Lonneke (4/5): Dit is absoluut geen luxe villa, het is een afgeleefd rijtjeshuis - De locatie is in het centrum en vanaf het terras kun je de zee zien. Het is wel op een heuvel dus een stevig loopje om boven te komen. Het huis is echt afgeleefd. Alles is doorgezeten, smoezelig, beschadigd of kapot. Ik heb de beheerder zeker 8 klachten doorgegeven waarvan een gedeelte op is gelost. Hij is bijvoorbeeld glazen komen brengen en stoelen want er waren maar vier (beschadigde, vieze) stoelen en hij heeft er vier compleet andere soort van kantine stoelen bij gebracht. Er zijn ook diverse vragen/klachten niet opgelost. Zo lagen en glas en steentjes onder in de jacuzzi, dat hebben we er zelf maar zo goed mogelijk uit gehaald. De deur van de hoofdslaapkamer ging niet dicht, dat is opgelost, het bedienpaneel van de vaatwasser zat los, die is vastgezet, de verlichting in het toilet beneden was kapot, dat is gemaakt. Maar de airco beneden werkt slecht door geen onderhoud, de jacuzzi is smoezelig en er ontbreken kussentjes uit, de tuinkussens zijn vies en de houten tuinstoelen hebben geen kussens waardoor we zelf maar handdoeken opgevouwen hebben om op buiten te zitten want anders doet het echt zeer om op die stoelen te zitten. Verder is gewoon alles in het huis vies, afgeleefd, de bank is ook vies en doorgezeten. Bah!
