• Kathryn (7/5): Weekend away - The beds were comfy and warm. The shower area was great and water hot and flowed well. The internet, tv and network was great. It was quiet and relaxing to stay there and shops were close. Beach was just across road so easy access. The blinds in the main bedroom let too much light in between the large gap. Needed curtains over top. The coffee machine was dirty and the milk brother has old sale milk that was lumpy and very smelly still left in it. I went to clean it out to use but the smell was so bad I just left it so couldn’t have a coffee.
• Arthur (9/5): I'm still travelling - Nice and spacious, recently renovated bathroom i think, convenient to Palm Beach All okay I'm a believer in first impressions and when walking through the front door thought the lounge suite had seen better days, not to detract from the apartment it was great.

• Gladys (9/5): Relaxed and refreshed - The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were roomy and loved the ensuite shower. Neighbours were friendly. We had all the homey comforts while on holiday. Also, loved how peaceful and cruizey palm beach was. The pool was cloudy and abit dirty. Fridge door was broken and ice machine didn't work. One recliner didn't work.

• Aimee (3/5): Dissapointing - Location was perfect and close to ammenities. Short walk to the beach. Close to shops. Beds were so comfy. The mattress was amazing. Nice cold air con. Washing machine and tumble dryer was great. Apartment had a cozy feel. The apartment itself could do with a deep clean, and it looked quite tired. We contacted the owner regarding the apartment being filthy. The reply was, " it was getting a deep clean in November." Which isn't good enough, especially with covid. The apartment should be deep cleaned after someone leaves. The BBQ We didn't use as it was so dirty and smelly and needed a good clean. We contacted the owners, and they personally came out to clean it and left us bbq cleaning wipes. but it still wasn't cleaned well enough for us to use, which was so disappointing. when we arrived, the fridge was turned off, and it smelled like rotten food. The draws and shelves had hair and crumbs and general dirt. The microwave smelt like something had been burnt in it and was all black inside. The toaster was dirty. Black and full of crumbs. The cutlery draws had hair and crumbs inside. The cupboards had dirt and marks like they had not been cleaned. The coffee machine was dirty, and the mat underneath was full of old coffee stains and crumbs. Dirty fingerprints and hairs everywhere. The sheets on the beds didn't look like they had been changed, so we ended up washing them before we got into bed. The shower drains were full of hairs, which we also told the owners, and they came out to clean them. We were also told by the owners that a cleaner would be at our expense during our stay. We paid $4000 to stay for 19 days, and we expected it to be clean and tidy upon arrival. The internet didn't work. We had a problem with it every day. We are from England UK and couldn't contact our families. The internet is the slowest and cheapest internet to have. We had to walk over the road to get the free telstra internet. I took lots of pictures of the apartment when we arrived and all the dirty appliances. And the dirty BBQ, if anyone wants them, I am happy to share them. Contact me, Aimeeleeharvey @ gmail .

Location was good with all your touristy stuff just a short drive away. Only problems were that the electric recliner kept unplugging and the fridge water tap ran out of water

• Andrew (8/5): Great place to stay in Palm Beach - A great apartment. Very clean, well maintained, good size and with good amenities (eg well and comfortably furnished, big comfortable double bed, a lot of kitchen equipment, washer and drier, 2x bathrooms and toilets, off street parking). Also the owners/managers of the property were very helpful and responsive. Its 2min to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Self check in was easy. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and family. It's located set back from a busy road but that was clear from the reviews I'd read, so I was expecting there to be some noise from the traffic. It didn't bother me too much. Plus the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment away from the road.

• Jessie (8/5): Very good - The property itself was beautiful and accommodated needed, the property was very spacious enough to accomodate 4 adults and a 7 month old baby. Kat and Mark were wonderful always relying to messages quick and efficiently. The property seemed very worn down, although the interior was lovely and facilities were great it was lacking care in regard to cleanliness. Walls were badly marked, finger prints were all over doors and walls from previous guests, the bbq didn’t work, the fridge was extremely dirty and there was a hanging air vent in the ensuite bathroom. Also there is major construction work going on in the building right next door, with cranes and construction workers peering over the pool area, this making it less attractive to go for a swim.
• Karen (7/5): Well equipped and spacious apartment, too noisy. - Bedrooms were spacious and well equipped. Towels and linen were freshly laundered. Aircon worked well. Spacious lounge and dining area.Laundry well equipped although an airier or undercover line would have helped. Central location and across from the beach. Major construction work going on next door, drilling started at 6.50am. Unable to use the pool as it is overlooked by the construction workers. Communal areas need a little TLC. Road noise constant, thank goodness for the aircon. Several kitchen items were dirty so we had to clean thoroughly before use.

• Gvs1317 (9/5): A hidden gem - If you want to experience a different Gold Coast and not the Surfers Paradise skyscrapers jungle then Palm beach is the place to be. This is not our first stay at Palm Beach and we were happy to find another gem apartment there. Beautifully designed the apartment was a great surprise - very modern, had all the facilities we needed, e.g. a washing machine and a dryer, fast wifi, bbq, etc. A family of 5, we found the apartment to be spacious enough with enough beds for all (one kid slept on a sofa in the living room which he was ok with). I would love to stay at this apartment again. Something to note: parking is under the building. We had a high vehicle with the roof bag and we had to remove it to get through. Otherwise, parking is secure and good. Finding the keys in bad weather (pouring rain) was a bit of a challenge. A message sent via Booking.com cut the photos which the hosts sent to us, so we didn't know what we were looking for. Although, we were extremely lucky that our hosts were responsive and helped us to locate the keys.
