• vincent (8/5): - L'emplacement et la taille de l'appartement L'appartement est humide. Problème d'infiltration d'eau venant de la salle d'eau vers la chambre. Le parquet est d'ailleurs dégradé.

• Laura (9/5): Me l’aspettavo molto piú nuova e pulita, posizione bellissima. - La posizione centrale, vicino alla metro, servita da supermercati, negozi di ogni genere, farmacie e parchetti per bambini. Poteva essere pulita molto meglio, dalle foto sembrava più nuova, letto matrimoniale non comodissimo, lettino singolo comodo, l’armadio della camera matrimoniale quando lo aprivi faceva un rumore fastidiosissimo, le mensole della camera matrimoniale vicino al letto non erano stabili, l’aspirapolvere si accendeva ma non aspirava, non c’erano a disposizione stracci per asciugare le stoviglie.

Przy check-in obiektu dodatkowo pobierany depozyt 300euro, o czym nie ma informacji na booking.com. Oczywiście w całości zwracany po wymeldowaniu, jednak jeśli ktoś ma wcześniej określony budżet przeznaczony na pobyt, może to poszykować plany

• Sandrine (9/5): Séjour agréable. - Emplacement parfait, nous avons presque tout fait à pied. Logement très propre. Décoration et ameublement sympa. Machine à laver très pratique. La clé informatique n'est pas simple à utiliser car il faut cliquer sur deuxième clé pour ouvrir l'immeuble puis la première pour ouvrir l'appartement. Pas logique. On a mis un petit temps à comprendre avant de pouvoir entrer. Il manque quelques accessoires de cuisine, comme des plats pour le four, gants et manique et dessous de plat. La rue est très passagère, il y a beaucoup de voitures, donc la nuit c'est bruyant.

• Laís (10/5): - Apartamento super gostoso. Completo. Localização excelente. Bairro ótimo, tudo perto, inclusive metrô. O fogão é meio chatinho de usar e a chave eletrônica para pessoas menos tecnológicas fica mais difícil .

La ubicación es excelente: a solo 5 minutos a pie de la Sagrada Familia, con el metro muy cerca y muchas atracciones turísticas accesibles fácilmente. Estamos muy satisfechos con la estancia
• Nebojsa (9/5): Nice place near Sagrada - The apartment is located in the center near Sagrada Familia, 100m from the metro station Verdaguer. It was clean and comfortable with four inside air-conditioning units so it was easy to cool down even with high temperatures outside. We had close encounters with a couple of roaches (although the place was clean we suspect they are inhabitants of the building). The smaller room does not have a window. We could have used a few extra pots that work with the induction stove.

• Jennifer (10/5): Good location - Good location, close of sagrada familia and easy to use the public transportation too The AC wasn’t working and the outside was noisy to leave the windows open but still it was comfortable
• Tian (6/5): Great location, subpar stay, especially for the price. - The layout of the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and looked great upon entering. The location was also amazing, very walkable to many of Barcelona's attractions, including La Sagrada Familia. The digital key system worked well and was easy to share with my family members so we could split up when needed while making sure everyone could get in and out. There was a very strong sewage smell every time you entered the building lobby that also permeated our bathroom. In addition, there were SO MANY MOSQUITOS. At first we noticed them in the lobby and elevator area so we were very careful to enter and leave the apartment quickly so we could keep our door open for as little time as possible. At the beginning, there were not as many, maybe 1-2 each day we had to kill. However, by the second half of our trip, we had to kill 4-5 each night, and it made it very uncomfortable to relax or sleep there for fear of getting bit. I think they may have been coming in through the vents, which were probably connected to the smell issue. Additionally, the walls of this apartment are paper thin. If you're sitting in the living room to watch TV, you sometimes can't hear the show/movie if there are any cars or motorcycles passing by. But then if you turn up the volume, the neighbors are able to hear it and they complain about the noise. One night my family and I were watching a movie in the living room and we received a call about a noise complaint, asking if we were holding a party. We ended up turning down the volume but kept having to rewind certain parts that we missed when cars or groups of people passed by. Lastly, the organization around the checkin process and stay details could have been better. While we did receive a lengthy checkin message telling us how to get into and out of the apartment, and while I appreciated not having to physically go into the rental office to pick up keys or instructions, I found myself with questions about things that could have been easily addressed with preemptive instructions, especially since the response time to messages isn't the fastest and internet connection can be choppy..
• Constantinos (1/5): Be cautious to avoid booking this flat. A complete trouble rather than relaxing time in Barcelona! - There was nothing to like at this flat. We had to cut our stay short as staying at this flat was unbearble and unhealty. We were faced with an awful smell the momemt we entered the flat. We had to immediately run to the nearest supermarket and buy cleaning products for the toilet and bathtap. All we encountered was dreadful. The flat must have been renvated (the buidling of this flat was very old and unattained). But the renovation was with the lowest quality of IKEA furniture. The cupboard in the bedroom was broken, the sofa also broken, and the towels dirty. The price of renting this flat was way expensive for literally no quality. An enormous awful experience! ll about this flat was to dislike. It is a flat of very poor quality, far from what the photos may suggest in this platform. Be mindful not to book this flat. The toitel and bath tap smells awful (smell coming from the sewage system to the bathroom). The towels were dirty (possibly not changed from previous tennant). The cupboard in the main bedroom was broken, the sofa as well. The management of this flat allowed one pillow per guest. The communication with Alma Apartments (www.alcamapartments.com) was hideous and disrespectul. Out of the 9 days booked, we left on sixth day, after having found another accomodation. Alma Apartments resisted refunding the costs of the 4 nights we did not stay. Booking.com had to intervene. Luckily, we got out refund 20 days after our stay. A terrible experience, not just the flat but most importantly how we were treated.

• Daniel (7/5): Well located spacious and bright apartment but with bad customer service & bad electronic key system - Spacious and bright apartment (which for Barcelona is not granted!). Very well location with windows facing a boulevard (Carreig Saint Joan), close to the Sagrada Familia. Kitchen well equipped. Wi-fi did not always work. At least once or twice a day the internet connection was broken for about 15-20 minutes. Entering the apartment with the electronic key did not always work! The application (Akiles) would not recognize that we were in front of the door and would not open it. This complicated our 7-day stay because we didn't feel safe going out all together as we didn't know whether we would be able to get back in! Customer service representatives were in general not very helpful or understanding of our situation (e.g. the wi-fi problems and the key problems). There were a few details that were missing in the bathroom, especially for people of older age like my mother who was there and had a difficult time using the shower.
