• Nika (10/5): Very pretty flat in great location - The flat is really beautiful, exactly as on the photos and the sea view is spectacular. Access was really easy through the app. Location is perfect and parking close.

• Susan (10/5): Amazing views and fantastic location in Cadiz - Beautiful view. Good location. Property was clean, spacious and had such breathtaking views. Modern but comfortable. Very easy to get around town from location. Communication was very good. Was given many instructions on how to get into the building. Had to contact the property manager and they were quick to get back to me. I don’t really like how you have to use your phone to open the building and apartment door. We had a problem getting into the building, but the manager worked with me to get someone out to correct the problem. I also ran into the problem of draining my phone so much from taking pictures that I did have to make sure I remembered to take a battery charger with me. It’s just my preference to have a lockbox but I can understand if that’s not possible.

• barbara (10/5): - Appartamento curato ed accogliente, con una vista strepitosa: sembra di essere in mezzo al mare! Inoltre posizione comodissima nel centro della città vecchia, in prossimità di numerosi locali dove prendere l’aperitivo ed anche supermarket. Più bello che nelle foto! Consigliatissimo!

• Frances (9/5): - A shortage of towels! We were fine with access to building and apartment but there was a gate. The key was on table when we entered apartment. Luckily someone who lived there opened gate for us. This could have caused a bit of stress. What about a box outside with a code for getting key ? But in fairness that's all we could find lacking. I would highly recommend this property.

• Joseph (10/5): Great value and I highly recommend staying here, would stay here again. - Great location with a water view and walking to everything you need for a comfortable stay in Cadiz! There were some really great Restaurants and Bars just a couple of blocks away on a pedestrian only street. It was very quaint and wonderful. Also found a nice Supermarket within walking distance which had anything we needed.

• Catherine (10/5): Spectacular apartment! - This apartment is amazing. Matches the pictures and description perfectly. Check in was so easy. We arrived at noon and were allowed to leave our luggage at the office until the apartment was ready. Quico gave a us a map and oriented us and recommended sites and places to walk around. He is a local and also gave is a wonderful list of recommended bars and restaurants. View from the apartment is very incredible. Apartment is spotless and comfortable and has both a washing machine and dishwasher. We loved staying here!
• Audrey (7/5): Loved visiting Cadiz ... there is much to do & see. Would certainly return - Location was excellent . Sea view yet almost immediate access to the old town. Would have enjoyed the sunny balcony more had there not been a storm gusting! Property light & airy. Public areas & lift clean & functional . Door entry system a bit of a faff.... not all those in our party managed access into the building when returning alone because once outside the property they had lost contact with the appartement's wifi which they needed in order to use the door entry system. Towels .. totally inadequate. one small & one medium size per person for a five day stay. Seating - Just one long (uncomfortable ) sofa & some stacking dining chairs . Patio window did leak during the storm but I guess this was not a common occurrence?!

Even though we did not use the Kitchen facilities the unit has a fridge cooker top seems very well appointed. Everything worked out well nothing to dislike.
• Kate (9/5): Beautiful views , great location and amazing sunsets - Beautiful property with amazing views and well decorated (although minimal). Great location for exploring Cadiz and enjoying the sunshine on the balcony, which is a glorious sun trap with a great view of the sunset too! Kitchen accessories were very minimal and some of the basics missing, which was just a bit frustrating when trying to cook and eat in.

We did not cook, but it looks like all the appliances are available Only one big bed, if you are 2-3 couples, some of you will have to sleep separately on the small beds. • Sean (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Beautiful modern apartment overlooking the sea. Excellent location, close to restaurants and the beach and walking distance to the Cathedral. There's not much to dislike, really. All that's needed is a clothes rack for drying clothes and blankets for when the evenings get cooler.
