• Tim (10/5): Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage - Schöne geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Bahnhof und Innenstadt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Man kommt mit Metro und Bus überall schnell hin. Man hört den Verkehrslärm weil es an einer großen Kreuzung liegt.

Location was ideal. Right in front of the train station where we arrived from Madrid. I slipped and fell in the bathtub. A mat inside it would have been great

• Lesly Yanory (6/5): - La anfitriona Ana fué muy amable, nos permitió entrar antes al apartamento y también nos ofreció dejar el coche en el parking más tiempo después del check out. Había varias cosas de cortesía en el apartamento como cervecitas, zumos, cápsulas de café y otras más cosas en la ducha, se agradece mucho este detalle. No se puede acceder al apartamento desde el parking, hay que salir a la calle y recorrer unos pocos metros hasta el portal. Además la zona del parking estaba bastante sucia. Nos alojamos en plena ola de calor y el apartamento sólo dispone de un aire acondicionado en el salón que no es suficiente para climatizar todo el apartamento, yo dormí fatal por el calor que hacía. Un par de ventiladores, uno para cada dormitorio podrían hacer la diferencia. Las persianas están defectuosas, intentas subir o bajar y te quedas con las correas en las manos porque sólo están enrolladas en la parte de abajo.

• Srdan (10/5): Exceptional - Ana, the host, was very kind and helpfull. The apartment is clean, cosy and very well located - close to the train station, 10 minutes walk to the city centre, close supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants... If we are coming again to Valencia, for sure we will come back.
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Location was unbeatable. Very close to the train station and easy to get a taxi from there. Ana met with us when we arrived late at night and was such a gracious host. Perfect for 4 adults staying 2 nights. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Just a suggestion to add more trash bags and label where the dishwashing liquid is and other supplies. The elevators were a huge plus.
• Aleksandar (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were excellent. Very nice and polite, gave a lot of hints for Valencia. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need for a week stay. The parking availability is a positive note also since we used a rental car. The soundproof of the windows could be better, but I can't say it ruined our experience, taking into account all the positive aspects stated above. The attitude of the hosts was really highly appreciated and neglects any negative experience if any...
• Leonardo (9/5): Great base for exploring Valencia, perfect for families - The apartment is exactly as described, it's spacious, comfy and fully furnished. The hosts are very kind and supportive, we've been welcomed in person and given all the information. The garage is just round the corner, and it's a must if you're with your car. Train and tube stations are at 100mt, and it's 25 mins on foot from the centre. Great base for exploring Valencia, perfect option for a family.

• Yi (10/5): Beyond expectations - The apartment is very new and clean, which makes you feel like home. There is even a small balcony, which is not so common with hotels in Valencia. It’s also quite easy to go to the old town or the beach with public transportation. Ana is also super nice and attentive! It can be a bit loud in the night with drunk people shouting on the street, even with windows closed and shades down, but this has little to do with the apartment.
