- Guest (3/5): He is to refund my 50pounds…he blocked me on WhatsApp - It’s location The man called Percival refused to balance my 50 pounds…Booking.com asked for 100 pounds and took 150 pounds…I spent 2 months in this apartment…really sad about his rude and weird behaviour.
- Guest (4/5): Am disappointed with his behaviour - The location was perfect for me and my mum…we did our cleaning ourselves. A man called Alastair Percival is extremely rude and refused to refund my money.Booking.com asked I should pay cash of 100💷But he asked I transfer 150pounds and he paid back 100💷after so much messages.we stayed in this apartment for 2months because of its location. He refused to balance the 50💷and blocked me in WhatsApp.Am wondering what kind of weird behaviour is this?after paying so much staying in this apartment.Nothing missed, everything intact yet he refused to refund all because am a foreigner…No washing machine, fridge not in good condition, windows very stiff, bed very bad…just a perfect location with a very weird man.
- Mélyssa (9/5): Superb -
- Mira (3/5): Dirty, messy, and broken - Location as it was close to our daughter’s house. The shower-hand was broken ( it could not stand up on it’s own) and so were the drains both in the bath and sink, the cleaning left a lot to be desired with lots of different types of hair everywhere, the bed frame was broken. There were two freestanding heaters, both were missing their legs and so wobbled. For a 7 day stay we had one very small bath towel and two thin hand towels (for two people) we were promised more would be delivered but non arrived. There was only one set of keys and no way to lock the door from the inside if the other person left.
Beside the entrance of the flat were piles and boxes of dirty linens and towels, a big bag of toilet rolls, a suitcase with vacuum cleaner bits and other rubbish. It was just so messy all over.
- Sarah (2/5): Very poor - Location Lack of cleanliness. A lot of things broken.
- Bentley (5/5): Passable -
- George (10/5): I enjoyed my stay - The space, it was spacious enough to accommodate me and my spouse. I loved the environment as it’s 11mins walk from Chelsea harbour Island. The neighbourhood is a beauty to behold. None
- Chiara (8/5): Comfort staying - The vicinity of bus stops
