• Audrey (9/5): My stay was very comfortable, the kitchen is also equipped when you want to cook. Don’t load the washing machine too muc - It is very central and walkable to Plaza Mayor, near a bus stop and some pharmacies and groceries. Not a dislike, more like a heads up. There’s a law about air conditioning, you cant go below a certain degree and you cant go too high as well. So if you feel like it gets too warm inside, open the balcony door for a cooler breeze.

Но я бы рекомендовала владельцам предоставлять жильцам элементарное для приготовления- это соль,перец и масло.(в маленьком обьеме),но это очень удобно и не заставляет тебя думать,как приготовить себе что-то Район!далеко от всего и сам район вызывает вопросы…грязно,небезопасно
• Marija (8/5): Nice and charming - The apartment was comfortable and there were enough amenities in. Pretty clean and settled Good location There was not enough toilet paper (Only 2 poor quality small rolls. There was not a kitchen paper, salt and dishwashing liquid which would have been very handy to have it.

• Eric (8/5): Un bon séjour, dans un quartier très animé et pratique. - Appartement bien placé dans La Latina. Pratique pour visiter Madrid. Calme. Ascenseur. Fenêtre sur l'extérieur. Un peu petit. Rapport qualité prix un peu faible.

• FANNY (10/5): Superbe - Modernité Propreté Literie Volet roulant Isolation apartment Emplacement La Clim se réglait automatiquement sur 21° alors que l’appart était déjà super bien isolé on aurait aimé pouvoir choisir 24 degré.
• Indra (7/5): Clean and comfortable apartment - Location is very nice. Not the center center, but La Latina is very nice bario . Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and nice. Small kitchen with very exquisite water glasses. Whoever picked the dishes - my complements for the good taste . It was quiet, it's not noisy , maybe it was because there was a rainy week and nobody wanted to go out and make some noise :) . overall very comfortable stay with the check in was some issues. Guy that should brought us a key had some problems and we had to wait more than two hours on the street to collect the key. I did not liked it, because it was cold and raining that day. if there had bean a sun, maybe I would forget about this fact :D but you can not blame the premises for the lack of the sun, right?
• Carlota (10/5): Exceptional - It was all very clean and smelled very good. The facilities were exactly like the picture. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is great.
• Samia (3/5): Does not worth the price! - Location The man who gave us the keys was late and not really helping when we asked for extra 1h or 2h to stay as our flight was at night. Even though we paid of course 50euros extra by coming after 22h for checkin
