• Guest (10/5): In a word BRILLIANT - Location fit for purpose and obviously the price Nothing of real note but a few pound spent of few little decorating bit and not much money needed on some basic diy bits and it’s a absolutely perfect place

• Shuning (8/5): It is a very nice place to stay with view of Thames river - There was no breakfast as described. A big unit so that plenty rooms for us. There is not a dining table and not enough chairs for a group or a family of 4 people

• Jason (9/5): Superb - Great Location with large rooms and good amenities. Great property for what we needed and would certainly return. This is me being really picky but some of the furniture could do with replacing for example lounge tables, bathroom suite.
• Kirsty (9/5): Sunrise on the Thames - Couldn't get over the views of the Thames - woke up just for the sunrise! Walking distance for bus and Uber boats between Woolwich and the 02. Flat was in spotless condition when we arrived, plenty of space for a group. Really quiet location. Michael was super efficient and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again due to the location and views alone!

• Amanda (10/5): Definitely worth the money, clean and comfortable - Location was great. It was very clean. Michael was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was on the fourth floor. I have bad knees and my brother broke his leg while we were there so it was rough on him.
• Gibson (10/5): The apartment was clean and tidy , has good view of canary wraf from the bedrooms. Definetly better than shown in the pi - Clean , good view No lifts , difficult on stairs when you have to carry heavy luggage.

That was the only positive, honestly for the money I guess it’s not too bad but th - The location was decent, nice view from the window and next too a McDonald’s. They don’t have a lockbox so you have to meet someone, the beds were very uncomfortable and loud, we ended up sleeping on the sofa, there was silverfish crawling around, bathroom was that clean, mouldy walls and the heating wouldn’t work.

• Melissa (5/5): NO THANKS - The property itself is fine. As per the photos and as expected. The check in process however, a disaster. Worst I’ve ever experienced. The host, Michael, has to meet you there to give you your keys as there is no lockbox or anything for a self check in. In our case Michael was over an HOUR late to meet us at an agreed time. Every time we made contact with him on the phone he kept saying “I’m 10 mins away”, 20 mins later nothing, we call him again “5 mins away” 20 mins later… no sign of him. What was most frustrating was if he had of just been honest with us about his actual arrival time up front we could’ve driven somewhere and had dinner and waited for him and there would’ve been no issue. We had two hungry toddlers with us and hung around for an hour like chums trying to entertain our kids while Michael knew all along just how late he was going to be 1/2. 2/2 anyways, when Michael finally shows up an hour late he comes from INSIDE THE PROPERTY!!! Yes you read correctly. He comes out of the complex’s front door. There’s only ONE entry/exit to the building! So he’s inside doing god knows what for an hour knowing we’re waiting outside….. he offered us 50% back of our booking… yeah, won’t be staying here again ha.

• Arheoana (10/5): Wonderful accommodation - We liked everything. Location was good, close to the buses, calm area. Apartment was wonderful, all rooms look at the river, we loved it. Communication with Michael was easy and pleasant. We highly recommend it! We liked everything :)

• Xiaozhe (1/5): Such a nice place for people like enjoy horrible situations - Stuff didn’t call before I arrived and waited in very dark road in the night feels scary The wall is like cardboard you are inside the house but basically outside, could hear people taking and car very clear. Wake up 3 times at night, get up 5am in the morning
• Libuše (10/5): Exceptional - Eventhough the flat was about 10 min from the nearest bus station, it was ok. Flat was clean, equipment sufficient. I travelled with my kids so we cooked and there was no problem. Surrounding od the building was also nice, calm, clean. I hope when I go to London next time, I will stay there.

Really appreciated the simple fact the curtains were closed to make sure it was cool when we arrived. Thank you Michael for all your help and showing me around. Nothing!!

• Gill (8/5): Lovely location by the Thames with good parking - The location was just what we wanted, right on the Thames path, with fabulous views from each room (property is on the 3rd floor). The person who met us with the keys was happy to wait when we arrived a bit later than planned - we had a phone number to update him with our eta. It was a real bonus to have plenty of free parking available, and so useful to have kitchen facilities. The apartment was warm and comfortable. A little bit shabby in places. Nowhere really apart from McDonalds to eat and drink within walking distance. No bedside light, but we moved the lamp from the living room. The stairs might be a struggle for some people.

• Macauley (8/5): Very good - Spacious rooms, good locale, good use for amenities, easy access to transport, nice staff. Everything necessary was to hand. View is amazing. Furniture needs some tlc. Minor repairs. Walls need painting to remove stains. Bathroom taps are worn and loose..
