• Carlota (6/5): ¡Cuidado! Cargos extra - La ubicación es muy buena: tanto la playa como el Arroyo de la Miel están a unos 12-15 minutos andando. Si tienes la suerte de encontrar buen aparcamiento el primer día (como fue mi caso), no necesitas mover el coche durante toda la estancia. El alojamiento es tal y como aparece en las fotos: reformado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La comunicación con la empresa o agente que gestiona el alquiler del apartamento no fue del todo satisfactoria. Al contactar conmigo, además de solicitar los DNI de las personas que se iban a alojar, me pidieron dos cargos extra: uno de 20 € por limpieza y otro de 30 € como fianza (relacionada con las llaves, los llaveros de la piscina y el buen estado del alojamiento). Me negué a pagar el primer cargo, ya que Booking ya lo incluye en la reserva (adjunté captura como prueba), por lo que solo realicé el Bizum —tal y como indican— correspondiente a la fianza, la cual aseguran que devuelven tras la salida. Sin embargo, han pasado más de 24 horas desde mi salida y aún no he recibido la devolución de la fianza, ni respuesta a los mensajes enviados por WhatsApp preguntando por el motivo. Cabe destacar que cumplí con los horarios de entrada y salida (en otros comentarios, el agente justifica la retención de la fianza por hacer check-in o check-out fuera de hora), y dejé el apartamento en perfectas condiciones. Además, durante la estancia estuvimos dos días sin agua debido a una rotura. Entiendo que esto no es responsabilidad directa de la propiedad, pero no ofrecieron ninguna solución ni información al respecto. La única información que obtuvimos fue gracias a otros inquilinos del edificio.

• Mark (9/5): Clean and good value - Clean and well appointed. Good location because halfway between the beach, 12 minute walk, and the town. Good value for the money. The shower trap was blocked so flooded the bathroom but was easily remedied by cleaning it out and that solved the problem. However the management should regularly check and clean.
• John (8/5): Very good - The flat was not ready 1500 having emailed our arrival time as1600/1700. We were outside at 1610 and did not get access until 1645 after an English resident who spoke Spainish spoke to someone who informed us that someone would come. In it turned out to be the cleaner Also all the recently laundered sheets and towels were left drying in the living room. All instructions for AC and wifi were in spanish. No instructions on use of cooker and micro wave. In addition the cleaner demand Euros 20, the contract stated that cleaning was included.
• James (8/5): Great apartment in a good location - The property was as listed, and very clean. The apartment was very well equipped and well maintained with some nice touches. The host was helpful although there was an issue with an additional payment There was little to dislike, although it was not until I arrived at the property that I was informed of an additional payment of 20 euros for cleaning?? A matter which I took up with Bookings
