• Ernesto (7/5): Pequeñas pegas - Buen tamaño del apartamento. La ubicación sería buena en épocas de verano, fuera de temporada es una zona un poco solitaria, eso sí, alado de la playa. Pocos accesorios de cocina, la vitrocerámica daba fallos y se apaga el tiempo que a ella le da la gana, la puerta de la calle tiene cristal y no podías estar dormitando en la sala porque está continuamente encendiéndose y apagando la luz de las escaleras, la cama es súper pequeña de largo para gente de estatura media, cuando llueve se filtra agua por debajo de las puertas de las terrazas, hay que estar con las persianas bajadas y la luz encendida. Todo pequeñas cosas pero que se podían mejorar.

• Montse (9/5): Estada perfecte - El Pepe i la seva dona son super ambles, sempre molt atents. L’apartament te 2 terrasses i li toca molt el sol, en una d’elles hi ha vista al mar, es molt lluminós. Es ampli i no ens va faltar res. Ben situat, el lloc es molt còmode perquè està a un pas de la platja i desde la mateixa Terrassa es veu un dels xiringuitos. També hi ha supermercats i restaurants aprop. Sempre trobes lloc per aparcar davant mateix.

• Michella (10/5): Mijn gouden plek - Alles.. een prachtig app waar je jezelf kan zijn en mag. Heerlijke bedden. Alles is er wat je nodig hebt Een veilige en warme plek en dit komt puur door de eigenaren. Ontzettend lief en vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De straat waar je verblijft logeer je tussen de bewoners . En er bestaat nog vriendelijkheid . Elke dag een groet ze herkennen je als je ze tegen komt. De plek van logeren een gouden plek. Uitzicht en om de hoek het strand. Het centrum binnen 5 minuten ben je er. Kortom ik heb mijn veilige mooie plek gevonden. Rust en veilig en warmte. Perfect Niets een tevreden mens heeft het altijd naar de zin. Als je niet van hotels hou en de lokale bevolking wil steunen doe geen hotel.

Big apartment with the good floor plan, separate kitchen and 3 balconies, one of them gas a fantastic view of the see. It was only one heating device which was placed at the bedroom. In the rest of the apartment it was quite cool.

El apartamento lo utilizamos en diciembre y no está preparado para está época del año. Solo dispone de un radiador eléctrico y es imposible calentar todo el apartamento con el. No tiene wifi y es conveniente avisar de que esté apartamento no está preparado para personas con algún tipo de movilidad reducida por muy leve que sea esa movilidad

• Prieto Baena (10/5): - Estaba muy cercano a la playa y a lugares de ocio, la ubicación es perfecta y la pareja que lo gestiona es muy agradable El único inconveniente que le pondría es que el apartamento se encuentra en la parte de arriba de la casa de los dueños lo cual resta intimidad.

• Lorna (3/5): We will not be returning. - There are only 2 positive points I can make. The location and the size of the apartment. We stayed the previous 2 nights in an apartment in Cartagena. A little smaller but around the same price. I was very happy, as I prefer to do, in giving a 10 out 10 review. Unfortunately, the same won't be said for this apartment. It was obvious to me that this was a house that has been split into 3 apartments. Not that professionally. The stairs up to the apartment are not safe. I have attached photos of the issues I found. The apartment door was a glazed internal door with only a small lock. Both, this and the main street door are lacking in security. Walking through the door you can see where the house was split as part of the original archway is still sticking out. I'm 1.82m tall and had to be very careful not to hit my head. The decor is in very poor condition. Mismatched paintwork from the conversion, damaged and dirty paintwork in all the rooms. Many screw holes in the walls from removed shelving, curtain poles, etc. Cleanliness was also an issue. Kitchen cupboards, fridge and microwave all need cleaning. The little there was little in the way of pots and pans which need renewing and had to be washed before use, as did everything else we used in the kitchen. There was an iron but no ironing board. A bit tricky as we there for a wedding! The electrical system gave us concern. Some sockets were unusable, others have been extended badly. The main prize goes to the bathroom. Obviously the bath had been removed at some point and replaced by a tiny shower unit. The plastic shower door was damaged and came apart in our hands. The shower hose is old and damaged. The shower head is not adjustable. Difficult unless you want to wash your hair every time. The was no shelf in the shower, so soap etc had to go on the floor. Almost impossible to pick up in a 70cm x 70cm shower, When you I did finally get down there I turned the shower off or put it on cold. This is obviously thanks to the plumber who was too lazy to extend the pipes after removing the bath. Can I add, the bathroom is a reasonable size and would easily accommodate a larger shower area. It's apparent the the owner is in this just to make a quick buck and has no attention to detail for his clients.
• Colin (9/5): Comfortable and clean apartment , location 11 out of 10 - The apartment was clean and comfortable, the location couldn't be any better, beach a minute walk, the strip or plaza, was about five minutes walk, supermarkets close by, Overall a very good choice, Pepe was very helpful No English channel on the TV 😂🤣😅 and no WiFi but to be honest they weren't missed too much

Better still the location is within an easy walk of the beach, promenade and plenty of restaurants and shops. The host is knowledgeable of the local environment and very friendly and helpful. Will be booking again. Nothing.

The location works very well with easy access to the beach and only a short walk to shops, bars, etc. Better plenty of parking and lovely and quiet of an evening. Nothing at all :-)

Easy on street parking and excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and promenade with cafe and bars and 5-10 minutes walk to the square. The apartment is spacious in a quiet area although there was building works going on next door during our stay.this didn't stop us having a nice relaxing few days. Just a few minor improvements/TLC would make this apartment excellent.

• Jonathan (10/5): Our best Spanish holiday ever. - The owners are wonderful people. They are so kind and helpful. Nothing is a bother to them. The accommodation is perfect for a couple, and it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We ataued on the top flor and pften spent the early evening and late at night just sitting in peace and quiet of the area. All of this gives the feel of calmness and serenity, and mKes the overall stay just fabulous. The location is just fantastic, literally 3 minutes walk to the beach, which is spotlessly clean, it is well presented with lots of good friendly beach bars along the promenade. The water is warm, not deep, has no tides, is very salty, and just lovely to float around in. It also has, according to the area, good healing properties. Lots of people snorkelling along the surface. Not far from the property is a strip of bars and restaurants enough to have something different every night of your stay. And if you want to eat in, there are 4 major supermarkets no more than. 20-minute walk. I would 100% highly recommend staying here, and I will be visiting again and again as soon as possible. In all honesty. Nothing. Our whole stay was pretty much perfect.

The apartment is close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets, all within walking distance. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with a great balcony that catches the sun for most of the day. Would strongly recommend staying here We had never been in Las Alcazares before . Our Sat Nav gave up on us but thankfully our lovely host Pepe, who lives below our apartment met us. Once we got our bearings we had no problem finding our way about.

• Vinehill-james (4/5): It could of been better. - The location was good, near the beach, but being winter not too many places open. There are a few things that were not ok. The pictures showed a cosy looking lounge, in the two bed apartment, it was not as shown. The lounge only had one sofa, no coffee table, the remote controls of the tv did not work. The whole place needs re-decorating, but the worse things are the extension lead running across the kitchen, it was above the floor by about 2/3 inches, extremely unsafe, also wires out of the wall in the bedroom, these could be pulled by a child, really not ok.

• Jackie (6/5): Great Location, Perfect by the beach! - A little worried about picking up the keys as the owner didn't have internet but eventually managed to get the code and get sorted. Bathroom supplies included. The washing machine came in handy. Two balconies, the morning was lovely as the sun was in the kitchen. Nice quality towels in the bathroom. Spare quilts as it was cold. Quiet. Spacious. Beachfront. Guests should be informed that the key pick-up box does not open the single gate it opens the double ones as the kind neighbour informed us. (It's the little things....) A couple of the blinds didn't work too well. Needs a shower mat, had to use the t-towel. The couch and cushions have seen better days and the bed was a bit musty too, the bedspread in particular. Just needs the little things doing like a fresh lick of paint-white. Different coffee table in the lounge, new batteries in the remote, different corkscrew (struggled with that!) new pillows (bought a new one at the bizarre).

We arrived at the property around 4pm, had a look around, it seemed nice enough, although the lounge only had one sofa so not sure how a family can sit comfortably there. Shortly after arrival a man from the local water company,  Aqualia, turned up to turn the water off because the owner hadn't paid his bill. Although he agreed to leave it on for one night we decided that we couldn't stay there with the threat of no water hanging over us, and with no response from the owner we left and paid more money to stay elsewhere.  Total nightmare,  still haven't got a full refund since arriving home.
• Alan77 (9/5): Great Location. Great Hosts. - Great location. A stone's throw to the beach and a short 5-minute walk to the main square area where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment is also right beside a very nice restaurant on the beach. The hosts were fantastic and very helpful. Everything was as expected and would use it again.

All good could do with a lick of paint ( white throughout) and a few cosy pictures on the walls, perhaps a rug and a few more channels in the TV for evening entertainment
