- Tatiana (8/5): - The room is lovely, and the view is stunning. The bathtub was very welcome after a long day. The location is excellent, very close to Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park. In the Junior Suite there is no proper wall separating the bathroom/toilet from the room. There is a wall, but it does not go all the way up, which is very uncomfortable, especially since the bathroom and toilet are in the same space and there is no sound insulation. Also, when you take a bath, the whole room becomes humid. The sound insulation between the rooms and the corridor is very poor. When people walked past in the hallway with suitcases, it felt as if they were inside the room. Breakfast was average. There was some choice, but not a huge variety. There was no hot food, such as scrambled eggs. The only eggs available were boiled, and the only vegetables were crushed tomatoes. There were no other vegetables.

- Patrice (8/5): Bon établissement où tout fonctionne correctement - En plein centre du village, à un quart d'heure en voiture du parking du Parc national d'Odessa. Restaurants à deux pas, de même que boutiques de sport et deux supérettes. Bien organisé, tout fonctionne bien, de la réception (personnel aimable) à l'agencement de la chambre (avec vue sur les belles montagnes du secteur), en passant par un petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Il y a plus d'une vingtaine de places de parking sur la place du village devant l'hôtel; j'y ai toujours trouvé une place, quitte à attendre une fois 10 minutes. Sinon, aller au grand parking public à 300 m. On peut demander un paquet pique-nique (avec un gros sandwich, 2 ou 3 petits compléments et de l'eau) pratique pour la rando (12€, quand même) ou se débrouiller avec les magasins du village. Ni mini-frigo, ni bouilloire. Insonorisation interne déficiente: selon les voisins (j'en ai eu trois différents en 3 jours dans la chambre voisine), on peut TOUT entendre (conversations, meubles remués, etc.): pourquoi placer les clients les uns à côté des autres, alors qu'il serait facile – au moins en certaines saisons, quand la fréquentation est encore faible – de dispatcher les gens à travers l'établissement pour leur éviter les bruits des voisins, notamment quand ils ont spécifiquement demandé (c'était mon cas) à avoir une chambre tranquille ?!

She gave us good advice about the best time to hike to beat the stormy weather, and she also helped us with last minute dinner reservations on a busy Friday evening. La estancia fue agradable y las instalaciones muy confortables. Una pena que no tuvieran abierto el restaurante para las comidas y cenas, aunque esto se debe a que solo lo abren en temporada alta a partir de mayo.

Volveríamos sin duda. - El ambiente del hotel es acogedor y tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de un día en la naturaleza. Además, la ubicación y las vistas son realmente bonitas. El desayuno lo compramos aparte. Tenía productos de buena calidad, aunque algo limitado en opciones saladas: echamos en falta verduras y huevos para hacerlo más completo.

- ItsJuanAntonio (5/5): Mucha calor en las habitaciones, ruido (mala suerte entiendo) y pagar cualquier extra que no dicen - Lo qué más me gustó fue la ubicación porque esta muy cerca de todo el turismo que puedes encontrar en Ordesa/Pirineos como hacer rutas de senderismo, ríos etc... pero el Hotel en si me esperaba mucho más Las toallas tenían manchas, había que pagar extras por jacuzzi, desayuno no incluido (10€ por cabeza) y eso que me costó 80€ la noche, en otros sitios cercanos me habría costado menos y con desayuno incluido, elegí este por el tema del jacuzzi pero luego de preguntar me dijeron que 5€ por persona y eso no lo especifican. en fin no me gusto la estancia, luego lo mas insoportable fue el calor que hacía en la habitación! madre mía nada de aire acondicionado dormí toda la noche con la ventana abierta no me quiero imaginar en verano como se tiene que pasar de mal ahí adentro. Nos fuimos muy contentos con la atención del personal, nos atendieron muy bien en recepción, nos dieron bastante información acerca de los alrededores, nos recomendaron restaurantes. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y responder nuestras dudas. Además el servicio de desayuno está muy bien, solo puedo decir que 10/10.

El ruido de los muebles arrastrándose en las habitaciones de arriba era constante y a deshoras. En dos ocasiones tuvimos que golpear el techo para que pararan. Quizás colocando alfombras en la habitación de arriba el problema se aminore.

Molt a prop del parc d’Ordesa. Vam estar al jacuzzi i també molt bé, reserven un temps per habitació per tal de disfrutar-ho sols, per un preu de 5€ pp. En general una estada molt bona. L’aparcament era una mica limitat, tot i així vam acabar aparcant bé. Per altra banda, les màquines del gimnàs no acaben de funcionar bé.

- Jordi (9/5): Mira que bonito... - Desde el primer momento que entramos sentimos que era un hotel muy acogedor. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal del hotel muy atento en todo momento. Pudimos disfrutar del hotel y de las calles de Torla gracias a su excelente ubicación. ¡Para nosotros fue un acierto alojarnos en este hotel! Por mala suerte, el jacuzzi estaba cerrado y no pudimos usarlo durante nuestra estancia.
