• Nurul Sakinah (10/5): Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable thanks to the strategic location, cozy room ambiance, and friendly staff, - Location-wise, it’s very strategic. If you get tired after walking around Pasar Seni, you can easily head back to the hotel and relax for a while. The projector was great for watching Netflix using your own account. (You’ll need to ask the hotel staff for a mouse, and they’ll provide one so you can access Netflix.) The staff were friendly, and the interior was very aesthetic. I also loved the lighting in the room — it gave a really cozy vibe. We booked the standard room, and it wasn’t too small at all. It was comfortable enough for two people. Safety-wise, the area is quite sketchy if a girl is walking alone or even in pairs at night when heading to or returning from the hotel. If you plan to check out between 2–7am, it might be difficult for Grab drivers to locate the exact hotel location. Daytime check-out is much better since you can walk to a more accessible pickup point. In terms of hygiene, the towel had a musty smell. Appreciate if the hotel management could wash and maintain the towels more thoroughly. As for soundproofing, you can clearly hear people coughing from the next room. Thankfully, we didn’t hear any moaning like what some previous reviewers mentioned haha.

• Jenny (10/5): Modern hotel- good value for money - Nice and modern hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. We only stayed here for a night but really enjoyed it. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful. I really liked the projector on the wall to watch tv. We would stay here again.

• Ashish (3/5): Nice budget hotel in excellent location - but it's a DEATHTRAP - A very nice budget hotel, with an outstanding location in Chinatown, very close to the major Pasar Seni station. Staff are friendly and helpful, bathrooms are very fancy, and rooms have more lighting options than a Berlin disco. It's a deathtrap. I mistakenly entered the "fire exit" stairwell to walk down to the reception. There is no way to exit. Once you are in this stairwell, you're trapped. Fortunately, I had my phone and could message the staff to let me out. Apparently, this has happened to other guests before. If you entered the stairwell to escape a fire, you'd be dead. (Clearly, this needs to be reported to the relevant authorities, but I haven't figured out who that is.)

• pika (10/5): it was a very good place to stay, to discover malaysia's colorful lifestyle - I love the location, like you can find anything just below the hotel. i didnt expect the hotel to be that good for the price that i paid for. overall i would recommend it to everyone. 10/10 would stay here again. the wifi sometimes disconnected.

Mirror, can change degree, it's nice to wear clothes and to make up. High ceiling. Feel good. It's okay, but I had to choose which I close, toilet or bathroom.. I wanted to close both 🤣 And it took time to find switch of bedside right.

There was a big bed, a kettle, a hair dryer in our room. We had breakfast in a Cafe in the next building. It was amazing and tasty. The area turns into a big market in the afternoon and it is quite challenging to walk there, especially with a baby stroller.

• Sebastian (10/5): Amazing experience in the heart of KL! - Very stylish room design, great room service, super friendly staff that will give you tips about KL and surroundings. Despite being in the middle of busy vendor street, you don’t hear any noise. Plus, you get a discount for Spa within the hotel. The fridge in the room seemed to be faulty.

• Shadman (6/5): Good - Cleanliness and price We were first greeted by the reception and she couldnt care less about welcoming us. No welcome drink was offered even though it was written over there. Didnt mention that we dont need a breakfast card as that was the instruction. And no one helped with bags even though there were three people. Based on this experience, we immediately cancelled our next stay with them and cancelled all the mediocre priced booking to 5 stars as we would pay more but wont get this treatment.

• Ami jane (6/5): Great location to be in the centre... But a few quirks I expect in the area we were in - The area was right inside china town, rooms look nice Showers warm, bed was comfy. Staff friendly, can find restaurants and cafes all around the area. Air con is great. No noise really quiet. Location is great but it is quite daunting walking all the way through a market with your luggage in a new area getting haggled to buy stuff. The room is cute but, the smallest window in the shower no where else. The only downfall was the small cockroach that decided to land on the bed.. small cockroaches means a nest.. and they have bug killer everywhere..

Everything inside felt fresh and tidy, which made my stay relaxing. The location of the hotel is quite good and convenient. However, the area outside the hotel was a bit crowded and messy at times, likely because there is a market nearby. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again. There are a few small things that, in my opinion, could be improved to make the experience even more pleasant. The staff was helpful and polite, but a bit more warmth, such as a simple smile and a positive attitude, would make a big difference. From my travel experience, these small details help guests feel truly welcome, especially during the first impression, which is very important. As for the breakfast, it was okay but could be improved. The coffee was not very enjoyable, and personally, I would prefer a buffet-style breakfast with more variety and better quality. These are just friendly suggestions that I believe could further enhance the overall guest experience in the future.

Hôtel propre, personne très agréable. Massage très correct L’isolation sonore avec le couloir / autre chambre n’est pas parfait, si les voisins sont un peu bruyant ça peut être gênant

• Colin (5/5): Overrated, basic hotel with little service - Central location Overrated. Breakfast not good considering the other food you can get here. My safe was broken, my water didn't get refilled even after I complained, the room wasn't cleaned even with the tag out until I complained twice. Light switches don't make any sense, since some lights only can get turned off from the sink. There is a water-cooker but no coffee or so. Sheets are way too big for this temperature, pillows quite thick. Also, booking showed this as a big sale deal, when I later found out the normal rates aren't higher (about 150 MYR per night). I booked the hotel because of the good reviews, but wouldn't book it again.
